Although we didn’t buy anything here today, we have purchased many sports and clothing items for our family over the years. This is a must stop when you’re in the North Conway area. The store is clean, well-organized, and is a great store place to find quality reduced price L.L. Bean products. Two years ago we bought two 12-foot kayaks here. One was substantially reduced because of a minor scratch. We wanted 2 kayaks and the store manager matched the price for an unblemished kayak - - great deal. We applied for an LL Bean credit card and was instantly approved, and with the LL Bean coupon dollars we were able to purchase life vests, paddles and other misc. gear for no extra cost. Needless to say, this store has our loyalty.

Always overrun by outta- staters, myself included. Great place to find some gear and they are very nice, our tote we wanted had some stitching coming undone and the cashier gave us a discount.

While I have found some good deals here a couple years ago, it seems the deals are becoming less and less every year. I’ve been to this location around a dozen times and will visit again. It’s extremely hit or miss. Pricing is also random at times(things ring in wrong). Staff is very friendly. But minus two stars for the disappearing deals, no more life time warranty, and pricey for an outlet store.

I have bought several items from this store over the last few years. All items are still in great condition and were worth the marked down price. The staff is always pleasant. If you take the time and look around you can find some pretty nice things for the price. The bean down jacket with cordura fabric I purchased 4 years ago is one of my favorite items I own. I purchased a synthetic down comforter 4 years ago that I still have and is in great shape. I even found a cover for it last month that fit it perfectly. I had to wait several years to find one. Instead of buying it full price online I waited and stopped by the store occasionally until I found one discounted. Great set known, several awesome jackets, several great pairs of shoes etc. All items worth every penny.

Was very excited to go to the LL Bean outlet. But I had a serious case of sticker shock and couldn't actually bring myself to give up that kind of money. Although I think LL Bean has higher quality products that are worth a little more and I do like their clothing stuff it was just the principal of the whole thing and I will just keep my eyes open to find stuff elsewhere.........................................................

Nice selection, incredible markdowns on quality name brand products along with Bean brand. Fast, friendly service.Update- visited today and found the store fully stocked , clean and inviting.I found what I was looking for - what I ALWAYS go to L.L. Bean for - Merrell low model hikers. We always stop here when were in North Conway because they have well made products heavily discounted. Recently, they forgot to remove the security device from my wife's sandals at checkout, which we didn't realize until we were on our way back to California. The store manager Cindy made it right by having the shoes shipped back to them, device removed and returned to us in CA. Truly great LL Bean customer service - thank you!

Super friendly staff, great deals on a great New England brand, and the only place in about 20 that we tried to visit (including Walmart) that had any swimsuits off season (we forgot ours at home and wanted to swim at the hotel). Love Bean!

I’m shocked to see all the negative reviews! I was there today and got amazing items for under $200! The store was clean and organized and the deals were great for LL Bean! A sweater I looked at last fall was marked down and then additional 50% off in perfect condition. The store staff was wonderful as well. I love LL Bean and this store really shines.

Mixed feelings about this store visit. The unclean bathroom was a letdown. On the upside, their color-organized sales rack was a neat touch for easy browsing. However, the clothing quality was disappointing, with most items being undesirable. Overall, room for improvement in hygiene and merchandise quality.

Prices were out of grasp, either LL.Bean has increased their prices to exorbitant levels, or this "outlet store" isn't such a great deal... Even out of season Kayaks were barely discounted...

I love this store! Always good deals to be found here on high quality clothing and equipment, shoes, etc. Some of the best return policies in the business as well. There is never anything bad to say about the Bean! Once in awhile the store might not have your particular size but you can always order online. Great store Friendly people awesome service couldn't ask for much more.

This is an outlet store. They do have items on sale, and I'll make two things clear. One it's over priced. Two, it is high quality. But the boots seem to be the only item still made in Maine. Much of the camping equipment, clothing, rugs, and outdoor furniture are not American made. I find that disappointing. The outlet is a dying concept when you consider you can order much of this online or on Amazon.

They have great deals at this store! I stocked up on some winter clothes. My husband got a bathing suite for %50 off. I got work/casual pants for %60 percent off. They have one dressing room right now due to COVID 19 but it was very clean and I was thankful to be able to try stuff on. Very nice store overall at a fraction of the normal LL Bean prices.

The people here are great! The store was neat, clean and clothing is very nice as far as I can see. I did try on a couple pairs of leather boots, size 11. The left foot was certainly 11, the right foot was probably a 10 if that. This was the same for both pairs I tried on for some reason. Weird. I did notice that the tags on the shoes said 'returned' so I can see why I guess. This is the only reason I took one star off.

LL bean used to be quality, but now it's an old lady store with I'll fitting merchandise. If you want a quilt or an elastic waisted Jean, you've come to the right place...go next door to REI for cool stuff.

Very friendly staff in the true LLBean spirit. I arrived early on a weekend day and within 30 minutes the lit was virtually full and outlet was crowded. - due to the great deals. They also offer full price items that are not discounted so be aware when shopping.

Lots of sales! Most of the men's clothes seemed to be tall sizes, so I didn't get anything... but if you're tall then then you'd have found lots at good prices. :-)
