The pharmacist does not listen if she's already made her own (inaccurate) conclusion. Pharmacist violated my HIPAA rights in the store and yelled (false) personal information at the back of my head when leaving the store. Just awful! Drive anywhere else.

I wish I could give Rite Aid Pharmacy in Pittsfield, NH 0 stars. The pharmacy staff is rude, completely incompetent, 0 customer service skills whatsoever. It’s a hassle for me every month. They fabricate excuses to not fill my meds. They’ll say things like “oh insurance won’t cover adderall for people over the age of 18”, even though I’ve been taking it since I was 20, and she didn’t even try to bill my insurance. The next month again with the same meds, they won’t fill it because my insurance required a prior auth for the first time ever, allegedly. Neither my insurance company or my doctor had any knowledge of a request for a prior auth. They manage to “lose” my refills, including my birth control! Even worse, they give me attitude when I ask them to do their job. The girl working today has no business in customer service, she practically throws my meds at me, says nothing, no eye contact, I said thank you, she just said YUP and rolls her eyes at me! Sorry it was such a hassle you had to do your job. Oh and they print incorrect fill dates on the pill bottles. If they filled it on the 5th (and I know they did because I had to request the refill 4 times before they actually do it)- they will put it was filled on the 1st. Just avoid that place at all cost if you can and save yourself the headaches.

They keep the store very clean. The staff is so helpful and nice. Not to happy with the pharmacy. Seems like there's always an issue only with a couple of people that work there. I have been going to this Pharmacy for 14 years never had a problem everyone was helpful & kind but the last couple of years things have changed. Most of the staff are wonderful. The couple I have been dealing with makes me uncomfortable. I'm sure they know who they are. Actually they were very nice at one time. Now I try to avoid them if I know they are working. Makes me wonder if anyone else has problems with them. I know a lot of people won't speak up because it's the only pharmacy they can get to. I have the same issue. It is what it is. I don't want a couple if rude people ruin the store because in the 14 years I been going there everyone is great.

It is mind blowing that the staff won't answer phone calls. I traveled a good distance the other day to get there, and my prescription was not ready. Prior to my trip, to be sure it was ready, I called. I had called several times and looped through the outgoing greeting throughout the day. Upon getting there, and having nothing to pick up, I bought a few items up front, and heard the woman in line in front of me complaining about the pharmacy not answering the phone. She had the same experience, and the poor cashier had to apologize, and also noted how hard it was for her, since ultimately the pharmacy calls wound up at her end of the store. It happened again tonight, but worse, they finally picked up, and put the handset down in an obvious attempt to not have the phone ring. No greeting, no "please hold", just background noise of employees at the pharmacy.

I have always found this store to have the things I need in stock and be clean and easy to find things. The people working there have always been friendly and courteous to me.

Called the pharmacy over 20 times during regular business hours and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy!

Just bought nebulizer meds 5 days ago and doesn't seem to be working on the box expired by 6 months call no answer called out front to store they patched us thru still no answer what is wrong with them .next day they wanted me to concord store but they still didn't reimbursed my insurance company they want me to pay another copay on meds they sold me 6 day pryer .

Pharmacy isn't open, apparently they are waiting for a pharmacist to show up.... can't get my script, no one answers phone, non Pharmacy doesn't seem to have a separate phone number from the Pharmacy. This place SUCKS

This Rite Aid has only gotten better over time. Lots of attention to details for an extended time now have created a friendly store that's easy to shop & the RX is GREAT!

I tried going on at Saturday at 8pm , it says they are open till 9pm, it was closed. It was an urgent situation so this was very inconvenient. If the hours changed they should update it
