I am from Ohio and shop this store 36 times a year and each time I spend in excess of $ 1000.00 . This requires an hour or more at checkout as Corporate will not approve my charge, It take the manager over am hour on the phone to get the charge approved which is a pain.I call corporate before shopping and no helpCorporate is a real pain.Rufus

I love this Plaistow store. I only wish they were able to hire more people. otherwise I will always shop there. The only thing I don't like is how you use our Kohls cash. You use our money then take off the discount after.

Picked up lots of men's pullover shirts at discount price. Love the shirts. Wife purchased shirts and two nice hats. Saved over 100 dollars.

Kohl's has turned into a classic bait and switch company. You got a coupon in the mail. You go to use it and everything you buy does not get discounted. They a exceptions to the discount. This is not what it used to be, but it's now terrible.And it stands up to the cooking from this thing better than the white crab and if I were to make.

There's always a long line and just one or two cashiers, who make the payment process even slower by trying to push their rewards plan on you. I understand that's part of their job, but they need to be told to stop asking after the first "no, thanks" especially when there's a line.Otherwise, this is a nice location, you can find some awesome clearance bargains. The store is always clean and organized and the bathrooms are always pristine, which is a big plus.

Awful Store,Non Approachable employees, Nobody Greets you anymore, Sad how bad this store has gone downhill. Very unfortunate. plenty of other complaints but I don’t have the energy to write all that down here, avoid shopping here at all costs. :(

I had a very nice cashier the last time I was there. She explained the account & credit card info, but in a short, conversational way, smiling the whole time. She wasn't pushy at all & didn't drag it out, which I liked, especially since we were running late that day & in a real hurry, but she got the info out there. Sorry I can't recall her name.

Just tried to get a pair of shoes for work and when I got to this place they closed the doors at 8:26pm as I was walking across the parking lot and they don’t close till 9 pm that was very rude and the worker watched us come to the door and walked away I’ll never be back there again and I don’t recommend anyone else to go there with that kind of customer service just

Typical department store. I never really grasped. The layout of Kohl’s just strikes me odd. Now the middle of the store is dominated be a Sephora. It’s usually pretty quiet. Slight step above s Marshalls

Although it's a LARGE store, if you ask, there are employees about to assist you. This company took the place of the former famous Filene's Department Stores. The Plaistow Store is very clean and neat. There is SO MUCH TO SEE that a person could get lost l👀king for what they wanted. The employees were very helpful🤓

Because of the pandemic I haven't done much shopping, except on line. Kohl's is a little upscale for me, but their sales are great. I went for the end of season markdowns and the store was super messy. It looked like black Friday or the day after Christmas. The markdowns were reasonable, but the shelves were so messed up It was hard to find sizes, the correct item for the price shown and to make it worse they combined the ladies department and children's. I ended up buying a air fryer on sale that I would have bought anywhere for a good price. My summer wardrobe took a hit, but I always enjoy an opportunity to shop.

I return something and ask the lady if I can pay the items with her she stated no I have to go to the checkout line when she could have use the computer to help. I had to go to 2 different lines.. no other store have done this to me. Please train ur staff so they know bettter if she knew, now I'm guessing if it was a white person she would not have done this..
