Knowlegeable, friendly staff! Tell them which bird(s) you want to attract and they will steer you to the relevant food and/or housing. My bluebird house came with instructions on how to site it, so I got a nesting pair and 5 babies fledged on my first try. Aiming to bring in some orioles and maybe tanagers next. I live in Arizona and was looking for the perfect retirement gift for a friend in Plaistow. Both he and I have shared a love of birds for years and I've had a great luck with the Wild Birds Unlimited franchise down here. So, I called this Plaistow franchise to see about getting my friend a WBU setup like mine. Marianne was great in terms of making recommendations and putting together a great package (See picture) The owner, Mike, then delivered it a day or so later and offered to set it up for him. It has been a great hit with my friend and his family! Thanks to Marianne and Mike for making this special for my friend and easy for me to arrange 3,000 miles away. ;)

Couldn't get my feeder tray attached to the feeder because I lost the bolt. I'm so happy with the service and attitude of the person (wish I got her name) who fixed it. They stand behind their products above and beyond!
