Plaistow store is the most customer friendly in the area, the associates and cashiers always offer assistance and are always pleasant. I was assisted on 3 different occasions by Susan, Mark and Zack all of whom were pleasant, friendly and accomidating. thank you all for consistently being helpful and pleasant, it is much appreciated and a pleasure to visit your store

Please re-inserve your cashier M**tin Plaistow NH on proper conduct, customer service and professionalism this was the worst experience ever obvious my color and ethnicity put me to the end of the line several times then when i address to him it becomes a never ending fight. I even had to de escalate this guy ridiculous. This guy would not stop even after asking him several times. He also needs to stop hallucinations telling people what they said. He even threatened me! Tractor supply im so disappointed you train your staff, and hire this type. The customer is always right even if there wrong and this clearly was not the case . I will contact chain of command this was an absolute miserable experience. And im a senior citizen nice respect. I will never go back to this store again!

The associates at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! Wrexie helped me and my partner bring home our first batch of ducklings, and some more chickens for our flock. She spent a lot of time teaching us proper nutrition, important tips for healthy birds, and more, and we are super thankful for all the awesome info. AND then the next day, we came by to grab a new chicken coop, had to make a couple trips for it due to trailer issues, and the kind man at the store offered us a discount solely due to our troubles. It made a big difference for me and was one of the kindest gestures I experienced in a while! Thank you guys!

I couldn't believe HOW MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS THEY SOLD BESIDES TRACTORS!! Don't think they don't stock something. Go on in a check the place out. You'll be PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! Just terrible. Have never shopped at Tractor Supply but decided to try because they had a utility trailer that the big box stores don’t carry. I bought based on a cash back promotion conditional on opening a credit card account. Not only did I spend more in account fees on the credit account than I saved with the cash back reward, but they never told me the cash back rewards expire! So I ended up paying even more than if I had paid cash for the trailer. Just terrible. One and done - my first time at Tractor Supply was my last - rewards at the big box stores never expire.

Tried to get a price on a splitter. I was told I would have to talk to Lou who was currently out to lunch, no problem left my contact info and left. Hours later no call. No problem I had to go back and get a bag of pellets exchanged.Lou was standing at the register and I asked him about the splitter and he said he knows nothing about it and I would have to come back tomorrow. I come back the next day and I’m told he passed along nothing and I would have to speak to Lou.Hey lou not for nothing but your a retail store manager. It’s your job to sell stuff.I will not be back till Lou is gone.

I go into this store needing or wanting NOTHING. Why is it then when I leave i am $125.80 poorer. Just this place. Selections are great other wise would have saved the money i spent. Friendly and helpful staff helping me buy stuff I did not need..love this store

Excellent prices. Have so many items to choose from. They can fill propane tanks here. You can buy snowblowers, tractors, sheds, flowers, wood pellets, salt for Wells, animal supplies and food, and many other things. Ask to join there club to save money just by telling them your phone number each time you checkout.

Went in to see if they had welding helmets was amazed at the stuff they had should have grabbed a carriage but didn’t cashier had a great attitude and joked with me about holding everything.For a big store had the small family vibe will be back

I went in to buy a couple chicks; they TELL you how many you're buying, which is at least 4. The majority of the staff was unknowledgeable about the chicks; & the 1 that was, to say unfriendly is kind. Haha But all in all, a good place.

Terrible return policy, paid a few grand in cash, items returned, and there playing games with giving me my money back. Don't spend money here they won't refund it, if there is an issue with your item.

I enjoy Tractor Supply because the store is huge. They sell many items. If you enjoy waking, then you may not mind the disorganized displays sporadically spread inside the store.

I got a couple of propane tanks filled recently and a sales associate was already at the fill area. I was in and out with full tanks quickly. At tractor supply You pay for the volume you need which is great if your just partially filling a tank.

Bought a Cub Cadet snow blower here after trying to order the same on from Home Depot over the phone. I was told emphatically over the phone by Home Depot they dont carry "club cadet" even after I spent an hour there prior going over machines with a salesman. I told the store manager she seemed to care less. Tractor Depot had the same machine in stock for the same price and they loaded it onto the truck for me.
