This store is one of the only tractor Supplies I have visited but I have to say their customer service experience is one of the best I have ever had at any store or anywhere. These workers all go above and beyond for every customer and they truly are there to assist and to help customers ! These workers all deserve a raise for their stellar and wonderful customer service ! I have never been so happy to go to a store knowing that if I have a question , or need a cart , or can’t find something , that an associate is always there willing to help me !! Kudos to you all in Rindge NH store !!!

This is a great local staple. I was very satisfied with the help I received on black Friday morning. The staff here were very friendly and professional. Parking is convenient with a large lot close to the building. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

For the first time today I felt unwelcome in this tractor supply store I arrived in the store at about 535 and not even 5min of being in the store why I was checking out the sweatshirts and ask if I was ok not how are you doing can I help with anything but are you ok and watched me like I was some thief I have spent so much money in this place and not once felt unwelcome I will take my business to another location as I love tractor supply great store

Nate was awesome. He actually came up and asked us if we needed help which we did. He knew what I needed and brought me to it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, upbeat and for a younger person cared about what he did and the people he was helping. Thank you Nate! Definitely coming back to your store

Don't go there looking for bags of wood pellets for your pellet stove, you will be told nope all out, without even looking,, even though it shows they have 3000 bags in stock online, and you spoke to someone on the phone at that store telling you yes we have them, then when they finally look in the computer and see they have 3000 bags they will tell you those 3000 are pre ordered for next winter, we are in June! This is the third time i have been to that store in the past 2 months and being told the same story about the wood pellets even though every time it shows they have them in stock online,, they will just gladly tell you that the online inventory is wrong,, Then when you call customer service they will tell you that they say its normal for north east stores to hoard the pellets so they can make sure they have enough for the following winter, and they will be getting another pallet in in 2 weeks that they will be able to break up and sell individual bags?? So tell me what the difference is if they split a pallet now or in 2 weeks??? They have 3000 bags?? And when you talked to the person at the store that morning I was told that they are trying to sell them by the ton because they have inventory coming up and it makes it easier for them to count, instead of counting a partial pallet,,, but if I really needed a few bags that they would gladly sell me a few, the manager there needs to retrained on retail, great way to lose money having him or her run the store, I have spent thousands of dollars there in past 6 months including buying a pellet stove from them and I can't even get the pellets from them, needless to say if you can drive the extra miles go to gardner or orange you will get better service and the products your looking for

Tractor Supply's self imposed mask ordinance is annoying. When possible, give your money to Runnings since they allow you to exercise mask discretion like an actual free adult.

Shopping here is always a pleasurable experience. The store is always neat and clean and has such a wide array of goods; even cute farm decor! We always find what we need and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff and good selection! They have chickens in the spring and late summer. Occasionally they have four wheelers and dune buggys for sale outside. Currently they have a kids motorcycle inside. They also offer a dog washing station in the back middle. Restrooms are clean and are in the back right corner from what i remember. Next to the checkout they have budget friendly items.

I walked in and they had what I needed to repair my welding mask. Friendly staff as always, never enough time to walk around and browse but that's probably a good thing. I wanted to see if they had a wood chipper I could look at, alas, they did not. A great place to get what you need for the homestead at a great price too!

I was extremely content with the service i got at this store. thank you to MATT who helped me so much! he was extremely friendly and made my overall experience and unforgettable one! i was slightly upset my straw hat was not ready for pickup when i needed it on june 29th but once it was shipped to store july 6th and it was ready for pickup MATT was beyond helpful wqhen i called the store with a slight issue. He made the overall experience an amazing ! thank you so much MATT!! will definitely recommend this store and be coming back!

I used to get my chicken feed here, but no longer have my chickens. I had accidentally gotten stuck with some chickens and had no idea what I was doing at the time. I had a really long conversation with a kid who worked there and he taught me some stuff and it helped me a lot.Most of the staff are pleasant, though I've had a couple run ins with a bad apple. All around I do like going there. They also have nice gift ideas or home decor items.

New manager does not seem to be able to keep items we use weekly stocked. Unlike the last manager who was great this one seems to take the additude that people will tolerate this. Does not seem to understand that there are other places to purchase needed items. Sooner tractor supply gets the message the better this store will do

We went to Tractor Supply in Rindge. We finally get to speak to one employee . Without even looking for the Pressure Switch for Air compressor. Employee Matt didn’t seem to want to help us. We told him online said you had it in stock. Matt said ionline website is not always right. I’m standing next to my husband and I replied isn’t that what your looking for and my husband pick it up and said yes it is. Matt says well there you go with an attitude.From the moment we met him he came across that he did want to be bother by us. Not a great customer service from Matt.

Very nice employees! Offered help when I was looking for another trailer tire. They didn't have but one and called another store to have it put aside for me. Love the military/veteran parking spaces!

Lots of deals on common yard, barn, and hunting items. Easy to find location with ample parking.Went in for a replacement buckle on a halter, was unable to find and when I asked for assistance at the front, nobody came to meet in the aisle. Unfortunately was not able to find what I was looking.

Has everything we need for gardening and renovation tools, PPE, and pet supplies! They also carry some automotive repair supplies, a hefty safe collection, and attire/apparel for the whole family. The rewards program is great, too.

I have had several experiences with an item being rung up for several dollars more than the price on the shelf. This has happened at 2 different locations. So pay attention when checking out. I hope this isn't intentional. They have always adjusted the price for me.But how often do people pay more than they should?

The name of the store is a little bit misleading While they probably do have tractor supplies here, this place is really a kind of a cross between a hardware store and an Agway.It's a fun store to browse through with a wide and varied selection.While their key demographic may be farmers, there's plenty of stuff for the homeowner here.

The chicks are out! I love that time of year.I get stuff for my cats at tractor supply they have some of the higher end brands of food like blue buffalo that you can't find at the grocery store along with others such as wilderness, and for a better price than petco.They have so much more than just cat & dog supplies. They have foods from everything from chickens to horses, and birds & squirrels.They have equipment for all kinds of other farming & gardening needs. Including clothes and boots. I don't even know what a lot of what they carry is, there is so much i wouldn't even know what to do with.There is always heavy equipment outside for sale no matter the season from mowers to trailers to snow blowers

I am not one to leave many reviews however this was the worst customer service on a phone call of my life. Every other TSC was cordial when I called and asked, the person that answered the phone here was absolutely horrible. I am astonished he would talk to a customer like that.

This tractor supply has lost my business after going to look for allergy reliefe suppliments for my dog and being unable to fund them. Upon leaving I am asked if I found anything and said no. The employ then told my dog he was going to suffer now. Needless to say, I'll be doing all my supply shopping Agway in peterborough now.
