Jenn and the entire staff at CBK have been a great edition to our "support team" for our bonded pair of very scared rescue dogs.. The first time my wife and I went was to see if they would be willing to take our dogs Muffin and Blue. We were very honest with them about how they attack our older dog, and how they feed off of each others reactive behavior. Jenn sent us pictures the very first night and showed us that the girls were settling in. She stayed late to play with them and earn their trust having them run around in a safe area.We often have to go out of town very spontaneously and CBK always finds a way to add them to their roster. The dogs always come back to us smelling good and with new bandanas on. We have asked CBK to give hygienic baths bc the dogs have had accidents, and they were happy to give a bath if the dogs soil themselves.The entire staff is great with the dogs. They work together to give my dogs the best care possible. Our dogs take pills inside of cheese balls and the staff are able to administer their meds exactly as we have asked.I got a tour of the facility. It's homey, in an old barn, there is a little retail store that is always stocked with toys and treats you can purchase for your dogs. I was surprised to see that they had great facilities for boarding cats too. There's nothing fancy about the facility. They have many different dog yards. One of the yards has a pool for the dogs. All the daycare dogs are supervised to make sure that all dogs are safely in the right play groups.I highly recommend Country Brook Kennels. We have had the dogs at other facilities but it's the staff at CBK that's great!! And the prices are affordable!!

I recently started bringing my dog here and I have been happy with the experience. Staff are sincere and clearly love and understand dogs and their idiosyncrasies. Dogs enjoy much supervised outside time with other dogs, depending of course on their abilities to play with multiple dogs at one time. I look forward to a long term partnership with CBK. Thank you!

Told women yesterday when I booked my husband and I were going to look at new jobs for him and that I get paid when we pick up our dogs (most places make you pay a small percent and the rest at pick up) she said that was perfectly fine. I called to switch the dates because my husbands interviews got moved and I told the women that and she kept saying they can't watch our dogs while we move. Nobody is moving at all. If we did have to relocate for employment that would not be for a long time as my house isn't even for sale yet. Women I talked to yesterday was made aware all of this and booked me with no problems. I talked to a women today to switch my dates and she's making my head spin. I ended up hiring somebody from Rover for a lot more money because this incompetent women keeps insisting we are trying to board our dogs long term because we are moving. I never said we are moving I said he's going in an out of state job interview to see if there are better opportunities and she has it glued in her head that we are moving and not going to pay.All I needed was five days of boarding to figure out our plan and I would have paid the money. Clearly there is a reason they are so cheap.

They do a wonderful job taking care of my dog bandit and I just call The spur-of-the-moment and they took her right away I'd like that Kind of canal. And my dog loves it there. And my Goldie used to go there too before she passed away and they took real good care of her.

My dogs were boarded there while we went on vacation. Jen was great with my pups, she was very informative and made me feel at ease, they loved her! The place was very clean and so were my pups, All the girls were great, very friendly place

Everyone seemed nice, but I paid $32 for my dog to spend the whole day there and only play with one dog for a few then sit in a kennel even longer until he's able to go out again. If there's not enough dogs there for him to play with I expect the employees to interact and play with him, instead of mindlessly sitting down outside not doing anything. Or my dog outside by himself not doing anything. I have my own fenced in back yard...bigger than their play yard, If I wanted him to do nothing I would have saved the money and kept him home.

Love the staff! Love the quality of care! Love knowing my pup is having a fun and active day while I am at work! When I drop him off, I wish sometimes that I could stay! They are sooooo caring and loving to their four legged furry guests! Your pet is family to them! So personal! Highly recommend!

We have been bringing our new puppy Ringo to CBK for the past month and one or 2 days of overnight kenneling for my adult and puppy Shiloh Shepherds. I have used them in the past. I find them very professional and reasonably priced. I bring my Shiloh Shepherd puppy there because it is helping him with socialization with other dogs and this is so important with Shepherds. It has been difficult to enroll the pup in training classes due to COVID so the day care is great for him and the staff is wonderful! He comes home nice and tired!

