Worst customer service experience. Instead of asking if I needed help he told me we close in 15 minutes. Went to the register with light on and he was snippy He said it was the register on the end. He then proceeded to accidentally knock the pens i was buying on the floor. He didn't apologize or seem to care that he did. He didn't thank me for coming in or anything. Oh... he mentioned rewards program but I said no I didn't have it. He didn't offer to explain it or sign me up. Awful experience! Wish I could give a 0 star rating!!!!! Cashier - 1789216 time of cashing out 647... I was only in the store 2 minutes!!! Probably never come back!!!

Ashley and Monica went above and beyond for me today. I called last night asking if I would be able to get flyers donated for a local organization I am working with. Ashley said she would do it without a hesitation but did not want to speak for her manager. I went in this morning and Monica made it a point to make light with me about the flyers. I was nervous at first but she assured me she was joking. Monica printed my flyers for me and made sure they were everything I was looking for. The store was neat and organized. The cashier's were friendly and as soon as I walked in someone asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back to Staples as I start up my small business. Thank you for your help and your support in the community. We really do appreciate it.

Not sure if this is a Company wide policy or if this location's staff deserve a special shout out. Let's go with both!! Ordered a stack of "Missing Cat" flyers for my ongoing attempt to find my lost cat, and they covered the cost of the prints when I arrived! Such a kind gesture for people struggling with a lost pet/family member <3.Had a false alarm that morning, unfortunately the cat found was not ours. Was having a really rough day with getting our hopes up than realizing it wasn't our cat. This kindness from the Staples staff really helped and made a difference in my day!Thank you!

Its a real gift when a person crosses another person who is genuinely caring, kind, and a compassionate. I did just that last week when I came in to get copies for an event that was supporting Conway Area Humane Society. Debbie was so helpful and patient. Its people like her that keep businesses like me coming back in for their business needs. Thanks Debbie!

Shame I have to use an alias account because I don't need negative feedback and hurting my private business. Staff is disrespectful and apparence looks hobos. Messy hair, everyday clothes not uniforms no name tags. One associate looked like they got out of bed looked like a junkie. Same associate had what looked like slipper boots and holes in pants. Over heard same associate yell and scream at a middle aged private business owner calling them very disrespectful names. I will not be coming back to this store or any if necessary. I understand that workers are hard to come by due to hard times but they will lose customers. I spend hundreds of thousands (a few times over a million) a year at various stores. OfficeMax and Office Depot for the time being. Been a loyal Staples customer since the mid 1990s.

So I had some business cards made at this location today for my cleaning business. I just wanted to share how great my experience was! We called ahead to get the email to send our image to. Lilliana was fantastic. She started working on them right away and had them done for me in about 3 hours! When the cards were printed a couple of the words on the side of my card got cut off just because the printer, but Edward, who also helped me, offered to print some more for me at no cost to offset the few cards that had the words cut. Through and through my experience was great. They were so nice and friendly and never made us feel like a bother. So thank you guys so much for your awesome work and service!! My boyfriend has his own business too and he will definitely be getting his cards at Staples. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Had a day off so I went shopping for supplies.my cousin works there so I figured I would say hi while I was there. I felt so bad for my cousin up front because you had this horrible lady who was just being nasty. My cousin got fed up and said that she understood the frustration but she (customer)had no reason to take it out on my cousin ringing her out. Things got heated between them and as the rude lady was leaving she told my cousin that she hopes she gets covid and dies b@%#h. My cousin looked so angry and upset. Lord hope I don't find that rude lady's business because I will report her. She was nasty from the beginning. With covid and short staff people need to be patient. The lady didn't even get close to the karma she deserves. Please be kind and understanding with retail, food and people who are short staffed.

This particular staples location has taken a bit of a nosedive over the last few years. You can still find most of the office supplies that you need here, but you're better off going online.

The copy center was very busy, but the staff were multi tasking, helping each other all the while being very friendly. I had to return an item that had been damaged in shipping. No problem at all and they helped me reorder a new one. Pay those guys more!!! Thanks

The people who work here are nice and helpful but they don't have enough of them. Checkout lines can be long and SLOW.Nothing to do with the local stores, but the Staples web site is a horror show to navigate. Just buy what you need on Amazon

Your tech support is a joke! Worst Staples ever! I simply called tech support and asked if they could find a setting for me on my computer and they said no sorry we can't help you, I guess because its not one of thier overpriced products so they just don't want to bother. Then when the guy hangs up he says 'byyyeee' in this real goofball kind of way. Yeah real professional! I'l be glad when this place closes eventually! I wish I could give zero stars.

Easily the worst Staples that I have visited. I only use as a last resort. Wny? Usually understaffed with long waits even for dropping off packages. Store layout could be much improved. Often their computer system is not operational, so there are problems at check out. Wait time is unacceptable.

I clearly needed help... and employees walked by me at least a dozen times without even acknowledging me.If I was a secret shopper, they would have failed badly. Stocking shelves around a customer without so much as a "hello". That's unacceptable.They didn't have what I needed.
