Bought a country line 25 ton this Fall and got it home filled with gas and float was stuck and it flooded down into the crank cast and contaminated engine oil. I tried pulling cord and engine was seizing . I called the manager and spent 3-4 hours and everyone kept saying you have to call this "other number" so after 4 phone numbers and 5 different people I was referred back to Pelham New Hampshire again. They finally had someone come pick up the seized log splitter and swapped it out with one that had been sitting outside for a year or two. Never again, The manager was horrible.

Everything about this place is great , great things for all animals food toys, beds you name it , now however I have an issue with this fat girl that works there heavy set girl brown hair , hair always in a bun i don't know her name nor do i care let's call her miserable sally I go to get a free trail bag of cat food I've got tons of bags because my cats are picky eaters especially one of my cats in particular I always have to get free trail food try it out and see if she likes it I shouldn't have to explain myself but i will anyway its one person house hold I get that after a certain amount of times you can't do free trail bags anymore I understand that part too understandable but what your not going to do is proceed to lean over the counter and eyeball me and say " oh you got too many bags already you already got that one in an attitude for no reason nobody was even speaking to her or for her to open her mouth and put her fat nose where it didnt belong she was not cashing me out so therefore not your business not your problem correct she wasn't my cashier mind you she was cashing people out as she said that went out of her way and leaned over and said that when she had somebody's change / items in her hand when she should have been tending to them not worrying about me or my merchandise when in reality it was my husband getting for his cat a free trail when He hasnt done the free trail bag Michelle had to sign him up for it its one per house hold she was very rude attitude all the time like shes miserable to be there doesn't have a personality at all . her customer service sucks and she's making this store look bad get rid of her. If I had a soul like her and I looked like that I'd probably be miserable too find a new job get a grip she's lucky i didnt reach over the counter and punched that look off her face let her keep testing me she's either got something against me I don't know what her problem is I won't ever have her cash me out again !!! Don't like her

So normally I like TSC but today was a really poor experience... I ordered a pellet stove online and came to the store to pick it up. After waiting 30mins I was told to drive around back so that they could load it...After it was loaded on the truck the employees literally just left without verifying anything, opening the box, or checking model numbers... fortunately My gut instinct told me I should check it out before I drive away. The stickers on the box had a different model #. I opened up the top of the box and found that it was a completely different stove. The stove they loaded up onto my trailer was actually significantly more expensive (pelpro TSC90 vs PP130, $400 more!!) . Although I would’ve loved to of taken the more expensive stove I knew the right thing to do was to let them know. When I approached them they insisted I had the right Stove. to the point of almost arguing with me, Stating multiple times “we only sell one pelpro stove.” It wasn’t until I brought them outside and open the lid and prove to them that it was the wrong stove that they were acceptedIt. They went on a search for the new one. After finally finding the proper one they brought it out to my trailer and upon inspection the entire front was damaged due to the forks from the fork truck being driven into it… Finally after the third attempt I received my proper stove. The entire ordeal took over two hours… had I just accepted the stove they gave me, I would’ve had a significantly nice for Stove, and saved two hours of frustration …Update: 11.10.20:Got around to unboxing the stove this weekend to set it up. Upon removing the plastic found paint to be chipping around the lids and the sides to be scuffed and scratched... Not worth the hassle to bring it back since its been carried up 2 flights of stairs to its final resting place; the whole situation has been very frustrating.... Hoping to fire it up tomorrow once the sealant has dried on the venting joints.... hope everything goes as planned....

Showed up at closing needing to rent a trailer to use early the next morning. Not only did the two woman not give me a hard time, they were overly facilitating and friendly, even when the transaction ended after closing (due to my not having the proper equipment). Thank you for the great service!!

This year's (2023) quality of pellet fuel is very good.One thing has really improved. Everyone asks if you need help. I bought extra wood pellets dye cold weather after burning 2 tons. These were inferior wood pellets @$6 a bag. It leaves an odor not normally associated with hardwood which is what it was indicated on the bag to be. Finding a cart to load them on was not easy. It may be time to buy next winters supply from your regular supplier. If you can locate the quality at last year's price with an increase in delivery I suggest you do it. If was another product I'd give them 4 stars but product brings it down a notch. It's an annoying odor that leaves your throat scratchy. It's not COVID.

Terrible experience at this store. Do not waste your money here. They sold me a 600 Auger for my tractor and the whole entire thing must have been sitting in water for months. Every nut and bolt is completely rusted and the paint was flaking off before we could even get it out of the box. Never though to inspect a brand new piece of equipment still in a box before buying it.The store manager was nice enough to offer me $50 off. No thanks....

Great place. Very helpful staff. Visited last week and purchased 6 chicks. Had my kids with me. The rep was so patient with them as they picked which chick they wanted. Made our experience awesome. I’ll never go anywhere else now.They won me as a customer for life.

