I. Received this bouquet on Friday afternoon. Ver pretty however the flowers were starting to wilt Saturday morning. By Sunday this is what they look like. Very disappointed

Due to certain circumstances I had asked they call me when they were on their way. I called the lady said he just left and should have been there within 45 minutes he showed 11/2 later she read back the instructions they were correct however he never called me little pricy and they don't have certain items but was told if I had called a week earlier they may have been able to get them okay!!

I placed an order around 8 pm for next day delivery for my MIL that has pets. The plant I ordered was not available so the florist called and worked with me to find an alternative plant so it could still be delivered on time. She took the time to check each option to make sure it was pet friendly. I really appreciated all the effort and my MIL loved the plant.

They called and left a harsh voice mail. She did not like our long driveway, or gaited entrance to keep out strangers. When I called back she was still crass and said she wasn't going to come back out. After lying and saying she knocked and no one responded, then later saying she couldn't figure out how to get past all the gates. She refused to give her name and the name of her business but left it in voice-mail. For a company that delivers flowers, possibly to people going through difficult times I cannot believe the rudness and audacity she had towards me. I wish I could leave the voice-mail for all to hear. I admittedly lost my temper at her treatment and yelled, to which she said she'd refund the person who ordered and hung up. Absolutely abissimal service for a delivery company, I hope she's ashamed of herself for her treatment of people.

Called at the last minute and the owner went above and beyond to help me. Put together an arrangement that afternoon and personally delivered it on her way home. Friendly and great customer service. Prices are very reasonable. I will use them again for my relative nearby.

Amazing staff.. knowledgeable and creative! Everything I have ever ordered from there has been fresh and long lasting.I have even dried some of the funeral flowers from a family members' passing and created shadow boxes with them. They still hold their color a year later! Consider this florist for your next event or holiday or just because and you won't be sorry!

Although the flowers themselves were gorgeous colors, one side of them was completely crushed when I got them. The vase they were in was almost completely empty of water. For what my kids paid to have them delivered for mother’s Day, I have told them not to use this company again!

Nice flowers, although not at all like the arrangement I ordered online. I also specified that I would pick them up on a certain day, but they were delivered a week ahead of time. Kind of ruined the surprise.

Needed flowers delivered to an out of town relative but since I live in MA I was shooting in the dark as far as businesses go. At the mercy of the internet, I stumbled upon Eclectic Florist. The kind lady on the phone, although she could not help me, quickly suggested a local greenhouse nearby in a neighboring town. I am extremely grateful for her guidance as I was able to place an order with the greenhouse. Next time I'm in Northwood, I'll be sure to use Eclectic Florist. :)

Ordered flowers, box of chocolates and a balloon from them which was quit pricey the flowers were wrong and was suppose to be in vase they were in a box container, the balloons was suppose to be a red heart with I Love you on it they sent a round Happy Birthday balloon was suppose to be for Valentine’s Day not birthday, wrote them they sent back they will check into it and never heard from them again so I payed a high price for a wrong order and they couldn’t even write back apologizing or maybe giving a discount or anything

I think even two is high, I looked up tele florist for a fourty dollar arrangements and I paid an extra 20 for the bowl...I would have gotten better if I went tele florist..she gave a few roses and the rest low flower weeds. Very dissatisfied
