Hard to locate product in this store. It seems designed to have me looking through everything in order to find my item. I can say 1 thing about the jeans sold here. You better be on the extremely skinny side cause none of the sizes seem to be right compared to other brands. I'll be returning the jeans I bought from here even though i bought my size and the next size up.

Not very good and not very organized. I went here while vacationing in the area over the summer and they had already switched over to all their fall clothing (still had 2 months of summer left). I thought for the quality and style the prices were not good. The hours are great though. Never loved Old Navy but normally for the price they have what you need. Not at this one.

Just stopped at Old Navy and bought some nice clothing. I loved the choices. What I didn’t love, however, was that we had a coupon for 15$ any 50$ purchase. We get into line with 54$ of merchandise and the cashier tells us that our coupon won’t work because we got some items from clearance. Mind you, our cashier was very rude, and the coupon itself had no expectations or rules saying “Can’t use clearance items”, unless you click -on the website- ten things to get to the information. Anyways, so we take another purchase item from a rack and we hand it to the lady. Our total was $49.99. They would not allow a penny difference for this stupid coupon. We tried buying something from the checkout area, like a little hat or hand sanitizer. Turns out you can’t buy those either to use the coupon.We ended up having to buy 2$ flip flops just for their coupon. I was not pleased at all with my visit to Old Navy.

The florescent lights are insane. No staff anywhere to ask a question. I only needed one thing and I wanted to try it on to be sure it was the right size and I had to ask a customer where the fitting rooms were. And when I went to pay there was one register open with 4 people who worked there just talking and about 5 customers waiting to buy their stuff. This is why I haven't shopped here in years.

Great clothes at a cheap price! I felt the employees were standing around and didn't offer as much help as I would have liked, considering the store was pretty deserted. Will definitely go again.

Asking for my email address after I declined the 20% off qualification for an old Navy card is not recommended. An employee almost hit me with a rack that had 5 pairs of pants on it. Didn't know they needed a traveling rack to carry so little without an apology or an excuse me made me highly dissatisfied!!

It's a lovely store, has nice staff and big changing rooms. My only issue was that items that were listed as being in stock online were not, in fact, actually in stock.

Wife loves old navy, but for me there's not a big section for men's clothing. Prices are inexpensive for there lines of clothing.

This is one of our favorite Old Navy Outlets. It is very busy and can be a little messy but they have great clothing selection's.

For an outlet store the prices are super Hi! Maybe I am just used to thrift store shopping but I cannot pay $30 for 1 pair of pants!
