This is a good place to get a sundae. The ice cream was good but not super flavorful, however, the sauces were delicious. For that reason I wouldn't get just plain ice cream, but upgrade to a sundae. I've tried the peanut butter, hot fudge, and marshmallow sauce. For $7 it is huge and enough to share or save for later. The staff is very friendly, and there are picnic tables to eat at. A nice date night spot or family outing.

Amazing ice cream. Got a sundae (could not finish it, but I tried, and it was delicious!!) The toll house cookie flavor has great crumbly cookie pieces in it.

If you are dairy free, Carol's is a Godsend. I drive 30 + minutes just for this reason. She has oat milk soft serve, which no doubt sounds terrible to those without dairy allergies, but they can mix flavors. Pina Colada topped with strawberries and pineapple makes me as excited as my kids. Important note! Carol's is CASH only.

Carols is a delectable little part of Rindge, New Hampshire. The menu is humongous and you can create just about any ice cream concoction you can think of. Iv’e been about 4 times now and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Carols is a cash only establishment and that can cause somewhat of a headache if you dont know prior to going the first time but the small trip to an ATM makes it all so worth it.

The ice cream is fantastic. Lots of fun flavors and great prices. The pizzas are about medium sized but priced for a large. But they are amazing so worth the extra money. Best pizza in Rindge for sure.We go here to put a bow on a perfect summer day.Only if they had umbrellas on their benches and had better outside seating (lights, shade,plants, games); Otherwise this place would be 5 stars.

I’m actually surprised at all the good reviews. This ice cream tasted like chemicals. I took my kids and none of them could get past a few bites. I haven’t tried the pizza yet so I’m only speaking to the ice cream.

My husbands ice cream was great, my soft serve had an odd flavor and whatever they use as coloring stained my hands for two days. Great price, friendly staff & cash only!

Most extensive vegan options in the area by FAR. All of their soft serve except New York cheesecake can be made dairy free, they have pizza on the weekends with vegan cheese.... it's just incredible

Absolutely phenomenal place! Very much worth a trip. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they're wonderful people who clearly take a lot of pride in what they've built. My girlfriend and I will be back for sure. They have TONS of vegan options as well, which is great because neither of us eat dairy. We had the loaded baked potato pizza and it was incredible.

Great ice cream in a cool location. (It's basically housed in an 18 wheeler. There is also wood fired pizza at the same place- so good! (Get the BBQ chicken pizza- you won't regret it.) There was also a car show when we went (Wednesday night) and I got the sense it was kind of a regular occurrence. This place (both pizza and ice cream) is CASH only so be prepared. But this is a great small business in Rindge!

I haven't been here since they got a new truck, but last year (2020) they were pretty good!They have so many ice cream flavors, enough for the whole family to chose from and enjoy!I hear they have brick oven pizza now!My favorite part about Carol's is that they have doggy ice cream. I love to take my dogs everywhere with me, so for them to be able to have a little treat on a hot day is amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our peach hard serve ice cream in waffle cones! It was delicious and even though we ordered "small" cones there were two large scoops in each of our cones.We will definitely be going to Carol's whenever we are in the area!

Great little place my son and I discovered this past summer. Friendly staff and delicious ice cream (big portions too!). We went a few times this summer and can't wait for it to open next seson! We also look forward to trying the pizza!

Love Carols! The ice cream is delicious, the wood fired pizza is amazing and the people are kind. Service is fast, and it’s worth every penny. I just wish the pizza was open more frequently because it’s so good.

Very friendly staff, great options! They carry Gifford's flavors and a ton of nondairy flavors as well. Area is kept clean, there's a few stone table sets. Large parking lot if you wanted to enjoy your ice cream on your tailgate.

Best f****** pizza and ice cream ever!! Seriously delicious bbq chicken pizza, loaded baked potato pizza and the blue moon blizzard omg my new favorite if you in the area get some even if your not it's worth the trip!!! I'm an hour and a half away and drive past hundreds of pizza shops for this pizza so freaking good

Packed up my baby, stopped to get cash at the ATM (paid 3 fee) drove the 20 mins and they are closed. I looked for a phone number on Google maps and nothing just saying they are open 1-9. No one carries cash now a days and the first time I came here I had to go to the gas station next store to take out money because I assumed they took cards. Come on it's 2021, let people know if your closing (or add a number) and get a credit card reader. I will try again this month and update my review if it improves

Absolutely delicious!!! I had two cooked to order fresh cheeseburger peppers & onion bacon cooked perfectly---. Great hotdogs. Service was Impeccable friendly and nice. When your finished I suggest DESERT. Highly RECOMMEND.Rab.

Flatbread pizza and ice cream are both available here depending on the day of the week. They have a *lot* of ice cream flavors and combinations to try out-- even one for your dog!

Cheaply made soft serve. For the price mcdos is actually better and literally same Ice cream. Only difference is she has syrup flavors to add. All set.. Go to Kimball's or Murdocks for actual Ice cream.

Who doesn't love ice cream? So many flavors to choose from - tried the black raspberry and did not enjoy the taste of these "just add a flavor" type of soft serve establishments.
