Alex is AMAZING !!!!She is great with my dog and trusts her. I have taken him to other groomers and they were unable to clip his nails. Alex has bonded with him and found a way to make it a great experience for him.

People were extremely rude. They shaved my dog and left bald spots all over her. Nothing about the “cut” looks like a Labradoodle. We did not ask for a shave but a trim. She looks really stupid. I have had amazing experiences at other locations and we will never go back to this one. The holidays are not an excuse to be jerks.

I have a big (70 pound) dog and a small Cavachon (15 pounds). I tried Petco after another Dover groomer shaved my pup so closely that she needed medical attention. Petco was awesome: I have had several great groomers and I have been pleased with every single one! After 8 groomings you get a free one! I love watching my dogs get their treatment through the large windows. I swear that they know what is in store and they love it! They are always super busy so plan ahead. Don’t forget that they have a shot clinic at the same store so you can get all your pet related stuff done at the same place!

Alex is awesome and I so appreciate her dedication and the entire staff at the store. Their dedication to go into work and take care of our pets. I thought I was gonna have to bathe Bacardi at home and Lord knows I am not good at that. My whole house would be wet. I am grateful for all you do and having Alex as our stylist. God love her for coming out during this pandemic.

Alex was exceptionally attentive to my requests and did such a great job at getting my very dirty Westie clean! I don't know what she did but I hope she does the same the next time I bring Captain Chaos for cleaning. Great Groomer!!!

My husband left our almost 14 year old dog with Lisa and she did a great job cutting our Molly! When I picked Molly up I didn't meet Lisa but I handed a $10 cash tip to her co-worker that he said he will deliver to her.

Unpleasant and aggravating experience. Every time you book an appointment they surprise you with a “We need a letter from a vet before we can groom your dog” as an excuse to only groom dogs they can get out the door fast. None of this is mentioned when you book an appointment, by the way. Funny how other Petco stores don’t have these policies. So if you want to waste time and money on phone calls, letters, trips, and gas, this is the place for you!
