Fieldstone is amazing! Their compassionate, quick work to find us a hospital that would drain our cat's bladder, catheterize him, and schedule him for surgery the next day saved his life. Many, many thanks to Dr. Sawyer and the rest of the Fieldstone staff. The Langfords

We are new to the area and had a medical emergency with one of our dogs. Without knowing us, Fieldstone told us to come right over and immediately cared for our dog. They were kind, compassionate and much to our relief, our dog survived. Can't say enough about how well we were treated and how highly I think of them.

We recently transferred our vet services to Fieldstone as we were unhappy with our prior vet due to their high volume and in-and-out mentality. Fieldstone welcomed our two dogs very caringly. I was able to learn more about my pet's health and wellness in a single visit than I have in the 8yrs I've had my oldest. Very happy with the staffs friendliness, helpfulness, and quality of service. We are very excited to receive service form Fieldstone. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely love the staff at Fieldstone. They truly care about pets. Very responsive whenever I have had questions. I’m always able to get my cat in when something comes up because they don’t just keep accepting patients like other places do. Very very lucky that they are part of our community.

The people at Fieldstone are awesome with my pets, I have been bringing my pets to them for years with good results. The Dr.'s are very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The tech's are so awesome, super caring and so good with animals. They are all so compassionate when you have to go through the heartache of putting a pet to sleep, and they take extra care to make sure it goes smoothly and calmly for you and the poor pet.

They are very kind with my anxious dog. My previous vet didn't get along with my dog, she was anxious and seemingly aggressive around them- they even said they needed to put her under anesthesia for routine check up items like drawing blood. The folks at Fieldstone have been great. Patient and kind, and my dog definitely has a much better disposition with the vets here. They let them do all basic procedures with no trouble.

Took one of my dogs on as a new patient. Was able to fit her in for an appointment very quickly. She was in need of surgery and based on their/my concern they scheduled her in for surgery within days the same week. They listened to the information I had about my dog and took the time to get to know her in a very relaxed manner helping my dog feel comfortable with them. All of the staff members I interacted with by phone and in person were professional and compassionate and Dr. Sawyer took the time to hear my concerns and explain the procedures being done. They called as a follow up to check on my dog after her surgery and I am confident in my decision to continue with them as her primary vet.

The kind, calm, humane manner of business at Fieldstone is excellent. I am delighted to have found them after using another clinic for 10 years. Dr. Sawyer is very patient and gentle with my shy cat, and very thorough and down-to-earth with her diagnoses and explanations. The pricing is reasonable and the office is open until 6PM which I find very helpful. I give Fieldstone the highest recommendation.

My family switched vets about a year or so ago, and we’ve been nothing but happy with fieldstone. The staff is always very nice and Dr. Stanley is always super attentive and very knowledgeable. The office is also very accommodating to your pets needs. My dogs need multiple people to hold them for their nails to be trimmed, and they make sure they are staffed accordingly, especially now with Covid which is great. The online appointment request is also really convenient and if there needs to be a change the receptionist is always very quick to make contact. All around I just love this place!

Always amazing quality care for our dog and now our brand new kitten. They're accommodating, honest, very reasonably priced. There are never any surprise costs without discussion and give you cost of exam and vaccines ahead of time. They never push unnecessary vaccines or products on you or make you feel like you're not doing enough or right by your pet. Cannot say enough good things about this office. So happy to be bringing our pets here!

Dr. Sawyer and her team are so kind and caring. I feel very positive and comfortable bringing my beagle babies there :)Being new to the area when we picked up our 6 week old beagles, I relied on reviews to help choose a good veterinarian. Arrow and Stella have been in her care for about 1 1/2 years to include spaying and neutering. I applaud Dr. Sawyer and her team.Highly recommend!

I have tried 2 different vet offices before here. My last vet was now too far away for my liking to travel to. I read the reviews for Fieldstone and everyone had great things to say so I made the call and they got me in for the day I had asked for. The woman on the phone was very friendly. When I got there I went and checked in. Dr Stanley was great with my two 70 pound pit mixes and they loved her! They received their checkups and rabies shots and we were on our way! I was ok with the last vet they had, but I enjoyed this office far more and I will definitely be using them permanently. They are great and my dogs loved everyone there. And their prices are affordable. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Vets and staff!!! New to New Hampshire, I had not located a vet practice yet, when my dog showed signs of an ear infection. Fieldstone staff were so accommodating, fit us in - literally within an hour, super friendly and so professional. they took great care of my wary dog providing treatment with care. I left knowing Fieldstone Animal Hospital is where I will always take my dog!

