Whelp they did it again. I was looking to advance my skills in skiing and wanted longer wider skis and they sold me the perfect pair. Alex helped me and pointed me in the right direction, I really couldn’t be happier!! I’ve been trusting sun and ski for over a decade and they have never failed me. Whether you’re a first time skier or snowboarder or you’re advanced they not only have the equipment for you, they also have knowledgeable staff to point you in the right direction. Couple that with their performance guarantee and you literally can’t go wrong. I’ve also purchased snowboards for my son from them and the experience was amazing, as always. I’ve shopped in the North Conway and Pembroke locations and the staff in both places is friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic customer service and selection of equipment. This will be my first stop next time I need ski gear in the North Conway area.I stopped into Sun & Ski to look at goggles for my sons, who were going for their first ski lessons. The gentleman who helped us could have not been kinder or more helpful. He walked us through the options and price levels, then spent time explaining to my tweens how the goggles should fit and feel and how to keep them from fogging up. He spoke to the boys like valued customers, not like little kids who didn’t know anything. I’m only disappointed we didn’t get his name as I would like to acknowledge him publicly for his exceptional customer service and friendly personality,

These guys are incredible!!! I took my headset apart on my downhill bike only to find a part broken. Brought it to the bike shop where Matt, Matt and Alex all took a look. My bike is not in their inventory to sell and they took it right in, found the part and fixed it in no time!! Their price for service was affordable, their communication was more than exceptional and their kind approach was like I've never seen! I wasn't planning on buying a board that weekend but after going over my riding style and preferences the Lib Tech I was eyeing seemed like a perfect fit. Loudest commercials in all of streaming. Just because the CALM act does not apply to streaming yet doesn’t mean your commercials should be 3x louder than everything else on the tv, including other commercials. Will never come here, or any sun and ski, again because of the commercial volume.

Came in with my wife to get fitted for our first pair of ski boots. Matthew was great! His knowledge is insane and he took the time to explain everything to us. He put us both in two different pairs to compare after he took detailed measurements. He didn’t try to sell us on anything. He gave us advice on trying out skis until we are ready to purchase. Matthew in the biking section is incredible! The most knowledgeable and friendly of all the bike shops around (we went to them all). They had a good selection of bikes and he took the time to tell us about their features, size us, and let us test ride. They allow pets in the store too.

Needed some suspenders for ski pants that were fitting a little large this year (go figure?) Went to every shop in town BEFORE Sun & Ski and was met with, "Don't have 'em. Try..." every time. Walked in with out much hope and found a gentleman in skis who somewhat amused at my quest, but assured me that i might have found the right place. Yup. Had exactly what I needed AND it was better than I'd hoped for. Thanks guys!

This Sun & Ski has always been fantastic. I first discovered it in 2012 when my skis broke. They fixed me up with a great new set of Atomics. This time my boots died and Mathew was excellent with helping me select an upgraded replacement pair or Nordics. He was very patient and brought out five pairs total for me to try. I'm very thankful for all their help over the years.
