I recently had a vinyl floor installed and start to finish it was a gravest experience. Claire and Janet are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable with their inventory. My installer Shawn did a fantastic job. I’ve used rugs rolls and more at my old house having carpet installed and also had a great experience all those years ago. Highly recommend for flooring needs!

This is the second time I have bought wall to wall carpeting at Rugs, Rolls and More. I received excellent service each time. They have a great selection and are customer focused regardless of the price point. I replaced carpet due to water damage. Claire and Janet were so patient despite the process going on longer than I expected. Their installer did an excellent job! They were on time, quick and quiet. I'm very satisfied.Their selection of room size carpets is varied and priced competitively. The one in my LR has worn well and the colors are still vibrant after many years.I prefer to shop local. I find smaller stores are much more customer focused and with an expenditure like this you want to get it right the first time. This shop is a gem!

Claire was excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After meeting her at the store she quickly followed up with us to schedule a time to measure our space for the new carpet.She kept us informed of when the new carpet would be delivered and provided us options on an install date.The install team, father and son, did great work and we couldn’t be happier with the results.Would highly recommend Rugs, Rolls, and More. Claire was a pleasure to work with.

I am very happy with my choice of Rugs and Rolls to redo my carpeting. Claire and Janet were most accommodating, my choices endless and Claire's advice perfect. Added to this is the pair who installed the carpet. Bill Mutch was prompt, very professional and easy going. He and another gentleman willing moved all the big pieces and patiently allowed me to invade their work space if I needed to do so. The clean up was amazing and all the big furniture pieces were returned to their original position. Perfect!!!

We just completed a big renovation project and used Rugs, Rolls and & More for our carpet needs. This is the second time we used them and we have always been satisfied with their customer service, products and support. Claire is a delight and always professional. We have a few pets and Claire recommended their Carpet Plus Pet Friendly line. Hands down, the best carpet we ever purchased because "accidents" or stains clean up with easy. We first purchased this pet friendly carpet for my daughter's room. We were crazy and purchased it in a off white tone. Five years later, there are no stains and the carpet still looks new. The second purchase for our recent reno, we went with the same kind of carpet but in their Luxury Line. So soft and lush it feels amazing to walk on. As you can tell, we are very happy with Rugs, Rolls and More and highly recommend them!

We first visited this store, as suggested by our contractor, when building our brand new home in 2016.We were so pleased with their selections and installation.Upon moving to a new town this year we needed to replace the carpeting on the stairs to the upstairs.Although Rugs, Rolls & More is a bit of drive from where we live now, it was the only place we visited.Once again we're were very happy with their assistance in choosing the right style carpet for our needs and the selection of colors and patternsWe are so pleased with the installation and outcome. We give the entire process and price 5+ stars. You won't be disappointed.

We wanted to replace our fiberglass shower with tile. Our builder recommended Rugs Rolls and More and we were so happy he did. We were nervous about all the types of tile and the decisions that had to be made. Claire was so helpful in navigating us through the process and helping with the decisions.Robert was our tile installer. He was meticulous and thorough. A couple of times he took some portions of tile down and redid it because he wasn’t totally happy with the lines. We are so happy with our new shower !

All around positive experience from helping me pick out the right carpet in my price point to coordinating the installation to following up after. Claire recommended the perfect carpet, including helping me pick a color that would work with the paint colors of various rooms. The installers were professional, polite, and did quality work. I was going to go with a big box store for convience and price, but heard one too many horror stories about problems with installation. I am very happy I went with Rugs Rolls & More. If I ended up paying a little more it was worth it to know that I was in good hands and that it would be done right.

Rugs Rolls & More is the place to go if you want knowledgeable, professional assistance in picking out your carpet. They are good at narrowing done your needs and preferences and pointing you in the right direction. They have a wide variety to choose from and allow you the time and space you need to make a decision. We took samples home and they were very responsive in coming out to measure and then following up with an exact estimate. Their installer was excellent and fast.I will use them again in the near future.

I asked Claire if she could possibly install wood flooring in our new place prior to us moving in - so very short notice. She fit me in and the job got done. There was an issue with the baseboards not being completed properly, Claire had the installers there the next day and got the job done right and it looks fantastic! I cannot begin to say enough about this company! Claire is wonderful and gives the kind of service you rarely see anymore. She will come to your house and do all the measurements herself at no charge. Her team of installers have been with her for many many years and they are completely professional. I have had no problem whatsoever leaving them in my house while I am at work. They sell quality flooring products, not the kind of stuff you would buy at Home Cheapo, but the pricing isn't high like you would expect. I would never go anywhere else for my flooring.

We own a converted camp, and there have been many trials, tribulations and mistakes made along the way. One of my initial mistakes was to tile my kitchen myself. After just a few years the tile started to separate because of the lack of support underneath the floor. Thanks to Claire, the owner and Shawn, the installer we were able to replace the tile with a one piece vinyl floor covering with no more worries. Shawn cut out a template for the sub-floor and vinyl that was so precise, it came out actually flawless. I will call Claire again for my bathroom in the fall.
