I’ve been bringing my goldendoodles to local groomers for 10 years. Every time, despite clear instruction, they trim my dogs the way they want them to look instead of how I asked. I have always had to “fix” the trim when I get them home. My older dog needed TLC and came home looking absolutely perfect. And he got his teeth brushed which he really needed.

I think people are friendly and really take care of my dog. She’s a pittie so a lot of people make assumptions about pits so it’s nice to see how loved my dog is at Petco. I stick with you guys because even when I was living in Boston, your store had flexible hours and were just kind. Thank you for what your groomers do!

The groomers are always very friendly and caring. Spartacus is welcomed and he is happy to has his nails buffed, he goes without hesitation. Service is great and very timely.
