Okay customer service, only 'fair' for food. I knew Panera, and yet they didn't even meet expectations. Ordered chicken, got none on my Mediterranean bowl. Ordered the apple, got chips. So, I complained, I was offered refund, and I accepted. So far, service okay, But..But that does not much explain what is in the attached photo: I'd only "dug in" 2-3 bites to look for the missing chicken; left half of photo'd bowl not yet disturbed before photo taken. A Mediterranean bowl has salad; I got 5 sprigs of lettuce -- for real; two thin slices cucumber, a little feta, some hummous then plenty of tomato, and overkill on the rice and yogurt; not exactly "as pictured/described". I will, again, lower my expectations..

Overall, I love Panera. Today was an off day, and my bread was moldy. I called the store immediately to inform them so that they could look into it. I stated the bread was moldy, and the person who answered stated "Well I don't know how that could have happened. We make our bread daily." There was no apology or assurance she would look into it until I said "Im not looking for compensation on my free bread, I wanted to help inform the store so they can check more bread" and they said they would inform the manager. I'm not sure if they did due to the response I got, so Im leaving a review in hopes someone looks into it. Im sure everyone wants people to be safe when eating there, but I wanted to do my part and address it because it happened.

First time I tried Penera for Breakfast. I love lunch or a dinner here. But the breakfast was just average. I was unfamilar with the morning menu so I asked questions, the staff did not appeciate my questions and gave less then satifactory answers.To start all the egg options said over easy... not sure what that means as some resturants will not serve egg that is not cooked. So I asked if they had some kind of egg like dunkins. They replied "I have never got the eggs at dunkins", but I did manage to get out of the counter clerk that they had scrambled eggs. OK, I will try that on a Everything bagle with bacon to go.I watched as they put my bagle and bacon in the oven to toast it. They slaped on some kind of egg, that did not look scrambled it was more like an omelet as one large egg. And they served it to me on a plate. So much for to go, I had to ask for it to go. I got it in a box with no napkins, big mistake as the everything got all over my lap.The sandwich was filling but nothing spoecial, the egg could have also been heated in the oven to make it hoter. Also, it was kinda dry with out cheese, but that was my choice. Anyway, a so-so experince for my first breakfast vist to a penera.

We ordered catering for 24 people for our holiday party. It was to arrive between 11:45 and 12:00. Made a call at 12:15 (the phone rang and rang) finally got a pickup. The women that answered with an I could care less said the order was still there. I wouldn't have written a review but there was no, "I'm sorry we are shorthanded" or any kind of apology. The order was delivered 45 minutes late and was missing chips and cookies and some of the sandwiches were cold.If your ordering catering PICK IT UP and check your order to be sure it's complete.

Very friendly, short staffed (at least when we was there, so we had to wait a little bit). Great coffee! We tried 2 different pizza's that were both different and delicious. The strawberry poppy salad was good too.Dietary restrictions: The are knowledgeable about the products going into the foods, items are listed. If you have an allergy, they'll help you. Parking: Lots of great parking! Kid-friendliness: Family atmosphere, there were kids enjoying their choice of meals just like adults.

Veggie humus sandwich had very thick bread slices and very skimpy filling. Chicken baguette also had very thin filling of shredded chicken, even my 11 yr old was disappointed. Bread to filling proportion was a rip off. Not worth the price. Good service and ambience also would not make up for the poor quality and price. I would not return. My experience at other Panera Bread sites have been nicer.

Overpriced coffee and other offerings. Some people like that sort of thing. Nice location, though. Not too crowded, so it was an OK visit there. I had a meeting. This was the agreed place for a relaxing discussion over coffee for the person that I met with.Updated 03/20/2024Prices are still too high. This was a good location. There are a couple of good-sized tables. I still won't buy drinks at these places.

My sister ordered a large lobster mac & cheese & a half order of chicken Caesar salad. The mac & cheese was delicious, but we got it in a medium soup cup. The salad wasn't great but wasn't filling it's already small plasticn container. There were 2 baguette pieces just thrown in the paper bag as is. Not even in a smaller bag or container, anything at all, they ended up being stale. Had we known how little food we were getting for $50 order, we would've ordered elsewhere. Very disappointing results.

It's fast food dressed up with a couple different options but don't fool yourself it's still fast food.Their new chicken and spicy chicken sandwich is actually pretty good and since it's not deep fried it isn't as bad as some other fast food sandwich options.More than once online ordering has said our order was ready though only to go in and not have it staged in the pickup area and having to wait a couple of minutes. Not the end of the world but they seem to always close out the order as "ready for pickup" before it actually is which I'm sure is some sort of corporate tracking of times.

Its making me want to cancel my subscription and never go back to this location. Older, heavy set lady, short blonde/white hair, glasses.

Solid chain location for Panera. Inside is comfortable and often busy at noon. I recommend ordering ahead online as if they are busy they can be a bit slow. Thankfully they will notify you if your online order is taking longer than expected. A handy service if you have a limited time for lunch and don't want to spend it waiting.

Food was typical Panera, sandwiches need more filling but that's not on the individual store. Tomatoe soup was great as usual! Staff were so pleasant!Clean and cozy atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Could use a few more, but definitely sufficient for a quick stop lunch.

The food is fresh and as you would expect of a Panera. My only gripe is the self-service check-outs which with so many choices can be daunting. The staff is always super friendly though!

Thank goodness for this Panera! We had a special luncheon planned last week for 20+ individuals. But, because of the ice storm, postponed it at the last minute until the following week. They had no issues at all with this sudden change. Plus, the Manager worked closely and patiently with me on the menu items to ensure this was a very fresh and appealing meal. We'll, the morning of our event came and everything was ready on time and freshly made. The packaging was spot on and allowed me to carry it in icy cold conditions to and from the car. Everything was included and a lot of thought put into this catering. Our meal was a huge success and Panera played a large role in this! Especially Ms. Darrien!!! She's always behind the counter 6 days a week starting at daybreak!Good choice for you personally or a planned event!

I hardly EVER will leave a negative review, but THIS PLACE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! Honestly, the employees here are anything but friendly. Just matter of fact and look at you like you're crazy if you ask what something is. I've never been to this Panera Bread. I hope this review will encourage the management to do some classes on "Being helpful and friendly to customers." After all, isn't that the reason this place exists? If it weren't for the customers, you'd be gone. Please make this a great place and get some training. Food is great!!!

Requested a toasted bagel with butter & cream cheese. They threw a barely toasted bagel into a bag with butter that was hard as a rock, I had to ask for a plate so I could sit somewhere to add butter & cream cheese to my cold bagel (this was supposed to be a to go item). I should have gone to Dunkin at least they put the butter & cream cheese on the bagel before giving to you!
