I got a text to my phone stating my dog was ready to pick up and I was there within 15-20 minutes of that text.When I arrived at the store, I was kept waiting about five minutes. The whole time my dog was barking frantically.The young lady that cut my dog Joeys hair, did a good job. However hearing my dog frantically barking in a cage in the back was very concerning. He is not a frantic barker at home so he was definitely stressed out which I don’t appreciate & was unnecessary stress for my dog.When she finally came out of the back with my dog, she knew I heard my dog barking because she saw the concern on my face. She said he wasn’t barking that long. However, as she was handing him to me, he was very stressed out almost in a panic which means he was left back there barking for sometime. Again, I don’t appreciate the lack of responsibility and care for my dogs well being. I hope the situation will be addressed with that groomer.

Just want to say that Nicole did an AMAZING job with my dog Miley! Miley is a young puppy and Nicole was gentle and patient with her and was able to groom her the best way possible and I am beyond content with that.

I don't worry about my dog there in Plaistow location. I always explain his situation n the girls listen well. So they know what to expect when working with my dog. Also had an ok to fit him in the schedule because he needed to be seen right away.

The staff at the Plaistow grooming location are amazing. They are always kind to my dog and they always fit her in last minute if possible. My dog goes in tail tucked and shaking and comes out tail wagging and wants to play. you have really good staff and I hope you appreciate them as much as I do. Thank you all for your good work! 😊

My dog was there for nail trim and grinding. She has an anxiety history and was new to both myself and the groomer. He was patient, gentle and did a wonderful job. My dog stood quietly for the whole thing and I could see him encouraging and praising her the whole time. He was a great professional!