This particular tractor supply is always super quiet, however due to this it is also super clean and easy to shop. Even the youngest employees have been very polite and greet almost everyone who walks through the door. You can get everything here from dog food to power tools and small all terrain vehicles.

Needed a buffer tank for a power washer. The staff was super-friendly and helpful. They had almost everything I needed for plumbing and I was up and running by the afternoon. I'll be back for another tank bulkhead in a few days. The friendly staff and good selection make it worth the ride.

Tractor Supply is Great Store, all around. They have virtually everything you need for your property. I find them to have excellent prices and they carry several items you simply can't buy at any other stores in the area. The staff and service are both top notch as well.

Yes, it's a big chain, but they have great product at great prices. I bought a new Cub Cadet lawnmower this summer and TSC had the best price. Even better than online retailers. Always clean, well laid out and packed with the stuff you need.

Management is terrible! You ask for help and they dont know where it is and are not willing to do anything more than say I don't know. The store is a mess things all over the place! The oil section never has any oil and starting fluid doesent exist. The manager is not helpful and seems to always be bossing around the employees around! Tried to order a landscape rake and got an email saying it arrived so I went to the store and they didnt know where it was! Some of the workers are great and some arent! The management needs to brush up the store and put it back together! I will start shopping here once they get themselves together but from now on Harbor Freight it is!

After an unpleasant experience at the Brentwood NH location, I was hoping I'd have better luck at the Pelham NH store.I placed an order online to pick up gates at the store. About a half an hour later, my order got cancelled. I called the store and your employee Haley told me that usually orders get cancelled if we don't have the items in stock, so she put me on hold and physically went to look for the gates.Miraculously she found all the gates we ordered (plus more). It turns out that someone from her store, I believe her manager cancelled the order without actually looking for the gates.So thankful that I called the store and so beyond grateful that Haley answered the phone. We needed these gates in a pinch and she went above and beyond to help us and I can't say how much I appreciate it.On top of that, we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and she took appropriate steps for social distancing. While I was on the phone with her she told me to call the store and ask for her when we arrived and she would help.We called when we arrived and she immediately met us outside at the caged in area, assisted in loading up the gates and processed the she transaction outside.I would give this review 5 stars, however my experience with the order online and pick up in store order being cancelled for no reason is really ridiculous.5 stars for Haley though, thank you!!

This store is better managed than some of the other locations. If you plan on installing a well pump, be sure to Google the model # of the pump -- you will then find a PDF online that tells you the parts you need. The staff is friendly and will take the time to help you even when they have plenty to do.

Affordable pet products and farm products, as well as many other things. I highly recommend their pet food brand 4Health, tractor supply's own food. Comparable to blue buffalo for half the price, and my dogs and cat love it. I will always shop here now.

Thomas was wonderful!I have lots of hungry bunnies to feed. Unfortunately the bunny food shelf was empty. He went out back and checked and found a 50# bag. He also sold me 2- 25# bags at the price of the 50# bag. That will get me through until more comes in.Thanks, Thomas for going above and beyond!!!

I constantly seem to find something unexpected, like brand name work clothes that look good enough to wear at my kinda casual office.Seasonal specials can be surprisingly good. There's some unusual and as I said, unexpected products, especially for what I first believed was just another large national chain hardware and outdoor supply store.Tractor Supply's atmosphere feels different than Home Depot, Lowes and other physically giant-sized national chain stores. It's more focused on an individual consumer, not contractors looking for building supplies, with much less floor space than the typical Home Depot. In spite of the smaller size, Tractor Supply manages to maintain an open, airily organized shopping environment.Tractor Supply staff and its atmosphere has a very appealing down to Earth feel. Courtesy, friendliness & being truly helpful seems to have been stressed by the company's management as a key factor in what differentiates the store from its competition. I hope it stays that way as it adds more locations.While most of what I buy is from locally owned businesses, browsing around Tractor Supply almost always results in my finding something I didn't know I wanted.They have an excellent assortment of pet foods and supplies for every animal from dogs to horses and birds. If you have an animal, I'll bet they have food and supplies for it.I really appreciate a store where staff is helpful and talks to you like a person, not an impediment to be shuffled aside ASAP during their busy day. Staff here actually helps, then asks if they can do anything else for you. How weird is that these days, huh?I recommend you give it a.visit. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.Tractor Supply is mostly *hidden* by a hill when driving past it on Route 38. The entrance is immediately South of the Chunky's building.I've uploaded a photo, which I hope Google will include on Maps and Google My Business (local), shows the corner of Chunky's and has an arrow pointing to the roof peak of Tractor Supply. I added the arrow because even though I drive by it just about every day I still manage to miss the entrance when Rte. 38 is busy...
