Never shopping at Hannaford again after shopping here last week. Saved so much money, plentiful choices, but the savings and cost difference was astounding. Clearly we are getting price gouged at Hannaford.

So far so good. As expected from a new store it's very clean and easy to shop. The Cafe looks very nice with lots of pastry and coffee options.The sushi even looks pretty good. The one addition in this store that is better than say the Tlton store is the expanded butcher shop area with prepared meats ready for cooking or grilling. I wonder if the parking lot is going to be big enough for regulars and summer vacationers but I guess we'll see but I wouldn't say probably visiting during the week would be your best bet and avoid Fridays and the weekends.Update: Years later. Still the best grocery store in the area. They've done a great job maintaining the store.

I like going to Market Basket. They have a great variety of everything. The produce is fresh, the meats are good, and the frozen foods aisles have a great selection. I love how they have a coffee bar and a hot food bar. You can get fresh pizza made while you shop. You can get a burger or panini, even sushi. Don't know what's for dinner, go to Market Basket.

Good selection of groceries and beer. Though I don't think a lot of care is given to stock rotation, so you have to keep an eye on stuff.The deli is good, but can get busy. The place to order subs is way too busy typically. The bakery is good too (best jelly donut ever). The staff is friendly, for the most part, but the bagging can be hit or miss. I have bought a couple milk items that were spoiled as well.

I was a recent employee for this market basket. I’ve worked there for 2 1/2 years and never enjoyed a single day of work. I’d get treated disrespectful everyday. Scheduling was horrible and last but not least the younger employees chit chatting has to stop. Most of the time I’d see the cashier talking to the bagger the whole order instead of communicating with the customer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Clean, no self check out, well staffed, well stocked, slightly lower prices than hannaford. Friendly & fast cashiers. Much more friendly, put together & competent than Hannaford & Walmart. The area where subs etc are made is inexpensive & the staff are beyond helpful & friendly.The women’s restroom had a terrible BO odor for weeks, though that has been remedied. One less star as I was informed management was not allowing cashier? or perhaps all staff to take a restroom break when needed mid shift. That’s a no go management & you need to turn that ship around once this is read if that’s still happening. Do you as management want a UTI? That’s what happens when you continue to do that. That’s coming from a manager that held it for years because it was unprofessional to “leave the floor”. It’s a different world now & you need all the staff you can get &/or maintain in the lakes region.

We love market basket. They have everything that you get at other grocery stores but they also have some extra items that I have not been able to find anywhere but Market Basket. Good prices too, technically no good prices now but inflation aside they have kept their prices reasonable.

Last week I grabbed a slice of some of the best pizza I've had in NH! Scott at the Plymouth, NH location was working on a new pizza - a Greek (without red sauce), with tomatoes, spinach, feta, and whole, black olives. It had the perfect amount of toppings, and the crust was chewy and just crisp enough; it was incredible!

Market Basket is the Mercedes of grocery shopping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Quality, elegance and impeccable interior! Highly recommend the cafe to grab a cup of coffee before shopping or to reward the kids after with soft serve ice cream (all VERY reasonable.) "Cheese Island" offers a tremendous variety of local and imported cheeses, spreads, and crackers. Be sure to visit "The Butcher Block" to get premium cuts of meats and easy to prepare meals. The pizza is one of the best in the area and the sushi bar offers both ready to go rolls or freshly made sushi and sashimi. Great selection of international foods too. Lola appreciates the bagging service!

I only gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect....but Market Basket is close to perfect. Great selection - happy staff!Great parking, especially for their express checkout where I'm out with 10 items in 15 minutes and on my way. Great systems in place - these people know what they're doing! I'm in and out 3 times a week and love their selection of microwave/ oven ready quick meals and salads.Good Stuff M.B!

1st off the lady in the pizza area to like 10 min to come out from the back. But I she was alone I let that go.... then I ordered my 1 cheese pizza and went shopping and when I came back 15 min later my bf had to sit there for another 10 min and 2 more people ordered after its but their pizza was made before us. My bf is deaf but can speak and had to keep asking her to or it in the oven. She then got in the phone for another 5 min texting then decided to put our pizza in the oven 35 min after we ordered. Then 15 min later after she answered the store phone and texted on hers and used the same gloves our pizza was ready.Now the grill side... there were three people working and yet the lady before me waited an hour n half for a Ruben and had called in I had 2 numbers ahead of me and still waited 30 min. Instead of running the kitchen proficiently it was a circus. Then a I'm waiting to order my subs a guy stops the grill and starts stopping while they all were talking and laughing which is fine if you still are working... but they didn't and I waited 4 almost an hour for both the pizza and subs. The cashier was so nice and friendly that was refreshing. I called after we left and the manager looked on video saw what we were talking about but didn't offer any type of reasons other than I can't wait to show her a polaroid of herself in the phone on prep area.... worst mb ever

OMG they have everything. We were in the areaFor camping and they have more that what my normal market basket has. Amazing selection of fruits and veggies. Great Hispanic and Asian section. I was in heaven.

Big store, well stocked and reasonably priced. We had our Christmas prime rib cut to order. No problem. Always numerous check out cashiers. Only one negative thing thing is the bakery dept. 4 people working out front and none was interested in helping out customers.

The employees working in your deli were incredibly rude. I was looking at the meat when I was rudely told what they had for brands. I then went to the cafe area to get a few sandwiches and the women with the blue headband and blue eyeshadow was SO rude. She wanted everyone in the group I was with to grab a number before she’d serve any of us. She proceeded to rush the person ordering and roll her eyes when taking the order. They made the wraps flat like you were eating a panini, one half wasn’t even wrapped so it fell out. The second sandwich they put the dressing almost on the outside of the sandwich which made a huge mess. I ended up not getting anything because I was tired of being disrespected. I 100% will not be ordering from your cafe again. Oh and mind you there were 6 employees standing around doing nothing while 2 were working. Worst experience I’ve had here.

I forgot one of my bags when I cashed out. I realized this after I went to my car and immediately went back. The cashier told me that she gave my bag to customer service. But when I go there, they already put my groceries back on the shelves. I just don't understand why they immediately put it back, even though they know that the customer already paid for it and might come back soon. It's not like I went back there several hours later or something. I go back even less than 5 minutes later. It's just ridiculous. Bad experience. I will never go back there again.

Always love Market Basket. Newer location that has remained clean and shiny. Great staff at this location that make shopping a breeze. Great produce section and even better meat counter and butcher services. Well worth the weekly trip down!
