Super cool store! Definitely recommend. They have everything from venomous snakes to fly river turtles. It's a must visit. I can't wait to go back.

Just picked up my juvenile red knee, he was very healthy looking and cared for. Grant was awesome to deal with and was clearly well knowledged about them. A little more expensive than other places but very much worth it. Cool place, great environment, huge selection, and awesome employees. I definitely plan to make this my go to exotic shop

I went to the reptile building to see geckos, frogs, and fish in the museum. I like my goats in the zoo creatures pet store! My favorite was the alligators. I would like to go back with my family.

Unfortunately I can't leave TWO amazing reviews, so updating to say that the store is still as lovely as ever, my axolotl is a big fattie these days, and I just love my new baby bearded dragon! As always, a true treasure for animal lovers in the region.Love this store! We have several tarantulas and now an axolotl from this store and all are happy and healthy. Prices are great and the staff is very knowledgeable and supportive even after the point of sale. I can’t recommend them enough. It’s worth making the drive down just to even look around at their amazing selection.

The store is very big. They have a lot of different animals and all of them are very well taken care of. I sold my axolotls there last month and the costumer service was great. Would recommend

We came in randomly on a Saturday to look around since I’m big into snakes/reptiles. Upon walking in we found out that they do public tours and they were going to start one soon. $20/person was reasonable so we went and got to see and hold a lot more animals than you would have otherwise. Our tour guide, Johnny Venom was super chill and even took out his own pet, a beautiful false water cobra for us to hold. Feeding time for Bubba the snapping turtle was fun as well! Everyone got to give him an apple slice and he was so gentle.

I love this place, but I live on the wrong side of the state. When I am local, I don’t miss the chance to stop in!This pet shop has everything your herps might need. They even have some other fun pets as well.The Hots Room offers some very well-fed snakes you’d normally not see. Their camouflage is, thankfully, only part of that reason. Awe-inspiring!The staff is quite knowledgeable, generally friendly as well. It amazes me how much staff they have. I don’t envy that payroll.Their alter-ego, NERD, is located in the same location. They do tours of the breeding rooms w some very special reptiles there. Worth the few bucks that costs. Kids love it. Even 60 year-old kids!

More than a mere pet store... This place is a free zoo, (and Im not even including NERD and their tours upstairs as thats a separate thing.)Beyond the wild experience of going, spend an hour min. having fun, if you are looking for reptiles why would you go to a chain or even local shop with a few reptiles on the side where they have maybe one of what you are looking for if common instead of dozens to choose from here, or get stuff here you arent gonna find anywhere within 8hr drive, if anywhere.They knowledge base is great and have a very large staff. They do a great job with fish (Ive toured 26 aquarium stores in last year, so that praise means something.)If i. The northern half if NE its worth a trip just to check out, and if ready to buy Id drive further than that to get the healthy fantastic reptiles here. For fish, not to knock them as one of top 4 in state, just there are more top tier fish stores so other than going to see once Id recommend as a place to buy for a good chunk of NH and MA, but realistically you wouldnt need to drive further as would have a peer level store if you live further.

This place is amazing. They offer a tour for $8 where you can see all the wonderful animals and reptiles they breed. The tour guide was bursting with knowledge and his main message was so important for both children and adults: if you see a while animal, leave it alone. It's not there to harm you and just wants to be left alone.

I had came here got two spiders one versa blue one pink toe blue fang I own 60 spiders in my collection with in a week the both died I've reached out several time with little response back I spent well over 500 that day very disappointing I also have called an emailed try to see if I can get a refund anything an no luck I will not be back an would not recommend coming here at all

Love zoo creatures. There are tons of reptiles and exotic animals. Even has an alligator outside in the summer and goat. Chickens just walk around the outside. Kevin and the employees are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable with all the animals they have. The viper room and ball python morphs are my favorite!

Amazing display with various critters. The kids love going here and seeing the new enclosures. Always a good spot for them. Great fish and live aquatic plant selection. Always very healthy. Reptiles galore. Such a cool place. Staff is super nice and they have always directed me to an expert whenever I had questions. They have several experts that are very knowledgeable. Fun spot! :)

This place is awesome! Drove from central mass to. They have so many cool animals, reptiles, birds, fish, furry creatures and all the pet supplies you could ask for. Definitely worth the trip! All of the animals were so beautiful and very well cared for.

Love the store inside and out! Inside there's lots of animals, supplies, and even toys. We love looking at all the reptiles, all well taken care of. Outside is great for the kids with farm animals to feed and gaze at. We love visiting here and we live over an hour away.

My pet rat died sadly it was sick I wish I knew sooner I get things happen but my gf an I spent a decent amount of money for one to die the other rat is skittish an bit me honestly if there hand raised or handled why are they biting an I get they give you a warning about them before you leave but they also had mites an I can't treat all the rats problems I cleared the mites but that hasn't stopped the bitting I mean if you read that the rats are handled there should be no biting but I mean I still don't neglect the one that bites cause im.trying to work with it well I hope you have a great day thanks for your time RIP my furry friend that died

Definitely set aside some time to visit this place. There are SO many animals you've never seen, all the staff are very knowledgeable as well. Not great for fuzzy animals, but a very VERY good scaley animal store.

This is by far the best exotic pet store in the area. (Not that there are many, but, y'know.) Their staff is BUSY so sometimes it takes a moment to grab someone's attention, but they're always doing something, which shows that they care about the shop and well being of the animals. They have amazing prices and loads of stock.We picked up a couple of (pet) rats. They have shown no health concerns, which is more than I can say for a lot of breeders. Their small pet supply was a little lacking, but hey, that's not their focus, and they still had better things in stock than the chains usually do.Plus, they have a snapper that made my fight or flight kick in. I mean seriously, I've never been primitively scared of a turtle before. Wowee, that bad boy had me sweating. Bud could have had my leg as an appetizer. The picture absolutely do not do him justice. (They have some outdoor enclosures, where I assume that dang beefcake lives in the summer. Hide your cats, hide your dogs, watch your wandering children.)

I absolutely love this place! Today was my first time ever going in, and if I could give it more stars I would. It's easily in the top 5 best pet stores in NH, if not New England all together. Huge selection of unique pets, not just the bread and butter stock but a wide variety and some harder to find species of freshwater and salwater fish. There were tons of good deals, the prices are more than fair. I got 3 sponge filters rated for 40gals each (so 20 really) for $4.99 each! Where else are you going to find those kind of prices, let alone sponge filters in general are not carried in the bigbox stores. The staff was friendly and nice and more than willing to help anyone who has questions or needs advice. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back for sure!

Love this place! I got all of my pets from here. Their room is extreamly nicely done, although the animal cages can be cleaned way more often. Their bird room back then was amazing as well, but this is such a good place too find your new friend and find all the information you need. Great startup equipment and even has pre cycled gravel for your tank!

If you guys are looking for pet rats don’t even go there. The cages are disgusting and they overbreed the rats. They might be cute but they also come with health issues = vet trips (which gets costly) on top of that rats that were thrown into snake bins (as food) also get put downstairs and have issues. They were tossing the rats behind them into a bin (live rats) and it was by the tails. I’m disappointed

Always have what I’m looking for and so cool to look around, but checking out can take a while because it seems to be organized chaos that only a few employees have gotten a hang of. Always come back and I’ve never been anywhere else though :)
