Awful print shop policies charge an extra eight dollars for an express copy that took 30 seconds to print when the place was absolutely dead. Nobody was doing nothing print lady was just hanging out. Theft

Staples, I went there to have photocopies made. I am surprised at how inexpensive it was to copy regular items like bills and letters. The staff was great and didn't mind doing the copies with extra touches. My printer died, and I should replace it, but for the few copies, I need Staples was the place to go.

STAPLES in Plaistow- all employees are great helping printing, faxing: very patient! I got a 2 year tech support plan when I purchased a copier and computer- AJ is outstanding along with all his other techs - all patient and helpful! This store is a jem!!

I have such happy memories of working at this store between 2000 and 2004. I'm back home in England now but I'm delighted to see it's still going strong serving the community.

Just to be fair we were only office chair browsing so did not go through a full experience. Why only 4 stars. That said. Easy parking, store was clean well stocked. Staff approached asked if needed assistance. Prices seem reasonable and ok selection of chairs to try and sit in. Typical staples. Will update once I have a order, purchase experience from this particular store.

Doug was absolutely amazing! We called to place a last minute order, and he did the best he could to get it done when we needed it, even though it normally takes much longer to do. Excellent customer service, too! He was very kind even under the pressure, when most people probably would have just said, “No I can’t do it sorry.” It shows that he really cares and wants to help customers. Thank you so much for all of your help, you really came through for us today!

I hate computer shopping! However, I printed out the requirements needed to support my learning for an online graduate course. Jeffrey and AJ had me out of the store in under 10 minutes. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received when making a large purchase. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Not all that helpful. They started that they fix devices but both times I i brought one in I was advised not that one. Print center isn't designed to print to things they sell. Wanted to make an easy print out to make some fun lanyards but was told they don't have the dimensions to make the passage print to the shape of the Staples badge holder.

I went in to print a few documents recently. The employee in the copy/print center was very frustrating to work with. He was condescending and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. When one of the printers punched two random holes in my page instead of a 3 hole punch, he suggested that I just punch the holes in the hundreds of copies I needed, manually. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was busy and didn't know much about the copy/print center anyway. I finally gave up on my project and left. I will make the trip to a FedEx Office from now on.

Awesome customer service! They were almost closed......Manager, and some staff. Took care of my purchase of an office chair. Even went out of their way and ASSEMBLED it. On the spot so I could use it next day! If I could give them 10 Stars I would !

Do not use the copy and print center!!!Associates are dirty, mishandle documents, and fail to do their jobs with any accuracy or care. I have had professional level artwork damaged, repeatedly received products that did not meet the specifically dictated instructions, and was given non-existant file types when asking for different formats (employee re-named "file".tif when .tiff was requested).Not worth the time, money or aggrevation.When i called to complain, I was hung up on repeatedly. Went in and left a message for the manager, never got a call back. Now customer service has been rude and dismissive when I contacted them for help. About to go to the Better Business Bureau regarding this lack of professionalism and my stolen money (ie. Fake purchases).

Went in to staples in Plastiow for a laptop after going to Salem NH because it was out of stock. A guy in Grey shirt came over and started his selling of warrentys and office stuff. I'm the type that believes warrentys on computers not worth it because of fast changes in tech and things get cheaper. He asked same questions the guy in salem did but in a very rude manner. I'm in sales and that is no way to sell. He was even using a guilty close like, it was a gift for loved one and he was like dont you want the best for them. They must get paid on it and I told him no straight up. Not intreasted. He kept repeating it and at that point all he wanted was to piss me off with a malicious intent. That guy ruined my day, all is will tell his bosses is you can't blame me for selling hard. Douchbag you all know who is he did not bother getting his name not worth my time. One employee even asked him a question while walking and he was arrogant to him.

Dishonest. Avoid!Bought an Office chair and brought it home to assemble. The chair was defective, so I called the next morning to arrange an exchange. I asked them to have the chair assembled so I could be sure then next one was not defective, and I would pay the $15 assembly fee.I get to the store and the replacement chair looks defective like the one I assembled. I asked to wheel it back to the desks to verify, and I notice the floor model is missing. On closer examination, the chair they "assembled" for me is all scuffed up.Instead of assembling a brand new chair, they tried to pass off the floor model as new (despite it being defective) and best of all THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME A $15 ASSEMBLY FEE!

I brought my laptop too in this past Wednesday to be looked I told them in wouldn't boot. I was charged 160.00 just to look at it be told what I already knew. Then I wa d quoted 370.00 to fix it so I bought a new laptop. A day later a I get phone call with a completely different repair quote of 150.00 I am very disappointed.

Copy and print associate ruined a several hundred dollar piece of artwork putting oily fingerprints all over the image area. Different associate lied about scanning capabilities, butchered a scan on a dirty machine and instead of providing .TIFF files as requested, right clicked and renamed an empty file with the extension ".tif". Waited two weeks for a managers callback. Completely unacceptable behavior at all levels of staff. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I recently bought an Epson xp 440 printer from staples, it came with the 4 ink cartridges and unfortunately the black cartridge was giving me a error message on the lcd screen. I tried everything possible for a couple of days and decided to bring it to staples and exchange it. The guy at the check out told me it didnt matter because the cartridges that come with the printer only have 10% the amount a normal cartridge does. so he was going to give me 10 % off. Ill make sure to never purchase anything from staples again, now I know that if something goes wrong Staples wont back up my purchase

Website wasn't working right to order a desk for one hour pick up so I called and they told me to come right in I could pick it up and not to order it. Drove 45 minutes out of my way to grab the desk and was told immediately that there was no desks at all even though they had looked it up an hour earlier on the phone and told me to come get it.

Why would they have a phone number if you can't get a hold of anyone... who's gonna reimburse me my money for gas for having to drive all the way out to them to just ask a fckn question and be on my way...!? My laptop got a virus and thanks to Staples tech who talked me into Sophos virus protection all I had to do was call Sophos and their tech cleaned out all the junk and there was a lot of it and I did not need to leave the house,he took online control and worked for about an hour on it,it now runs better than new.

VERY POOR SERVICE AT STAPLES IN PLAISTOW, NH..... was having some trouble trying to send a fax, but when I asked him for some help all he did was stand around, then he sat down, and told me to WAIT FOR IT!!!! I will go somewhere else to send a fax next time.
