They are well priced for the high quality of goods that the sell. I had chosen a chew toy for my heavy chewer large breed dog and was actually advised that it wouldn't be a good product for her. I greatly appreciated the manager's honesty and her willingness to lose a portion of the sale (we were already at the POS when she saw what I was buying) to ensure the safety of my dog. I will definitely be returning to purchase other toys and food.

An excellent pet supply establishment. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Anything my wife and I need in a pinch we get here. Great staff, selection and I love seeing all the different dogs people have with them in the store.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years, and I will not be back. Bought a collar today, price on tag was different that what it rang up for. Noticed after I had purchased the collar. Male staff member that “helped” me was unable to match price that was on item- would only sell for price it rang up for. Price different was only $1.50 - shocked that they wouldn’t refund me the difference. I should have returned it and bought it elsewhere.

Staff are super - friendly (greeting you with a hello and a smile when you first walk in), helpful (they notice if you seem to be lost, bewildered, or searching for something), and efficient (quickly notice that you're ready to check out). Prices are very reasonable; they have a great variety of items and brands available. It's a 90 min ride to this shop so we stop in en route to the family cabin every couple weeks from March through October. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program!

Their staff are congenial. And they are super close But the food is pricey. And they just went up. MB has the best there. Believe it or not WM has a great selection of bird feeders, feed, and suet - all in the garden section.

This store's managers are condescending and rude. We came in looking for help with our aging dog, and the assistant manager with the mullet talked down to us the entire time and didn't listen to what we were saying; I felt like I was a burden to his time of sitting in the office instead of helping his staff who had a long line of check outs. We ended up having to bring the item back because it was wrong for what we needed. The lady who helped process my return was very friendly and gave me a lot of information about special ordering dog food and she was basically the redeeming factor for that manager.

Selection runs the gamut from excellent to so so depending on the product area. Prices are also all over the map and not nearly as low as the hype you might hear. Food sections are a hodge podge of brands and cluttered organization with dog food being the clear favorite as far as variety goes. My biggest issue is the disinterested and aloof staff. It's the least friendly pet store in the area. You can feel the lack of energy as soon as you walk in. Another annoyance: Their spend $$$ and get $$$ off coupons don't include food in the total spend. My go to is Pet Supplies Plus in nearby Haverhill. Always friendly, great sales, an excellent free loyalty program and they carry all the top lines of food like Weruva, Primal and Stella & Chewy, among many others.

Very nice people with a large selection of various toys, treats and dog food. Wonderful staff who are always willing to help at a moments notice. In addition, if you want to bring your dog in the store feel free, they also have a cage where you can bring your dogs to play in (though, if your dog goes to the bathroom on the property, please pick it up). A wonderful overall experience that will make state line pet your go to for animal goods and services.

They OCCASIONALLY HAVE our pet food at decent prices. But never the same limited ingredient formula. We've had to buy 4 different flavors/brands! Online ordering is slow. They say its working fine on their end. Okay are you literally checking your own network inside your store on your computers? 🤔 My wife has tried to order from her work computer. We've tried from both our phones. And from our desktop. Just spins and thinks and then times out. They do have a rewards program and coupons.

Take your pet with you, they're welcome in the store provided they get along well with other animals and people. Staff is always friendly and helpful. When they first opened I used to take my Amazon parrot in to pick out his own toys. He loved it. Unfortunately, he's gone now so I took my sister's new dog in to get some food and toys. Some items are a bit pricey but prices are going up everywhere so that's to be expected. I would definitely recommend Stateline Pets to family and friends.

Its got a lot of stuff, prices are decent but you get what you pay for. Staff is nice, treat options are phenomenal. I would rate this at a 3.5 if I could though because of the sheer volume of bad toys that any light chewer also dog would destroy in one day.There is no need to carry stuff that cheap that is a potential choke hazard. Stuck with 4 star because of the prices and options of bully sticks.
