We went in looking for a good harness for our corgi who is an escape artist. The staff there were so helpful and very nice! We tried a few and settled on one that works and our pup got to run around the store happily...she was the only one in there. It's a nice, clean store with a great selection and good mark down items!

Jen did a phenomenal job on my mini golden doodle! She groomed and trimmed her up the best I have ever seen. Three weeks later, she still looks nicely groomed👏Theodore did such a great job grooming and de-shedding my yellow lab!She still is groomed also and shredding minimally. Thank you both so much for great jobs!!!I will definitely be back and make this my go-to!

I could not remember my number,she tried hers but hers was also new.The items I purchased were 4 of the tuff chews buy 3 get one. Now there is a line of people backing up the manager is standing maybe 10 ft away no help. So when I get home I call customer service she was nice offered me a GC. However she told me someone would contact me 24 to 72 hrs. Well been over a week still waiting. Care nothing about there customers.

A bit pricier than Petco, but still a quality pet store with a decent selection.If you can afford to and they have what you need, shop at For Your Paws Only and support a local small business.

Never had problems buying fish before but today I bought 6 and after only a 20 minute ride home 3 where dead. Was not happy the way the lady just poured them hard into the bag. Next time going to petco for fish. Gave 2 stars cause cashier was very nice.

The staff was very kind when I went in and when I left. They had a variety of things for both my fish and my beagle dog. I got new rocks for my fish tank and cool purple blueish color, a T shirt for 4$ a ball a backpack that had pockets in them and a new toy what's better than that! And they had a whole lot of dog bowls more than the other places u had been too! I love it here.

The associates at the grooming salon and the checkout counter were fantastic! They were so helpful and knowledgeable while providing excellent service. Our dog was recently rehomed to us and needed a good refresh as well as needing some work in the training area. The people at PetSmart understood that and helped us immensely. We will definitely be back regularly!

It was my first time going here. I needed some flea guard for my dog Lily. I asked someone for help and instead of pointing and counting how many isles to go down and already getting me lost with how many left and rights to take, someone walked me down, helped me, was very knowledgeable and kind and she just made my day. I even found a Halloween costume for my dog. They were great here at this store in North Conway NH. Thank you Pet Smart

I have brought my dog for the occasional nail trim at the North Conway PetSmart and they've always done a great job. My dog is a little shy to strangers, so I'm usually a little hesitant to bring him to groomers. However, the reason for my 5 Star Review is because I recently decided to bring him there for a bathing package and the experience was really excellent. There is a groomer there named Riley, and he read in Lincoln's file that he's a little shy. Riley came out to hang with Lincoln for a little bit to make sure he was comfortable with him and then he took him back to the grooming area with no tugging or pulling. It was really nice to see. He did a great job and Lincoln was shiny, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and teeth brushed. We will definitely be going back and will request Riley again. Very happy with the experience. I appreciate that he took the time to pay attention to Lincoln's needs and to make him feel comfortable with him. Five stars for sure!

Most of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. But I have to give a poor review. On numerous occasions visiting this store to purchase LIVE crickets has been horrible. Yesterday was not the exception. My husband went in to purchase live crickets for our geckos and requested a staff to bag some. Because they have some already in a container, she said there are some right on the shelf. She was too busy talking to her friends. My husband didn't want the pre-packaged crickets. The date of package was May 17th. It was May 31st yesterday. They are only good for 7 days if that. She refused and walked away with her friends. Again not the exception, we got 4 LIVE crickets from the container.For a store that prides itself on providing pet food, which includes live food, this store has a very bad track record at providing such. We have had our geckos for about 4 months and there has been only 2 occasions where the staff was helpful in getting live crickets and not blowing us off. If you are going to provide pre-packaged crickets, you should make sure they are fresh and not 2 weeks old and dead as well. We may have to switch pet stores if this continues.

They may be a little pricey on some things, but they have good sales & the cutest dog toys. The one in my area offers grooming. They sell birds, small rodents, as well as reptiles & fish.

There are better stores in the area. I wanted a discount on a damaged item because of scratches and heavy dirt and they could only offer 10% off. I wasn't to thrilled about that. If you ask me

I love PetSmart's ability to personally handle all of my Fish needs. They have enough staff to meet them well, without being dragged off to run the cash register or handle yet another customer's issues. They truly care about mine! I like that they are careful to follow all of the Covid-19 protocols too. Excellent in every way!
