I brought my Pom in for a grooming and they cut her hair multiple lengths. It’s so choppy and uneven throughout her face, legs, and body. Half of her face is one length and the other is significantly longer. Not one section on her is the same length. I’ve never seen a Pom look like this. WARNING: Do NOT bring your pup to this supposed ‘grooming’ location. Did I mention they charged me $82 then I tipped 20% (mind you I sent the tip prior to seeing my dog)!! I plan to notify the store manager. Nobody should pay for this butcher job! I could have done a better job. Stay away!!!

Overall I give 4 stars for having lot of things for different animals. I would definitely recommend shopping around for what you're looking for as there's Petco and Stateline Pet fairly close by and most of the items we were looking for cheaper at Stateline Pet. The staff was friendly which is why I gave the 4th star.

Had my baby girl Callie groomed today what an amazing job. Kaylie G took her time with her and can I say she looks so freaking adorable. Definitely will be back.

We had to drive quite a ways to find my favorite dog food. So happy to find it here, when everyone else was out of stock! And they had my favorite dog toy too, so that was an unexpected bonus. 😊

I made a grooming appointment for my 15 year old dog at this Plaistow store due to the Salem store being booked. This appointment was made on their website, which listed on his account/profile his age and medical issues, adding any concerns. Once we arrived the groomer Kallie made continuous excuses due to my dog being an older dog and his limitations. I advised her that my dog has been getting groomed his entire life without incident; mostly at the Salem store and 2 other places. She clearly could see my dog’s history since he has been going to PetSmart grooming from 2008 to present. He has always been a good boy. My dog is a small Pekingese, that I actually bathed and blow dried and brushed him out the day before, so it would be easier for him getting his summer short haircut the next morning. She continued to make comments which made me feel uneasy leaving him with her. For my dog’s safety and wellbeing I chose to leave without getting him groomed.If the groomer isn’t qualified grooming senior or disabled dogs maybe she should be honest with herself and stop making unwarranted comments. Call the costumer ahead of time and let them know you’re not comfortable nor qualified to do the job and stop making excuses when the costumer arrives after waiting weeks for a service. Be professional!

This is becoming a chore or maybe a problem. PetSmart alone with the other prominent pet stores are not carrying much in the way of Fancy Feast cat foods. I was able to get some single cans and a bulk box of another of Inky's favorites, but I think the pet stores should ask Fancy Feast what they are going to about the demand for their pet food. Fancy Feast has a new line of wet/dry food, which Pet Smart had a good selection, but again, if my little guy doesn't eat it, what good is it. I'll be back checking the shelves again soon.

This location is fantastic. They always have everything I’m looking for and it’s always super clean. I am giving it a 4 star because they don’t have a cat groomer on staff so I have to drive to Salem, NH location which is dirty and a long drive for my cat who gets car sick. Honestly this location in Plaistow though is by far the best one I have ever been too across 3 states.

Love the staff, they are friendly, welcoming and professional but sadly can’t say the same about the quality of the bath. Our dog which s bath normally takes 3 to 5 hours was done in 1 and a half. When we picked the dog up he was wet which is very bad for his skin, ears were wet which can cause ear infection and the dog stinks like a wet dog.Sadly last time I ever use PetSmart for such services.Very disappointed

I went in with my friend to return an item she had bought for her puppy as well as for her to purchase some puppy food. The store set up was esthetically pleasing. The actual quality if the pet toys as far as durability and safety was a bit sub par.

I was originally here for the adoptable cats because that was my intention; so I have zero idea of the actual store or staff. However, I can tell you that after the disappointment of seeing one lonely, vexed cat and zero staff or contact for the shelter that was hosting this poor irked soul - my daughter and I explored. We found discounted Top Paw pillows and they were not purchased for pooches. We love these and that's all I found that I required there.

I only had 10 mins to get the bus home. Pet smart helper, help me get 3 fish in a minute. It took a minute to cash out. Then I went to bus and made it. Thank you pet smart for helping me get fish and cash out quickly to catch my bus. AWESOME.

This is a nice store with awesome employees. When I walked in the door there was a nice gentleman who greeted me! I had employees check to see if I needed help. The store layout was good and signage made It easy to find the departments. It was organized, clean and neat.

Pricing is great and way cheaper than most pet stores in the area. And Kayley had amazing customer service and price matched everything for us and then let us hold the baby bearded dragons be abuse we were so in love. Definitely found my new pet store !

This store is great! I always shop at one particular chain store but happened to stop in PetSmart. They had several varieties of pet supplies. It was well stocked and the staff were helpful & friendly. It was also clean. Definitely going to start shopping there!

While they have a very good selection, they seem to experience shortages in some brands periodically. It's likely due to the broader supply chain issues happen globally, but still, you may want to check online before heading to the store. Otherwise, great store.
