DO NOT ORDER BULK FOOD FOR YOUR EVENT-THEY WILL RUIN IT FOR YOU!!!! Be very careful ordering ANYTHING from the deli OR the bakery here!! I had a baby shower and the only thing they had completed were the (36) finger rolls and that was IT!!!!!! How does this happen??????? My entire shower is ruined because of HANNAFORDS!!!!!!! How hard is it to make sure your order is correct!!! I will NEVER EVER order bulk here again. The ONLY reason I didn't pick up the night before is because I didn't have the room in my fridge for the things that needed to be refrigerated!!

Come here if you want an "experience". It won't be good, it won't be organized, it's more like a browser page open, with 122 tabs and your not quite sure where the music is coming from, or the average tooth/IQ count has gone. But there's banjos and food. And no questions asked when it come to your choice of cousin, I mean company.

If you love never being greeted by a single employee, flat out ignored, and overpaying for groceries you may have to scan and bag yourself, this is your place! Over the past several years, it's been the rule rather than the exception that, while employees have ample time to chat with each other, they cannot be bothered to greet or even acknowledge their customers.The sullen morning cashiers bring new meaning to the word "sullen," like, how dare you have the nerve to buy groceries that they then have to scan, interrupting their death scrolling, for two, friggen, minutes. If you love not being greeted by the cashier or the bagger (if there even is one), or hate receiving smiles or a "Have a nice day!", then this place will be your heaven.You will definitely have to wait until exactly 7 AM for them to unlock the door for you if you have the nerve to show up at 6:58 AM, and they will stand there luxuriating in their miniscule amount of "power" for those entire two minutes. Oh and they definitely will not greet you even though they are fully aware that a human being is there. That is, if they even bother unlocking the door at all; get ready to knock on the door and then bang because they cannot be bothered to realize that the person standing at the door knocking politely is not knocking because it's fun and they have nothing else to do at 7:02 AM, they're knocking because the door is still locked even though it's after 7 AM. If you love not receiving even a curt, half-hearted "sorry" let alone a real, deserved, "I am sorry about that!" and you love instead just being ignored by the employee looking curiously at the door because it is so much more important than the living, breathing customer spending real, practical currency in front of them, then this is the place for you.If the sullen cashier doesn't show up to work (because they are sick of customers interrupting their death scrolling and making them do their actual job?), you will have to track someone down because, even though there are "lane closed" signs at the ready, no one will bother putting them up on all of the regular lanes, making it unclear whether they're actually all closed or not; the lights will be off, but then again the door is supposed to let in paying customers at 7 AM and that doesn't happen so the fact that the lights are off at all of the checkout lanes means nothing. You will also not receive even a curt "sorry 'bout that," or even a genuine, "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience!" when the employee standing there not ringing people up "cannot" ring people up because she's "the only one there". Last time I checked, it only takes one to ring groceries up, and they are one person, so...?They "can't" do it because they're needed to stand around in the self checkout, helping the zero customers who need help over there...?? They definitely cannot be bothered to mutter even a half-hearted "thanks" let alone a friendly "Have a nice day!" after you ring up and bag your groceries that you just paid for (while they stand there helping no one) after having to be let into the store after it is supposedly open...I'm an understanding human being. I know that people have "off" days and I guess there is still a labor shortage. However, after more than three years of smiling at paid employees even when I don't feel like it, greeting them when it is not my job to do so because it's the nice thing to do, wishing them a nice day even when never receiving one first and rarely receiving one in reply, looking at employees in the eye and being genuine while I am ignored in response, every single gosh darn time I am there, for flipping years, it's enough already. It's not one or two people occasionally having an off day; it's just the way everyone is nearly all of the time, and it's just lousy.It's not like there is no where else to shop. The only reason I've gone here as long as I have is because it's deserted first thing in the morning, and I will pay more for the quiet. But I think, after years, I'd rather pay less, endure more noise, AND be treated WELL.

Great selection, very nice help.I've yet to have a negative to experience at any of the Hannaford supermarkets that I've visited.This is a large happy supermarket with a great variety of foods.I found the employees to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was even checked out and bagged by two employees both named Hannah!

I tried using a coupon that I have used for years, (Zyrtec $4 off), at the same store. The individual refused to take it be it didn't have the D on it. I won't be shopping at your store anymore. I liked the fact I could pick up my allergy medicine and groceries at the same time. I will just go to Athol's Walmart.

My first time here. The store was very clean. This is the largest Hannaford Store I've been to. I was here for 2hrs & didn't hit every aisle. The selection of items such as marinades/sauces was unbelievable. I purchased a lot of marinades! I was amazed by the selections of so many items. Prices were not more as is expected with more remote stores. All the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Even the customers were really friendly. I will definitely shop here. Unfortunately the produce dept is small, with little selections. I prefer that to Keene Hannafords rotten or poor condition produce, plus Keenes worst night manager in the entire chain.

