We've been here a few times over the years (prior to the eclipse). Everyone has always been polite but we found them extra-accommodating for the eclipse. They were so well-prepared, they didn't run out of fuel, had four port-o-potties set up for the influx of extra customers as well as a garbage bin & dumpster, weren't charging for parking, & were even prepared with eclipse glasses, treats, & stickers. We had been planning on fueling up, maybe picking up a few things, & then heading along to find a scenic spot to view the eclipse, but my husband talked me into staying put (after I told him to keep driving after the first half-a-dozen places he wanted to stop) & I was so glad we did.(Just a hint: the one-star review for their dirty bathroom is lousy. Obviously it was from the eclipse. They have one restroom indoors that I saw & a non-stop stream of customers all day long - if it was filthy, it's because the customers felt entitled to trash it. There was nothing wrong with it when we used it at 8 AM. Also, it was a free public restroom & they had free port-o-potties & free parking. Also, they were OPEN. So many places just shuttered their shops & attempted to block their properties... How sad to leave such an undeserved, nasty review after they opened their facilities not only without price-gouging but for free! Also, if they were "nasty" to anyone, it's because they were trying to keep everyone safe... We heard many horns blaring while we were there & it was always because some customer wasn't paying attention to their driving, acting like they were the only ones up there for a once-in-a-lifetime event & acting like they're more important than everyone else, & the employees were trying to make sure everyone had a safe time & got to their destination unscathed. They did a tremendous job handling such an unprecedented influx of some oblivious & obviously bitter & ungrateful humans. Because of their direction, we didn't notice a single fender-bender or vehicle being blocked in. So I think the ungrateful people really MEANT to say THANK YOU... 😏)As a store in general, they have a decent amount of everything it seems. (Prices are going to be more than your typical Wal-Mart but really, the nearest Walmart is 1.5 hours south-east, so yeah. Obviously some people do not understand being one of maybe two similar shops in such a vast, rural area.) Haven't needed a ton here because we're always reasonably well-prepared, but we are appreciative that they're available & so well-stocked.(After the out-of-staters who had been parked next to us left, it was clear they just tossed their trash out of their open car windows, instead of walking the 30 ft to the trash can to dispose of their trash properly, after being allowed to park here for hours for free when everyone else wanted $20, $40, even $50... I didn't want the generous owners to be repaid for their kindness by having to pick up after these ungrateful, trashy humans so I picked up after them & properly threw out their garbage. We can ALL be better humans, y'all...)Thank you, Youngs! ✌️

Great place to get souvenirs! I don't usually but was with my daughter on her first visit to New Hampshire. Her first leaf peeping trip! R both got some to remember our day!

Great little store! Has a little bit of everything you need for your getaway, or local resident. I loved that they had everything on my grocery list. They also have a lunch counter. I didn't order anything, but the pizza did smell amazing. My choice to shop next time I am in the area.

They have souvenirs but, more importantly, groceries and gas (and ice!)! We picked up cold cuts for lunch a couple of times and the deli has a good honey ham.

We stayed nearby at the state park with no wifi. Went here daily to get unsecured wifi and pick up essentials like almond milk or treats like chocolate covered pretzels. Every time we went the parking lot was hopping! Thank you for stocking a range of products!

Good place to gas up your trucks or sleds (mostly sleds in winter) big gathering spot for riders, great place to take a trail break and get some food. Cabins and lodgings across the street and a few more accommodations close by as well for Winter and Summer Activities.

The sign says they have generally everything and that's absolutely correct. Nice deli counter / sandwiches / pizza to order. Full grocery - including frozen and refrigerated (all the basics: milk, eggs, butter, cheese, and then the extras you want french fries, meatballs, frozen pizza and even cheesecake). Clothing, gifts, outdoors and locally themed items, household, cleaning products and an assortment of toys. You'll find greeting cards, hygiene and personal care items, and a while assortmentof seasonings and spices. They carry brand names, value brand and some items labeled as their own. Surprisingly reasonable prices. Example for pricing comparison; in Nashua, NH (where I live) if I buy bacon at a convenience store it is $12, grocery stores about $6-$9. Here, the bacon was $7-$10. The place is clean, well stocked and has a friendly staff. They even have liquor and a "beer cave" walk-in cooler. Definitely impressive.

It is a good store pretty average gas station people in there are pretty nice and they will refund you from anything you buy but their stuff there is expensive for toys they had a walkie-talkie that you can get for $10 on Amazon for $52 come in here if you’re looking for anything other than toys

Excellent store has everything you need. Great steaks and pizzas to name a few things they have. Also camping supplies. Ice beer wine and hard alcohol. Sled oil and spark plugs also gas cans. This store really has everything.

Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the North County. If they don't sell it you probably don't NEED it.Located off the main road it is close to all the major places one would stay in Pittsburgh, NH.

Youngs country store is a one stop shop. From gas to a liquor aisle to a gift shop and deli. Anything you need it's in that place. The prices are probably more than what your used to paying in a bigger box store but that's expected. Friendly staff and everything you need!

They always have what we need for camp or cabin and the prices are good for all. The staff is so friendly and helpful and I always find everything I need whenever I walk in. The locals are great too with advice and recommendations!

This is probably the best place to get basic grocery and sundry items between Pittsburg and the Canadian border. We didn't see stock pushing the sell dates and they were well stocked with the basics. The staff was helpful and polite even though they were busy. I got almond milk there. ...wasn't sure I was going to have any this weekend.

This store has everything you need for your cabin rental- grocery's, sundries, personal items, and terrific prepared food. The Chili was out of this world and their sandwiches are also very good! Convenient location offering fuel for your snowmobile and the wonderful Happy Corner Cafe right next door! See you next year!!

Nice Store.... Nice People....They've Got A Little Bit Of EVERYTHING! And Their DELI, You Can Hot Prepared Food To Go Like: Soups, Sandwiches, Fried Foods, PIZZA, Hot Coffee, Cold Drinks & More! They have a bit of everything here. The only grocery store in the state that is allowed to sell liquor! Big beer selection and assortment of dry goods as well. The meat and produce is questionable but there is not much choice that far north in the state. Staff are friendly and store is well kept.

Great selections with fresh and tasty salads and deli selections. Nice assortment of grocery foods for camp life and a bunch of gadgets gizmos and souvenirs for what you may have forgotten to bring or need to take home. Reasonable prices too.

Spent a week in Pittsburg recently, and Young's Store was a great place to stop for what we needed. I would definitely recommend Young's if you are staying in Pittsburg, and need a place close by to stock up on food & supplies.

We went into this grocery store this place is awesome the people there are fantastic and knowledgeable, the manager even came over to greet us as we were checking out. if you want a good place to get your fresh Groceries you need to come here. This is we're we buy are Groceries.

This place is great when your up in the north country. They have a good selection of everything you need when your up there such as beer , booze, souvenirs, and food. Meats are ok and that's why it got four stars. Other than that your good to go
