Dr.’s Casey and Adrian Cloutier are 2 of the best veterinarians in the world hands down. Not to mention Marsha Marsha, Amelia and the rest of the staff. I only have love and respect for all of them. Words can’t describe how kind and compassionate everyone there has treated my pets and myself, in every situation imaginable from emergency, (porcupines quills), and even during the loss of an elderly beloved pet (old age) who was my world. I can’t thank them enough. The sympathy card everyone signed meant the world to me. Words can’t describe. Except all I can say from the bottom of my heart ~Thank You.

Best vet in New Hampshire! I cannot put into words how thankful we are for Dr. Adrian and Dr. Kacey. The gals at the desk always so nice and helpful as well! This group is something special!Both Dr. Cloutiers are incredibly smart, kind, and excellent with our fur babies. They have worked tirelessly to come up with ways of solving the issues of our special needs pups. On one occasion, they truly saved the life of our Maple girl. Meagan was so kind and monitored her throughout her stay at the clinic and always greats Maple with extra love when we come back in. We live 2 hours from the clinic but will always happily make the drive! This place is truly the best!

Our sweetheart Elsa had a decline over a few weeks and we were unable to get her into our vet for 6 weeks and other vets local to us were not accepting new clients; and after a change over the course of a day even the local veterinary urgent care was "at capacity" and was unable to see her. My husband grew up with Adrien and I asked if he could poke him for advice because we were told she probably just needed fluids and would turn around very quickly. My desperate self was willing to wing it myself but as a nurse self wanted to know the likelihood of compounding a kidney issue without really knowing if that was the issue (because I really have no idea how much cats and humans overlap). I really just wanted an opinion but Adrien had my husband bring her down.There isn't a happy ending, as we had believed that she was much younger than she was and although the writing was on the wall from day 1, Adrien took care of her for the week to try and turn her around. I greatly appreciate that as I wasn't in a place to accept the fact that she wasn't coming home, and it helped keep her comfortable as my 8 year old processed that she was losing her best friend. When we had to say goodbye, Adrien even entertained my 4 year old as we got our last snuggles in.I would gladly drive over an hour and half to get care here. I greatly appreciate not being rushed and even the manner in which he physically handled her shows the level of compassion and empathy he possesses for the animals he cares for.

Seeing a picture of dr. Adrian sitting IN the kennel with my gal post surgery is the dedication of a passionate, and compassionate person. Dr. Casey was amazingly patient with an anxious owner learning about them, as they were new vets to me, and the care of my kids. The extra time they took to alleviate my fears meant the world to me. The most inhumane and unprofessional veterinary office I have ever dealt with in my life. Turned away for an emergency for my pitbull who got porcupine quills in his face and right paw today after being told that they didn't have time for him out ANY emergencies then hung up on me when I told the vet that he was inhumane. Tried to call back several times to reconcile the situation but they refused to answer their phones so I had to have Broadview Animal Hospital in Rochester where I am now call them and ask for the files. When I got 2 Broadview they had not received any files from Sandwich Animal Hospital so I had to call privately(*67)and they finally answered only to give me excuses saying they already sent it even though I was told by the clinic at Broadview Animal Hospital that they, in fact, did not receive anything 30 seconds prior to having called Sandwich Animal Hospital. They called a few times for records believe it or not. If you care about your animal and the integrity of the people who work with your animals I highly suggest not calling Sandwich Animal Hospital for anything. Especially for an emergency. Compassion/empathy does not exist at this place. They only want your hard earned money for profit and without genuine empathy. They don't do any preliminary testing on your animals either so don't go there if you want to make sure your animal has a healthy future. Pathetic and just a sad situation.
