It wasn’t bad at all. The folks that worked there were very nice. My son got some taco thing that he swore up and down he would love. Guess what he didn’t like it. I got a cheese cascades or how ever you spell it. I loved it though. I also got a drink because it had an upside down corinita in and it was pretty good. I didn’t drink the wholeThing it wasn’t that great either. The price wasRight though. Over all I’d say give it aTry it wasn’t to bad at all.

Def order online and choose in store pick up. The items are usually cheaper to begin with and if you spend over $50 you get 25% off. The treats my dog eats are literally less than half the price here than PetSmart before the discount. If you know what you want, you can be in and out in 45 seconds.

When my son was younger, we drove hours to an animal sanctuary. When we arrived they had closed early due to rain. My son was very disappointed. Thank goodness there was a Petco nearby to soften the blow. Now it has become a summer road trip tradition to stop at least one Petco. We always get toys and treats for our cats, we don't have a Petco close to where we live so it's a special treat for everyone.

I love Petco. I have 70 lb Boxer/Pit dog. I have been bringing her to Petco for training lessons. Cassie is great. She is patient and really knows her stuff. My dog has come a long way in learning. And I have been taught how to teach her with confidence. This store has friendly staff and any question is answered quickly and with knowledge.

Very well run "chain" pet store. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. Prices are often slightly better than their local competition. I frequent them for aquarium supplies. Always well stocked with a good selection of anything you need.

Just want to say a big THANK YOU to the veterinary and all the the staff. Today I brought my Louie for his rabies vaccine, he is a rescue dalmatian, I was worried the process would cause stress on my dog but I came to realize it was I who drove the stress... They not only vaccinated my dog but put me in touch with a local trainer to train not not just my dog but myself as well..thank you all so much

The Customer Service was Excellent. We had a number of Associates who were more than happy to help us with our shopping needs. The Associate whom we dealt with the most was Sue B. She had a lot of knowledge about tropical fish that she was willing to share with us. In addition, the fish looked very well kept and healthy. An overall satisfying experience! We will be back for all our pet needs...

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was greeted when I entered by your grooming staff. I was looking for a specific brand of dog food that I found out you are no longer carrying. I had chosen another food (I was looking for Wellness and chose Wellness Core) and the staff member reinforced my choice by telling me that it was actually an upgrade from my original choice and that I would be pleased with that choice.

I was greeted pleasantly upon arrival. My pets were greeted. My pets were nervous and the groomer was sweet with them, calmed them and checked them in.The grooming was done to a high degree and my pets were happy when I picked them up.I have been very happy with our grooming and shopping experience at Petco, North Conway, NH.

Great prices, awesome staff. I went in to get a Frozen large rat for a massive ball python. Awesome person at the register talked me up about the snake. Very knowledgeable staff. Would recommend anyone to go and get their pet supplies here.

Bought 2 bird cages here, in store was more money, but they matched the online prices with no problems. The staff that helped was great. The store is clean, well lit, and have a wide range of products that covered all ranges of pets.

Wow! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I went in on Monday to fit my new dog for a harness and the two nice women employees helped me decide what harness to buy. They also helped me get my excited pup into the harness and gave me tons of very useful advice and information. These women really know their stuff. They also gave my dog a treat and gave me a new dog owners coupon booklet. I am so happy I chose went here instead of the place up the street. My dog is very happy with his new harness and I will definitely be returning.

The women weren't only helpful, but knowledgeable and SO nice! The store was amazingly clean and bigger than I expected. I didn't get to look over the whole store because I only went in for a Betta, but I'll be going back. It's my new pet store.

Really great people in this store! They're knowledgeable about both animal care and their stock, which is what you would expect but don't always find in a pet store. Compared to other Petco stores I've visited the staff here seem to enjoy working there. I went into this store planning to buy a Betta fish for the 1 gallon tank I got for Christmas and instead I'm now setting up a 10 gallon tank for plants, shrimp, and a Betta. Both the Betta and I will be much happier in the end. Thanks North Conway Petco! 🙂

I own a lizard…I have been shopping at Petsmart in Michigan for almost a year. I come out here to Conway (twice in a week) for a total of 59 LARGE crickets. (25 each time) the crickets are dead in the container they pull them from. The live ones are small, don’t move much and appear sick or malnourished. Needless to say, the majority of them die off. I don’t know if it’s the company not putting in food/water/calcium or if it’s constant bad shipments. Either way, I’ll be looking elsewhere for crickets.Save your money. The only reason I’m giving this store 2 stars is because the service is decent. Friendly people that are willing to help.This review was meant for pet smart. Petco gets 5 stars for my mistake

Hours are not accurate. Did online order with pickup at store. Checked app and Google maps for hours. Both said 8 pm. At 6:30 the doors were locked. Could have notified during the 3 emails stating got order, working on order or the ready for pickup.
