I went to Walmart in Methuen Ma to change or get refunded for a cast grill that turn rusted in less than 24 hrs that I bought at Salem N.H the associate didn't take care of me she call a manager the so call manager told me to go to Salem N.H in the end I had to call corporate and i got the problem solve. Adding that the Walmart in Methuen Ma is the worst customer service and associates.

I went into the store to wait in the customer service line for instore pickup, I was told to wait outside in the designated parking spots for in store pickup. I left the store then proceeded to find a in store pick up designated parking spot then I noticed all of the designated in store pickup parking spots were taken by other shoppers that are not there for in store pickup. I wonder how the heck I am suppose to pickup my item now. Worst experience for in-store pickup. I do in-store pickup all the time and it was never this long. As I am writing this, I am still waiting for people to move from the instore pickup designated spots. I also went inside to customer service and they said they can't do nothing about it.I am prob better off just buying the item in store than online for instore pickup. I can't recommend this location to anyone for in-store pickup.Day 2: I still can't call the number at the designated spot to pick up my order, it went straight to voicemail. System is completely broken. I also noticed the poor associate looked lost trying to track down the person for online pickup order....also this is on Saturdayand they only have one person doing curbside pickup.Suggestions: Have another pickup location inside the store or have more designated parking spots for in store pickup.Bring back the physical in store line for pickup. This is so bad. Will not shop at Walmart anymore.

Donna at the front register was extremely helpful. I was trying to use my coupon for formula and she needed a supervisor, it took awhile and she kept trying to get the help needed to approve the coupon. She was extremely helpful and very kind and very considerate! Most people would get annoyed etc but Donna was extremely helpful and beyond kind and determined!! Someone give this woman a raise!! She ran all over to try to get help

Pickup is hit or miss. You check in on the Walmart app and call the phone number on the sign, sometimes they never come out. Sometimes they do. Best time is morning. Worst is after 3PM and on weekends. Good luck all!

I always manage to find clothes for a cheap price here, and I can find many other things I need as well. Sometimes the quality is low on products, but overall, most products are fine. The staff are okay but you can’t expect much from staff in a Walmart. If you’re panicking and need something quick this is your store.

I ordered a cube shelf online. I picked it up from the store as it was the only option offered. The price was very impressive. Almost half price than other railers and much better than Amazon.This store has a huge selection of everything even food and drinks.I ended up buying things I didn’t need because they had a lot to offer and the price was great!The store was very clean and the staff is super polite and helpful .I highly recommend this store!

I won't be coming back, the employees are miserable and make you feel like a burden when asking questions, EVERY ITEM was marked wrong or in the wrong spot so my cart came up in total higher than expected.Half the employees don't speak English so when I asked a question I was met with total confusion.This store is unorganized, the people are disrespectful and the manager should be ashamed of the store they're running.

I had my hands full with groceries and went to the only aisle that sells cigarettes. no one was at the register and the light was off. so I found someone to help me, check my things out in the Self checkout area and went over to the cigarette counter. after the woman Finally made her way over to the counter, she rang my cigarettes in and then ask me for a photo ID. I am 47 and definitely look, my age. my id was in the car and I didn't want to go all the way out to get it and come back perit. She still would not sell me the cigarettes. So I left very angry! We'll never shop here again.

A lot of people dis Walmart. I have found the quality does vary from store to store. The Plaistow Walmart is pretty good. You can get pretty much everything you need there, from clothes, to hardware. To electronics, to home health and more. They are usually pretty well stocked. I find the Methuen store has a better clothes selection.

