The time wasted arguing & refunding the doordash was far more extensive than time complained about rudely by manager to loosen a few bolts for wheel barrel to fit in car & be delivered to customer. Further I wasn't asking for anyone to do it, I'm more than capable. Regardless terrible customer service dasher or not I was a customer as well. Never again. Something minor made a drastic headache, customer didn't get order, hr and half wasted of my time and $21 lost. Will never dash or buy again from such rude employees.

Generally a pretty decent store but I needed a shear pin for my Cub Cadet snow blower which I purchased at this store. They didn't have any and don't expect to get any. It's March. Snow storms here aren't guaranteed over until May, we had 18" over the weekend. Go figure.

Tractor Supply is a decent source for heavy equipment tools. The other day I needed a 1-1/2" socket plus a 1/2-3/4" adapter for my impact wrench, and both were available.

1. The pellets have too much powder in the bag. My chickens don't eat powder. Waste of money.2. Their expensive pine shavings sit outside and get wet then freeze. When thawed they're still wet. Not okay for birds in this winter weather.3. One cashier can't seem to input anything correctly and then argues with you as to what she put in...like on 3 separate occasions argued about MY phone number! Who has time (or patience) for this?

Seems to be a smaller location than others, however, seems to be well-stocked as TSC stores go.Have known TSC as having decent prices, yet when I went in to purchase a much needed new (simple) belt, there was a limited selection; nothing simple and the pricing on the belts didn't match at the register. I was told to go by the pricing on the display of which there was none.

I had a great experience here. I had brought my dog that I just adopted in to be fitted for a harness and accessories. I only had her for a day and she did awesome in the store. The store was very clean and wide isles which made for easy moving around. The lady; Mackenzie who helped us out; with in 5 minutes, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I'd recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Mackenzie for helping Duchess and I out!

The young lady at the cashier is always friendly and helpful. They usually have what I need in stock. However, even though I have a farm full of animals and still look very hard... I'm a 60-year-old woman who recently had some back issues. I buy tons and tons of grain there, but if you even think of asking anyone to help you load it they give attitude or have no one available. I'm sorry but all the strong men hanging around there, if you see a woman with several bags of grain to load into her car perhaps instead of standing there volunteer to help. I was kind of thinking that was part of your job.

I’m a delivery driver exclusive for TSC, I’ve been to over 200 stores in New England the past 4 years, now the Plymouth store is pretty much a weekly stop for me. The people there are all top notch. Especially Shay and Jenn, although I don’t get to see Jenn on a regular basis, she is absolutely the best, I always leave with a smile and cant wait to return the next week. It’s also the cleanest store I have been to. A+grade, others stores can definitely learn from their professionalism, kindness , and a knowledge of what they sell....thanks Plymouth

Awesome! First visit ever and it was great. Neat, clean and organized. Staff was super helpful and found my lawn tractor parts in no time. So much better than the local hardware store that wanted to special order it. Definitely coming back.

Been going to this Tractor Supply for many years there customer service is terrible. Atleast 10 people in line today one register open girl cashier more interested in customers dogs then her job and manager just walking around store then they open another register and take the person at the back of the line first. Also always out of propane or dont have anyone working that can fill propane I would highly recommend just using a hardware store in town

Customer service could use some work. Other than that they're pretty awesome. I like bolt selection and the crazy tools that I never thought existed. The air compressors are a really good deal. Never too crowded.

When you need supplies for your animals usually you can get it at Walmart but not the one in Plymouth N.H. I can call Tractor Supply and ask them if they have it they generally do so when I need my supplies I go right to tractor supply. Thank You so much to all of you at Plymouth Tractor Supply. Your very nice people up there.

They honored a mistake in pricing.... Service was very good. I purchased electic fence supplies and was educated about conceptually how it works, & why these particular items work well together.... Even informed me about a safety point to keep in mind.... Very much recommend!

I have been a good customer of the Plymouth NH Tractor Supply, but the customer service has been so bad these past 3 weeks that I am going to start ordering these supplies online. Don't count on them calling you about products coming in, and the Manager is not helpful nor courteous when I spoke with him about the issues I had getting help and a specific product that had a label on the shelf.

Recently bought my first horse. Jenn is down right amazing. She knows her stuff and is always recommending me different horse products. Shay is always my go to propane fill guy. He’s alway battle ready with the mobile pos I won’t let anyone fill my tanks. Bob is always willing to go the extra mile for customers and he knows the retail game so well. IM HIGHLY GREAT FULL HE IS BACK HE WAS WELL MISSED . Plymouth is my go to place for all my farm needs thanks Danny Noonan

The web site and big sign out front, "We fill propane". But, when I went in to ask and mentioned that I had a small RV the fellow announced that they don't have the right "connector" for RV tanks unless they are removable. I have filled up successfully at other TS locations. Too bad this one had invested in all that equipment for filling propane but this "connector" was just too much to rxpect.Fortunately Handyman hardware in Campton was able to provide.

So glad that I can go to Plymouth tractor supply and they have everything I need in stock I go weekly to get dog food and tilton is always out of stock you would think that they would keep stuff in stock better even more so when they have repeat customer!!

Slowest check-out dude ever. Too busy Gabbing with female customers. Wood pellets prices high....and pellet supply undependable. Running out in February, then jacking up the price, claiming a new supplier caused price increase, only to end up with the same brand? Excuse me?