Usually quick check outs and they have nice and fresh veggies and fruits. Price is decent and the store always seems right. Cashiers have almost alway been friendly and helpful. You get your select one or two grumpy ones in the isles stocking and stuff but that's everywhere. This is the best place in town to get groceries in my opinion though

Usually I have no issues with this store. However, yesterday’s visit was an unpleasant experience. A product I buy once a week has had the incorrect price for two months. I’ve told the cashiers this eight separate occasions. Yesterday when the gentleman was called over to adjust the price, he rolled his eyes, sighed loudly, and told me I’m being devious. He was quite rude and unprofessional. He told me it’s not his fault or problem and stormed off. I don’t appreciate being called devious when they are advertising the wrong price for two months. Who does this?!

The quality of their meats are very good. The whole store's products are quite pricey. It's worth paying more for quality meat but I get the rest of my groceries at another local store who's prices are much more reasonable.

This Hannaford Store is huge! I found the selection & variety of items such as sauces, marinades, salad dressings, oils to be the largest I've seen in a grocery store. They also carry items in bulk size. The prices are not higher than in the city. The employees are 110% more friendly & helpful than Hannafords in Keene.

I do most of my shopping here now. It's decent, but they seem to be low on items when I go shopping, like frozen veggies. But it could just be the day I'm showing up. Better variety of organic vegetables and fruits. And healthier choices then other grocery stores.

Always love shopping here. It's such an uncluttered atmosphere with friendly employees. Shout out to the gentleman restocking rutabagas last weekend. I'm sorry the box split and they went everywhere. If I didn't have a baby strapped to my back, I would have helped you pick them up, but you handled it with class and promptness!

Very old outdated version of Hannaford. Usually 1-2 checkouts open, stock has been hit or miss even on regular items. Very expensive compared to MB. Market Basket store always looks pristine and shelves are always faced. I don’t recommend this store at all.

A LITTLE ADVICE FROM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER! I have shopped here for many many years. I personally choose it over market basket because the produce and selection are higher quality. I recent started using the hannaford to go and it’s great. Staff is very nice and professional HOWEVER. They have recent started putting groceries in paper bags with no handles and the paper is very cheap. I am all for going without plastic but can I just explain how many times I have had to carry all of the groceries in the house myself, and with no handles I can carry maybe 2 bags at a time meaning making many trips back and fourth and seeing it is winter that also means many more chances for me to slip and fall. I also cannot tell you how many times I have brought in these terrible paper bags and they rip open mid way into the house and spill my groceries all over the ground! I don’t mind paying higher prices for higher quality but if we’re paying higher prices how about we get some paper bags with handles. I have personally put in the notes I would like groceries put in plastic bags or bags with handles and my request is ignored.

If you're in a hurry this is the store for you. It's always essentially empty so no need to wait in a line to check out! The prices are higher and portions are smaller than competitors in the area, but they have kiddo racecar carts so that's a bonus. This is a great store if you want to avoid a crowd...but you'll "pay for it".

Do not order your Thanksgiving dinners from Hannaford. Ordered a $70 full thanksgiving dinner to be ready for thanksgiving...pick it up on thanksgiving at noon and the turkey is fully frozen. What sense does it make to give someone their “fully cooked” thanksgiving dinner and have their turkey frozen. That takes 3-4 days to thaw in the fridge. Completely ruined our Thanksgiving - completely. Never again will I take the easy way out, didn’t turn out to be that way.

I wish I lived closer to a Hannaford Supermarket!!I don't do my regular grocery shopping at Hannaford's because of convenience. But I really wish that I lived closer to one - the regular prices are great!! Sale prices are amazing! The store is clean, organized and we'll stocked. Meats and produce are freshest I've found and the employees are friendly and helpful.I actually look forward to shopping at Hannaford's!!

Has most of the items needed and staffed pretty good.**Going to edit my review and take it from 5 star down to 1. It seems every time I go into this establishment, their employees always have an attitude. Today, as an example, Tracey, our cashier, did not have anything to say when we got in line to check out. No "hello", no "how are you", no "did you find everything ok"... nothing more than seemingly upset that we needed her to ring us up. This kind of customer service has been the norm lately. Looks like Market Basket will be getting more customers soon.

I'm not a regular shopper at Hannaford's so when I was looking for the dairy aisle, I asked an employee, Carol, for help. Seeing that I was disabled, she insisted upon getting it for me, then showing me how the electric cart worked, and then offering to take it to my car! What a wonderful asset to the store!

I love this store. I always find everything that I need. It's never crowded. The baggers always ask if I want plastic or paper and they scan all the heavy stuff in your cart, so you can leave it in.

Though overpriced, the store is clean and the quality of fresh food is better than local competitors. One night they were out of free cookies so the baker went and frosted cookies for my kids. Customer service is excellent.
