Phone service says they are closed even though they are open. This branch is always understaffed and their employees constantly talk about it. Between the store and the pharmacy I would rate the friendliness a 5/10.

It's a CVS. This one has really good employees.Other than that, it's a CVS.What I dislike about CVS is what I dislike about a lot of cookie cutter same as every other store chain.It creates a landscape throughout the country like the background of a Wylie Coyote road runner chase scene we're the same scenery just keeps going by

I had a very negative experience at this CVS. To the extent that I will just avoid the entire chain altogether if they think the below is okay. I've notified CVS corporate with a complaint as I was not able to reach a manager here.The pharmacist there refused to give me a booster shot even though I had filled out the forms, made an appointment and answered that I was immunocompromised. He said he needed a call from my doctor. I thought it was extremely unprofessional and I was getting profiled. I am a black female. He did not ask other customers getting their shot the questions he asked me. I was able to observe this while waiting in line.I asked him if he was going to give me a vaccine and he said "no" and he got up to end the conversation. They did not give me card back initially , I had to go back in there several minutes later. When I got the card back it said they gave me the third dose but I was refused a vaccine by him.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the Pharmacy! They are rude and dismissive and do nothing to be helpful in the situation! I will do everything in my power to never use them as my pharmacy again!

I called there to ask if they had the over the counter rapid covid tests, and before I could even get the question out of my mouth a lady with an accent responded “YES WE DO COVID TESTING, BYE”, I called back a second later after she hung up on me and said that I was just on the phone with her and that she was extremely rude because the question that she thought I was going to ask wasn’t my question, she had a really bad attitude and gave me a bunch of excuses that they’re understaffed and can’t take more than three seconds on the phone with a customer. I then explained that this is not the customers fault and then she hung up on me. This was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.

I went there yesterday for COVID-19 Booster Shot and Flu Shot. There was a woman with blonde hair sitting in a chair. She told me that MEDICARE won't pay for the flu shot. She wouldn't even look at let alone check my card. I asked how much the flu shot cost. She said something like $52. I did not get it, only the COVID booster shot. I then contacted MEDICARE though online chat. Yes, CVS accepts the flu shot. He texted and I quote, "It appears to be an issue with the pharmacist. You should go to another pharmacy." At least I didn't waste the money but for now I am out of a flu shot. She's bad for business. They should do something about her.

Solely leaving a review based on their Covid testing. We live in Canada and have to get a test to go back, so we’ve been tested here plenty in the last 2 years. They have always been quick with their result turn around time, usually 24-48 hours. We had to use Walgreens once bc they were booked up here and it was a disaster. They didn’t get me my results (needs to be within 72 hours) in the time needed, and I had to try to cross the border without them (thank goodness, they still let me through). So I’ll always recommend CVS over Walgreens for Covid tests.

Went in to shop for a customer tonight. Upon checkout my receipt didnt print. I asked the associat to reprint my receipt and she came back with a paper. I tried to explain to uer I needed the actual receipt because it was for Instacart and I needed to scan the barcode to proceed. She kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain to her that I needed the receipt to proceed with my order and she wouldn't listen. I told her I didnt appreciate being cut off and she then said she didnt need to hear what I said because nothing I said would make her be able to get my receipt. She also then said that if I was broke that I shouldnt come shop so late ir maybe I should do it differently next time like somehow their machine not printing my receipt was my fault. I asked her to stop talking to me and leave me alone and she kept on about how she had been tuere since 6am and would probably be there until 12am. She was absolutely rude! I felt very disrespected. I can only imagine if I had actually been there as a broke mother of 5 at tue last minute buying formula for my child and she had tue audacity to say something to me like " if you're broke you should come and shop so late" not exactly what the time has to do with it. Either way that was absolutely uncalled for. Over my receipt!

I place an order for pictures through this CVS probably twice a week. A number of times Ive gone in and Olga is working. She is very short, she asks questions and doesn't let you answer Them before she starts talking over you. Shes just rude.The last 2 times I picked up pictures I ended up with somebody else's pictures. She didnt seem to care about that at all. Ya might want to fix that! I do not want somebody else's pictures nor do I want to be pain for somebody else's pictures! Evidently it's no big deal to Olga.I told her that I had another package of pictures she said I didn't. I tried to tell her that I have 2 voice mails from last week about picking up my pictures but I wasn't able to cause I had company. She said "I don't know about your voicemails and it doesn't make any difference to me I'm telling you that we don't have another package here.Last time I had gone in And Olga was there I gave her my name for my pictures and she said they weren't ready. I said but I got an email to confirm my order and then about an hour later I got an email saying that my pictures were ready for pick up. She said those emails a just sent out randomly! You can't go by those emails. I said been what's the point in the email telling me that my order is ready if it's a lie and she didn't answer me.An ever time you walk in you have to stand an wait because NOBODY is at the checkout.I will be taking my picture printing elsewhereKelly G

I've been a long time customer of CVS. I recently moved to New Hampshire and transfered from the one CVS to this one. They were aware that I had a medication refill coming up because I called a couple of times and couple of days in advance including the day I was to pick my prescription up. They failed to tell me I needed a prior authorization and paid cash for my prescription. They insisted on charging me $113.00 after I provided many different coupons and mentioned Hannaford pharmacy would honor the coupons and charge me $7. CVS insisted $113 was the best they could do. I went to Hannaford pharmacy. Customer service is going downhill at most CVS pharmacy locations as well. I've heard friends and strangers alike voicing a dislike for CVS with similar complaints.

This cvs has the absolutely worst and most incompetent staff i have ever seen. They have messed up every single one of my prescriptions, take hours to simply fill it, are terribly unorganized and unprofessional and do not seem to care about customers at all. I am switching over to rite aid immediately.

I was having trouble contacting a cvs in florida where my perscriptions were “hung up”. I went to the cvs in Peterborough and they were quite helpful in solving my problem. Very friendly and extremely competent. What a great experience in outstanding customer service.

Both times I have needed to use their pharmacy they have screwed things up. Despite my complaints to the manager I've never gotten so much as an apology. There has been 1 nice employee in the few other times I've had to go there. I only go there as a last resort.

When I go into the store the employees say that they don't work there and they don't know what I'm talking about. I asked them nicely but they still say that they don't know what I'm talking about this is why I rated this one out of five stars.