I've been bringing my dogs there for 6 years, and by far Fieldstone is the best place around. Dr. Sawyer is such a caring vet and really puts her patients first. She takes the time to explain things fully and makes sure you understand completely. Everyone there has always treated my dogs with the upmost love, care, compassion and importance.

The staff at Fieldstone Animal Hospital are amazing. I've taken my pets there for the past few years after moving here from another town. I was nervous about finding new providers for my "babies", but this practice is excellent! I cannot say enough about them. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I first moved to the area they were very good. Dr. Sawyer especially seemed to genuinely care. That was two years ago.Now I find the office/tech staff to be very rude and condescending - and that's if I can actually talk with a person. When I leave a message I'm lucky if they return the call in a week. When I need an appointment they're unwilling to work with me - it's either take what they have or leave it. And that's true even when picking up my pet after dental work. It was "pick him up at 4:20", and that was that. When I asked if I could come earlier (like 3 or 3:30, they said "can't you make 4:20?" Jeeze. Rude.)They've told me that they're very short handed, and I can sympathize with that, but that isn't a reason to treat their patients (who are paying top dollar for their services) with disrespect.Additionally, they don't want to answer questions - or I should say any time I have a question, they don't want any discussion to go along with their answer. I just had my cat's teeth cleaned and it cost me over $600. (Coincidentally I had my own teeth cleaned today and the cost was $305. - Go figure.) When I checked out and reviewed my cat's records, his weight was wrong and his age was wrong. Such sloppy admin work doesn't give me a warm fuzzy about their level of caring.

I have brought my fur babies to Dr Sawyer and Staff for several years, now. Dr Sawyer and Staff have always treated my fur babies and me with a great deal of respect and understanding, providing the very best of care for us all. I have seen Dr Stanley once and she is also a very kind and caring individual. She assisted me with a sick fur baby in an emergent situation. From the time you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile. Staff is never rushed or pushing you out the door. You are made to feel you are the only patient for the entire day. Wonderful practice. Thank you, All. I appreciate the care you provide my fur babies more than you know.

It really pains me to write this but, initially, our experience wasn't great. We moved to NH from VT last July and were on wait lists for months. At one point, things with our pup were getting worse and I left a voicemail and emailed a few vets, including Fieldstone - never heard back from them. Then, lo and behold, we got a call that they could take us as new patients. On our first visit, I called from the parking lot as instructed and sat in the car for an hour. In February. In New Hampshire. I had to call to make sure they hadn't forgotten about us. We sat in the car and froze. For an hour! Our initial visits were great with Dr. Stanley. See got down on the floor with our dog and really connected with him and tried to help us figure out what was going on.We never did. Through X-rays and ECGs, Dr. Stanley was awesome. And then she left. We worked with Dr. Sawyer over the phone and via email, adjusting meds, etc. Then, one morning, we awoke one Saturday morning to our best friend, dead on the floor.I emailed Fieldstone and told them he had passed. They were closed. I got that but we didn't hear from them until the end of the 2nd business day after they reopened and it was very curt "sorry for your loss" email. I would've expected a call from the vet asking for more info. If not to just make us feel better but maybe to ask questions and find out what happened - maybe they could learn something that would help them with another patient. Nothing.I even emailed them back a couple weeks later saying as much and still - crickets! This lack of compassion and bedside manner is why I would not take another pet to them. The hurt they caused stings longer than the loss of our beloved buddy.

My dog ADORES Dr Stanley! It’s hard to find a vet that is equally good with pets and pet parents—Fieldstone excels at both. They are helpful, professional, and put your pet’s well-being first, without suggestions of any unnecessary and expensive treatments or procedures unless required. I gladly drive from out of state to bring our boy here!! Highly recommended!

Dr. Sawyer and her staff are very welcoming, helpful, and reasonably priced. Based on someone else’s recommendation, I drove an hour to see her. My dog was in pretty bad shape with a skin condition. I found the whole experience non-judgmental and a collaborative discussion of the best route for recovery. Dr. Sawyer’s expertise respected and met me in my expertise and relationship with my dog.

I switched to Fieldstone for my pets care a few years ago. Dr. Stanley, and staff are always very friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and work around my busy schedule. I recently lost my youngest cat unexpectedly and poor Amanda answered my frantic call. She was fantastic with making a very difficult and sad time for us easier. She made sure Bean's end of life services were handled promptly and reassured me her urn would be nice. It was more than I expected. As hard as it is for us (fur babies too) to adjust to her being gone she's back home and in her favorite spot. Thank you Fieldstone for always being there for our fur babies.