Recently brought my puppy in for daycare. The two women sitting at the desk were fast and efficient with amazing personalities. If I recall correctly, I was greeted by Jenn and Samantha. Being a typical fur father, I had many questions and concerns about my puppy. They answered with great detail and ensured me my puppy would be safe! I will definitely be returning here when my pup needs further babysitting!

Great staff! Copter was super happy when we picked him up and got right back into his normal groove when we got him home. Tells us he had attention there. He might have gained a pound, LOL!

We brought our dogs Whiskey and Morty there while we went on our vacation. The staff was amazing as our dog Morty at times is not the easier dog to work with. They were wonderful and we highly recommend this kennel. It is more like a family than a kennel.

We took our new puppy to Country Brook Kennels for the first time today and I can't believe how tuckered out and calm he was when we arrived home! The play yards were clean and all the staff members were polite and friendly. I previously went unannounced during the afternoon to check out the kennels out and found the staff outside playing with the dogs even with it being 90 degrees that day. They gave clear written policies which I find to go above and beyond considering what they charge daily. If you are considering day care services this is the place to go. I no longer have to feel guilty when I'm out of the home for 9 hours while I work and If I go on a vacation I know he will have a safe and welcoming home away from home.

I had a wonderful experience here! I had to board my retired K9 for a few days and loved that they have 6ft tall kennels for their rooms and 8ft outside so there’s no chance of escape. He is a 100lbs of high drive GSD so I was a little worried about how they would handle him. I instructed the women who was there how to work with him a bit and she listened very attentively and when I picked him up they had nothing but good things to say about how well he listened ❤️ They even groomed him for me! I will be coming back for sure!!

My Boston Terrier, Benny, absolutely loves the folks at Country Brook Kennels. They are caring and truly take the time to insure your pet has the most positive experience possible.The grooming staff is second to none. I have Benny’s nails clipped and because I don’t want to cut them too short causing pain. They do it and they do it right!Just another reason I’ll only use Country Brook Kennels for my boarding and grooming needs.

I live almost 2 hours away from here, but i was stuck in a jam when i came up to Rochester. Low and behold the park where my daughters softball tournament was at doesn't allow dogs. They refused to let me have him there but said i can leave him in the car. It was above 80° that day. I even checked the tournament site to see if there was any restrictions, but nothing about not bringing dogs. I contacted country brook kennel and explained my situation. I didn't have my shot records with me and my vet wasn't open. The owner was kind enough to call my kennel (which was open) to confirm my dogs shot records and i was able to kennel my dog for the day. If it wasn't for them i would have had to make the almost 4 hour round trip to take my dog home missing my daughters games.

Brought my Lab there last September for a week. It was a convenient location for me. I was a little creeped out by the run he was going to stay in. A little dark and damp. When I picked him up, his urine soaked bedding was stuffed into a plastic bag. He wouldn't have done that. The girl did tell me before I left. Not a good experience. Don't get the whole pirate ship thing.

It seems like an amazing place for your dogs the only one thing I wish they would do more like to every dog is groom them like three times each visit cuz dogs shed a lot and I think if you're paying all this money to have your baby, puppies and or dogs babysat at least they can do is groom your animal three times a day

Worse place ever!! my dog got kennel cough from there he lost close to 9 pounds.I was checking on him every day they always been told the he was fine, the $$$ is not worth it!! 1st and last time for me.

Country Brook Kennels is an excellant place to board your furbabies as well as having them groomed. In addition the facility has a small store where to purchase food, treats, and miscellaneous items.In addition, they run a daily boarding (drop th our furbaby off in the am and pick up in the pm) and also offer a play yard for them to relax and not be in a confined pen.

Went in to ask some questions about grooming and boarding, the lady in the front was very short Not very friendly at all with me and seemed bothers i was there, even reached and looked at her phone while in the middle of talking to me. Very unprofessional!
