This store is ok. The shelves are stocked, but they are narrow, which makes them difficult to get down when employees or other customers are in the aisles. You need to also watch for damaged product, several times I got my stuff home and discovered the package was damaged.

Popped in for a few items on our way home. Cheese was one of our items. We got to the deli and I generally buy the pre sliced out if the case but there wasn't any so hubby took a # and I went off the get the rest of what we needed. I came back and he was still waiting. The line had not moved in almost 30 minutes, won't visit that deli again.

I'm no longer a Hannafords shopper after years of hannafods being my go to grocery store. Everyone in market baskets was very pleasant to deal with and helpful. The cashier Tiffany helped me with some pricing issues I had, she was extremely professional and patient even in the middle of what seemed like a very busy morning.

This is a busy store, They work hard keeping the shelves full and cash registers running. Considering the amount of people shopping here the place runs seamlessly. Price's are okay considering the price of everything today. It might take a bit to get through but it is worth it. Meet is really good if you like it. Walmart is up the road so you can kill two birds in a short time. All in all I really like this store.

ATD would Vomit if he saw how this store is run no Fresh Bread, a 1/2 kitchen which is understandable because it’s small, they only bake the bare minimum, everything is trucked in from Tewksbury, definitely needs a Remodel with a Full Kitchen

Decent selection of groceries, not enough adults running the show, vaguely aware of customers but RARELY proactive enough to say hello or do you need help finding something...pay attention to the bagging, they often bag heavy on top of things you wouldn't want bagged on too if things...like eggs or bread...I resort at the car a bit. Great bake shop!

They treat the employees like slaves from my experience. The turnover rate is through the roof. They think it's ok to pay people as little as possible yet they expect the world from you. The prices are cheap but the employees deserve much better and it's evident that they are extremely miserable. The elderly grocery fart needs to work on his people skills as well, what a joke! Also, the employees smoke right outside the front door. Plus the store is filthy.

This is one of the nicer stores i have been to.Just as a note , enter from the left ( as one looks at the building), and you'll find carriages inside.Folks are pleasant, and they are stocking constantly to provide for their clients' needs.They offer discounts on their weekly flyer but don't expect a customer card. There are no additional incentives.Easy in and out with plenty of Cashiers!

This was my Go To supermarket. However, as of late they increasingly often don't have what I'm looking for. When asked why, I receive the response that the suppliers don't have any available. However, when traveling to competitive stores in the same town/area they have the products that I've been told aren't available. Also, I have repeatedly watched the prices climb at all stores. But very sadly more so here.I have reluctantly started shopping at the other large supermarket in town, as their prices are on average lower than MB.

I noticed how hard everyone works here. The boss of dairy John is always nice . Adiele, the grocery manager is another example of a really good boss. I never have an issue with this market basket. The prices are just like everywhere else.

Great prices, beyond a selection of food. I grocery shop here everytime and I'm always happy with the deals and price leaving the store! Has a sushi spot which is always fresh and delicious. Plenty of fresh produce all in great condition! Always see produce employees sorting through the good and bad fruits/vegetables.

Great employees great place. One complaint. Every single time I've gotten the shrimp tempura there is has had the shells left on the shrimp. Jokes on me since I've had it over 20 times because I love Sushi. But if you get sushi with shrimp in it from here, it's not supposed to be crunchy. Great people great place that's my only complaint.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Look for reduced specials in bakery, produce and meat. Prices are the lowest anywhere. The fish department is well run and always very fresh. The shopping carts are well maintained and roll smoothly. The French bread is baked in the store and is very good

Market Basket is the best large grocery store in NH. I wish they would build a new one closer to where I live! They have great prices compared to the other supermarkets. I like their simple, straightforward pricing and no gimmicks approach. I don't want to have to "buy 5" or use an app to "save" money, or chase "rewards" or "points" like at other stores. I also don't like other stores' self checkouts, which I usually have trouble with and have to wait for human assistance anyway.

The shopping aisles are a bit snug, so if it's busy it feels cramped but it's not too busy most of the time. Good prices and very well stocked items. This is my go to store.

This store has literally the worst customer service EVER. Time and time again I shop here bc of prices and for my SECOND job. When I walk up to Jen the cashier and say good morning, and then am greeted with silence, to then tell her I have water and it's "I Know, push the cart down".I have worked in retail for over 20 years and work in my own grocery store and never would my manager allow several employees to not greet customers. Whether grocery clerks that are constantly in the way, deli ppl that hate their life, to the cashier's and baggers that have ZERO people skills.Thankfully there are a few gems in this store. Like the bakery employees.Shame on you all. Hopefully some kind of customer service training actually gets implemented here.