I don't know where to start... Me and my friend/roommate were waiting in the customer service line cuz we needed to return something. My friend/roommate said she felt dizzy and needed to sit down so I went and asked for an electric wheelchair/cart cause my friend is having a hard time standing saying she felt like she was gonna pass out... I was then told 2 of their electric wheelchairs/carts were broken and the other two were being used. I then asked if they had a manual wheelchair but the associate said no! They had nothing to help us with nor did they care! I wasn't making it up when I said for the second time to the unhelpful associate: my friend is gonna end up passed out on the floor! I then went back to where my friend was and she said she needs some water so I went looking for water but there's no bottled water up front in any coolers nor on any shelves (only large cases or gallons) but FINALLY I saw an associate that helped me get water and on my walk back to my friend/roommate customers were waving for me to hurry cause my friend passed out and was on the floor! I was upset with how my friend needed help but there was no help! I TRIED TO HELP & I TRIED TO GET MY FRIEND HELP but still she couldn't get the assistance she needed and look at the results!?! REALLY? One of the biggest departments stores in the world yet 2 of the 4 electric carts they own are broken?!? SHAMEFUL!!! And PLEASE train/teach your associates what to do in a situation like this! AND to top everything off they didn't have any of the 5 bottles of wine that I needed or the Amazon or Dunkin Donuts gift cards that I needed! This was a Walmart trip I wanna forget... A Walmart trip I wish never happened! 🤷‍♀️ JS 🤷‍♀️ This is NOT ok! Do u not care that my friend didn't have an electric wheelchair/cart to use while shopping at your store because 2 of the carts r ALWAYS broken which leaves only 2 carts that do work! They're ALWAYS broken it seems for years now it's been like this. I can't even tell u how many times my mother whom was a double amputee couldn't get a cart so she could do her shopping... It is/was very upsetting & unfair then with my mom and now with my friend/roommate! U R LETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS DOWN BY NOT CARING ENOUGH ABOUT THEM AND THEIR WELL-BEING!!! MY FRIEND ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM WHAT NEXT???

This Walmart is dirty looking every time we come there. The employees are rude, pretend they can not hear you, glare at you like you're filling your pockets with the items instead of putting them in your carriage and to top it all off you get to enjoy dirty looks while you stand there waiting for assistance. I actually smiled at an employee after I checked out one day while walking towards the door and they just glared at me as I walked out the door. This place needs a total overhaul, the building and employees.

Absolutely should not have to wait 20+ minutes for an employee to open the case in cosmetics, cashier calls on walkie talkie, no response, why am I always calling customer service from my phone in a store that should maybe give a few more employees key duties, RIDICULOUS.

I don't know who she is because she wasn't wearing a name badge but I know she's white, older (like 60s) and has white hair. She sold my 16 year old son cigarettes. I'm not even going to bother reporting her to her boss because management is a joke. Iam going to be reporting her to the ATF.

I felt so special, I got a personal security following making sure i did the right thing today. I only came in to get a cooler, pop up tent and 2 rice cookers so it wasnt needed but ok.As i got to self checkout. The over enthusiastic asian lady kept checking my screen out while i scanned everything in, i was hoping she wanted my number. I wasnt trained on how to use self checkout, so good thing she was there.As i paid nearly $300. Then she yells at the door lady to check my cooler to make sure i didnt forget to scan anything in there and that i had everything on my receipt. A little annoying since everything was piled on top the cooler. So i had to take everything out the cart. While all the nice old Caucasian people walked out. I think the hispanic guy in front of me was annoyed as well while he was being checked.Also, you need to update the registers to use tap pay. I hate carrying my wallet in.

This place it atrocious. The carriage people don't get carts out of the handicap spots. A customer who is handicap took five from a spot and brought them in herself. I called to let them know what was going on and after at least five minutes, electronics answered. Told him what was going on and he patched me to the front desk. After another five minutes of listening to constant ringing, someone else answered and I explained what I saw. Told her the workers were going to the end of the lot to get the carts in the corrals and ignoring the fact at least three handicap spots were full of carts. I wish I caught her name because she was very rude about it and said she would send someone out and hung up. Was there another few minutes and no one had come out to clear them. There is a reason the handicap spots are close. There is a reason they have carriage corrals. It is also the customer's who are lazy that add to this problem but, no one watches or says anything when they see it. One more complaint, or question. Why is online order pickup in the very back of the store if the employees at the service desk cant help someone who has a hard time walking that far? They really dont seem to care about the handicap. Just sayin'.

By far the most ghetto walmart ever and that says something. They had a line 13 people long for the self checkout. No normal registers open and we had to wait 10 minutes for a cart. I told my kids to look around because this store was a fine example of what a store looks like before the management gets fired and half the employees with it