I am very grateful that I found Fieldstone Animal Hospital! I just moved to the area. They made it easy for my dog to become a new patient. Bitsy was pregnant and needed to be seen ASAP. I got an appointment that would have, unknown to me, been passed the time she had the pups. They put me on a cancellation list and was able to get her in sooner, thank goodness! We saw them on Wednesday 6/10 and she delivered Thursday 6/11. Dr. Sawyer eased my mind by doing an X-ray to have an idea of how many pups there would be. Told me Bitsy appeared healthy enough to have a successful delivery. Helped me establish an emergency plan.

I love bringing my fur babies here. My two dogs and my cat. The best place because they are always so welcoming and so friendly and they know what they are talking about! We had a really bad experience some where else with them being really rude and not treating our dogs right and my mon told us about this place and I saw how they treated my parents dogs and when we had to put one of them down. They were amazing and comforting. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Never had a bad experience and we bring our little mini sharpei and if you have a sharpei they have a lot of allergies and she needed eye surgery on her eye lids and they did an amazing job. She and my sharpei mix love going here. Thank you everyone that works there for all you do and making the experience amazing not just for us but being so loving to our fur babies. ❤️

On two occasions, I have had very negative experiences with Fieldstone Staff over the phone. After the first time, the "receptionist" hung up on me for questioning process-details on a fasting blood test. The only reason, I went back, was due to the doctor's familiarity with my dog's issue. When you have a pet that suffers from a chronic issue, it is stressful for sure. I have lived all over the United States, due to my job. My 11.5 year old dog, has been treated in three States, for bladder issues/UTI's, and had two surgeries. NEVER, have I experienced such rude, condescending, divisive treatment. During a Global Pandemic, when people are highly stressed in a situation, none of us have ever experienced before, you would think compassion and sensitivity would be at the height of any medical service provider. On this occasion, my dog's issues escalated quickly. I called to make an appointment yesterday, and was told they were booked and to call back at 8:00 am. I called and made a 4:30 pm appointment. I had to cancel that appointment, later that afternoon due to a last-minute meeting that was scheduled for my job. (I am lucky enough to still have a job during this crisis.) The next day (today) when I called back, I was told they were booked and to call back later. I asked about dropping off her urine sample and picking up enough pain medication to get my dog, through the weekend, until we could get in to see the doctor. That was when the tech, stated I had canceled my appointment, hadn't been in to see the doctor recently (not true, with the exception that we're in the middle of a pandemic), she was talking over me, in an escalated tone, basically telling me because of my "negligence" as a pet owner, they would not be giving me pain medication. I have spent thousands at this vet. Most recently had an ultrasound done for her, which was not cheap. We had talked about having a fasting blood test and another ultrasound, but due to conflicts had to delay (and then Covid). Surgery would be a last resort. If I EVER spoke to a client, the way these people have spoken to me, let alone hanging up on them and then letting the phone ring and ring, I would be FIRED. I should have never returned to his vet after the FIRST TIME I was hung up on.They have also provided her pain medication before, when we were in a pinch, before the Thanksgiving Holiday. To let a dog suffer, for days, for a life-long issue, when she is this vet's patient, because we can't get in for an appointment is unfathomable. I will NEVER return to this vet. When I told them to have my records ready to pickup today, they told me the vet would have to review them first. What a joke. They had better be ready and complete when I arrive.

Only one receptionist here I give her A 5 star..she puts patients and people first where you feel valued and not as a number. She's an older woman with exceptional people skills. I stayed here because of her. As for staff, the veterinary Dr. S. I just never felt compfortable and my husband felt same way. I first couple years I just try to ignored it and overlook it. My husband wouldnt go into exam room because he felt like she was afraid of him or men in general. I rescue my first dog and he was a handful. Yes, hes a biter, nervous, aggressive dog. So i teaching him to wave at people and not biter them. I feel Dr. S. does better with cats than dogs.

When I moved to New Hampshire I needed to find a vet who could work with my very nervous dog. He is terrified of vets and exams and makes it very difficult for any vet. Dr. Stanley didn’t let that stop her. She took the time to give my dog time and affection and he fell in love with her. Exams are still not easy but she persists and my dog is now able to obtain what he needs. Highly recommended.

I relocated to the area last year and just adopted a sweet little terrier. I wanted to find a veterinarian practice that was just the perfect fit; definitely not a franchise. I wanted a practice where she wouldn't be just another number. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right choice. I didn't feel rushed. All my questions were answered. The vet even got down on the floor to interact with my dog and make her feel at ease. I feel confident that my dog is in caring, competent hands.
