Very helpful and friendly pharmacy staff. They're closed on weekends, which can cause problems, and Walgreens' system as a whole can be a real headache when filling prescriptions. However, the service is otherwise efficient and very helpful. Any Walgreens customers coming from Hampstead will have a much easier time here.

I had a terrible experience at the store. When I went to pay for my items I was told cash only as the card machine was down. No sign on the door to notify customers who were relying on using a debit or credit card 🤔. Talked to this young female manager named Sam. She tried to publicly humiliate me in front of all the customers in line. As I was leaving fuming she cheerily calls out "have a nice day". Very sarcastic. I've been shopping their for years but will never again set foot in that store!

Took my elderly parents for flu shot. Was only able to book one appointment online but when I called I was told I could bring them both. The waiting area was specious and they staff was wonderful.

My experience has been fine when they are there but unfortunately that has become a serious problem lately, first of all you are not made aware of such changes with this practice and to go without your medicine and not be able to move your prescription elsewhere because you were not informed of the lack of the pharmacy being open has caused unnecessary hardship that could have been avoided, for I am sure that the closings we're known in advance, .I would recommend anyone looking for pharmacy services to go elsewhere

Beyond useless. I called to inquire about picking up a prescription of my mothers (I needed additional details) and I've been cut off or sent to a busy signal after being on hold for 1-3 minutes- five times. The only positive (I thought) was a first for me option to kill the waiting musak, which worked for about 20 seconds before it restarted.

Do not bother making an appointment!!!I made an appointment for 10:00 only to arrive to be told that it is a one hour wait. I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me that the Walgreen’s doesn’t have appointments and I would have to wait after all of the walk-ins. I asked her what the point of having an appointment was and she got visibly frustrated with me and walked away, very professional. Clearly, they do not know the definition of an appointment, nor how to keep one. You have forever lost my business. You can make appointments that are adhered to at CVS.

Plaistow Walgreens is my most favorite pharmacy I have ever done business with for any length of time .The pharmacist, Tony is such a awesome pharmacist. He has never judged me in any way. It's hard enough having to deal with why u have to take prescriptions without being harassed about it!! Thank you Tony!!

Covid vaccine card is my concern. Just recieved second dose and recieved my hand written vaccine card. The problem is the fact that this card could be plagiarized easily by anyone, yet it is acepted by anybody requiring the proof of vaccination. How and why is this possible in the modern world?

Can't recommend for fedex drop off returns... Wouldn't take a package because of weight but didn't have a scale and suspected what I was shipping was 3x the weight listed on the product website. Suggested I go to Salem New Hampshire with my dropoff. Went one mile down the street to Staples where they told me where to put the box, no questions asked.

I got out of the hospital Sunday afternoon and was very sorry to see that the pharmacy was closed. Needed meds yesterday. Why are you closed on the weekend?

I use to love this store but the new hours (closing at 9 p.m.) make it so i can no longer stop in after work :-(

Does not offer all services advertised because they are a "low volume" store. More likely the staff js just lazy.

Nice clean store a few of the pharmacist need to be a little friendlier like Rite Aide makes a big difference.
