As first time dog owners, my wife and I were very nervous at the notion of leaving our 7 month old pup at a doggy daycare for the afternoon, let alone for an entire weekend. Bramble’s first visit to Barn Dog was just for the day. We requested a check-in during the afternoon, which they did, and informed us that she is a great daycare dog! We’ve dropped her off for day visits, overnight stays, and weekend boardings. Every single time she is thrilled to play with her friends, and she is tuckered right out when she comes home. We are so grateful for their services, and their daily photo albums drops on Facebook give us peace of mind (we had to keep refreshing the app to see if the new pics arrived while we were on vacation!). Highly recommended!!

Bring my GSD here at least twice a week to help burn off her excess energy. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.Boarded a few times and everything went well. Pup is always excited to go back!

For the past several weeks we have brought out Belgian Sheepdog puppy, Bob, to daycare at the Barn Dog Inn, so he could get socialized and play. It has been absolutely wonderful. Sylvia and her staff have been the very best! Bob comes home tired and happy, albeit reluctantly! They post pictures of the dogs playing on Facebook, and the dogs always look like they are having a blat! We also boarded him overnight and it was great! Thank you to everyone there who has taken such good care of him. Great staff/Great owner/Great facility

We have been bringing our dog here for the past couple of months and this place rocks. They take the stress off of wondering if your dog is in good hands or not. The staff is super welcoming and they regularly keep you posted throughout the day with pictures of your dog. Could not recommend this place enough!

Baxter has been twice and absolutely loves it. He comes home happy and tired. First day, he didn’t want to leave!! I love the pictures they post every day of dogs playing. They all look so happy. I am also less stressed leaving him as the staff are very accommodating. Last place I took him, he got sick every time and I felt extremely rushed as I could not leave leash or harness and had toPut it in him while he was acting like a maniac!

We just started going there a couple weeks ago. My doggo loves it. She's always so excited when we pull down the driveway. I look forward to seeing pics on their Facebook page. We've used the grooming and they did a great job!!!

We love brining our dog Copper here! They have a little pool in the back and she spends the whole day enjoying the pool. The staff is wonderful, I highly recommend!

My Guinness boy has been groomed for YEARS by Sylvia and her staff - I won’t take him anywhere else. Ever. Daycare was an amazing experience for him, as well! The care the staff took with my 100 pound doodle while we boarded him was second to none. He ran inside so excited. I’m so glad you came to Northwood! Don’t hesitate to board, daycare or groom your shaggy friend here. Great experience

The team at Barn Dog Inn took incredible care of our Izzy while we were out of town for the weekend. She got to join doggy daycare during the day and then went into their traditional boarding at night. Next time we'll upgrade Miss Izzy to their fabulous suites! ;) Thank you Sylvia and team for taking good care of our fur baby.

Gimili and Prince are kind if butt heads when it comes to grooming. In every other way they're delightful dogs, just not for the groomer. Since we've been going to barn dog, they haven't had a problem. They're so good with them. The dogs even gets excited when we pull up. Plus they come home smelling and looking fresh. We also travel a lot as my other half is from the UK. We know both our dogs are in great hands while we're overseas. There is literally no one I trust more with my pets and we're gone weeks sometimes. I just can't say enough good things.❤️

We boarded our 7 month old Rottweiler for one night with doggy daycare. He must have had a blast because he has been sleeping ever since. Thank you for caring for our dog. We will definitely bring him back.

Why have your dog in Ruff shape? With Sylvia you will have a ball! She will let your good boy feel like a good boy! If your dogs are your babies than give them the caring they deserve... it's a doggy dog world out there after all. This is Definetly a highlight to the town!

I have know Syl since she was 4 years old. She has always been an animal lover. As a teenager, Syl was the one to watch our animals as we went on family vacations. We never worried about our dogs while we were gone. Through the years, she has groomed our dogs. I am so happy for Syl & Ben and their new facility. Even though it’s almost an hour drive, we will groom and board our dogs with Syl ❤️ Congratulations 🎉🍾
