If I could give zero stars, I would. I called at 1:25 to say I needed to pick up the prescription for my four-year-old, who was screaming in pain with an ear infection. I was told they go for lunch at 1:30. I said I was five minutes away, and she said, That’s five minutes too late, which doesn’t even make sense. She told me I had to return at 2 PM and she would have it ready. I showed up at 2 PM, and she said it would be another 25 minutes. Stone cold face, no emotion, no customer service. Worst experience at a CVS that I’ve ever had.

I used CVS for many years but when I moved to NH and started using the one in No Conway it was so disappointing! They should be able to get an award for the worst one EVER!!! Everyone that works in this store is beyond rude! I was a faithful customer for many years and even in the top 5 in the country for most savings!!! So disappointed, never thought that I would ever stop shopping here!!!

This is the worst pharmacy that I've ever used. If you know what's good for ya don't even attempt to get your perscriptions because they'll overcharge you, and they very rarely answer the phone. The pharmacy hours are usually around 10AM to 1:30pm, and even though these people only have to be there for three hours, they still cant manage to satisfy people. Almost every time I am in there I've experienced someone dissatisfied or aggravated with the pharmacy. I have been requesting my meds for over a week now and because of their lack to answer I have been withdrawing, because of this, I'm glad to say that I'm switching over to a different pharmacy.

I had bought something for less than $20 and they overcharged me for an amount of ~$140. I couldn’t even reclaim it after disputing the charge with my bank because the receipt I could get from CVS had all the false charges from some other customer listed on my receipt. When I reached out requesting for a solution, they didn’t help me with resolving the issue. I wasted more than 3 hours with customer care calls and now I’m just very disappointed and frustrated.

I called to speak with the pharmacy to resolve an issue with a RX and Sean was very pleasant and helpful. This is not the first time i have received great customer service from this location...I see that the reviews are not all great and I think perhaps it is a "tourist thing" because this location has been wonderful for my family and I.

We were visiting NH and became ill with Covid. As we were preparing to leave meds were called to Cvs and then we were told about 24 hrs Walgreens. The meds were phoned into there. For weeks I continued to get calls saying I had meds to pick up. I tried and tried to reach the pharmacy to have the order canceled. Finally reaching someone today after calling the store manager I was hung up on after the the person answering the phone with a very long sigh and just simply being RUDE. I called back and the person answering my call was almost as rude. I understand everyone is short staffed but after this experience I would never recommend CVS.

Worst CVS ever. The guy with the long hair in the pharmacy was so beyond rude. We were on a weekend trip to NH and one of my 18 month old twins needed eye drops refilled. Our on call pediatrician called it in to the pharmacy overnight. We called CVS when they opened to make sure it was all set and drove almost an hour from our resort to pick it up. Of course, it wasn’t ready and we were told it was also after confirming a second time with the pediatrician on the way there. This employee was so rude and condescending. He said they didn’t have it and then said it was already filled at another pharmacy (Stop & Shop at home which is our regular pharmacy). I explained it was a new urgent RX and if insurance was an issue, I would just pay cash. He snapped back “MA’AM THAT IS NOT WHAT I SAID!”. I repeated what I thought I heard and replied rudely “MA’AM I’m not arguing with you.” I was just trying to understand what was going on and whether or not they had the RX and if we could get it. This was so unprofessional and seems as if he was prepared to make an issue from the start. He then said it would be fine to pay out of pocket and we’d have to wait at least 20 more minutes. We left without the RX. I will never have anything filled at CVS ever again, emergency situation or not.

UPDATE: not to inconvenient I guess. Walgreens across the street was open until 9. The store closes at 6pm on Saturday. Really (?). My home town cvs is open until 10 and the one next town over is 24 hours. Really inconvenient.

Employees are rare to see while shopping and especially trying to cash out. It's clearly expected to use self check option & feels as though it's an inconvenience to need an employees assistance or is actually an inconvenience to have to track down someone to assist. Pleasant interaction ususally once employees know thier assistance is needed.

Rip off!!!! Prescriptions are 5 times the cost of other pharmacies. There’s nothing you can do to get your money back once they’ve over charged you. I will never shop at cvs for anything again.

Recently had a very bad experience at the pharmacy. I received a text saying my prescriptions were ready. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was told that one was ready and they were working on the other and it would be ready in 5 or 10 minutes. I was fine with that. When I arrived at the counter 15 minutes later a tech began to ring me up. When I asked if there were two prescriptions in the bag she didn’t answer me so I asked again. She told me no, the other one was out stock and had no idea when they would get it, if ever. The pharmacist, overhearing this, said they had a similar OTC med so I opted for that. He told me where to find it which was located at the end of the aisle right by the pharmacy. I rushed over, but when I told the tech I couldn’t find it, she held up her arms in exasperation. She went to the aisle and yelled “Here it is! Do you want this size, or this size or this size as she held each bottle straight in the air. I asked for the smallest and when I looked at bottle, the ingredient I needed was in very small print beneath the generic name. It was humiliating. I have been a CVS customer for over thirty, but am currently looking for a “kinder “ pharmacy. I’m not trying to be a Karen, but a little decency goes a long way.

I wanted to leave a positive review about a particular employee who went above and beyond her normal job duties. Chandra, you were so kind to me last night when I was having a really bad day. And i feel like you could just tell and just went above your duties. You offered me coupons and a discount just to be friendly and helpful. Your kindness and generosity reminded me that there still are really good and nice people out there in a world that is so crazy right now and often filled with hate as of latter. So that's why I wanted to take a minute and give her a personal shout out to an employee who is exceptional and generous. CVS she deserves a raise 😉.

I've called twice to check on a script that was suppose to be sent over by my doctor, and both times I've had the most rude people answer their phone. If yall hate your job, find happiness somewhere else. Stop taking your misery out on customers.

I needed an urgent script for poison ivy along with a refill. Both were filled quickly and pick up was friendly and smooth. Staff is hard working and sympathetic and the line flowed fast.

If I could give no stars I would! Very unfortunate to wait in line 20 minutes and have to experience horrible pharmacy service. All of them were bothered by having to help customers. No eye contact, not a hello, just too bothered to be checking you out. This is why I do not go to CVS and go to Walgreens as this is the worst service I have ever experienced in a CVS. Be happy you have a job and treat people right. With all the negative reviews I have just read it’s I am surprised this behavior is allowed to continue. Shameful!

My Dr called in a script, for pain medication. I got a text saying they were working on it and would send a text when it was ready.I called 4 his after getting the text, and was told they had None of the medication I was prescribed, and didn't know when they'd be getting any in, maybe Friday but most likely Monday.So the didn't send a text saying they didn't have it, or call me and tell me, and there remedy is to call my Dr back and have the Dr send the script to another pharmacy that has the med.I asked how come they can't call a neighbouring CVS and get it filled that way. They just said they don't do that, then I asked how do I know who has the medication so I can tell the Dr where to send it, and they hung up on me.Great customer service.

Have great experiences here their coupons and loyalty program are great, little effort great savings. Their app has come a long way, makes even easier. The self checkout is stressful cuz it rushes you and I am fast do I feel bad about other people who are not as fast . One complaint is the add tags often aren't up fast enough and are always taken down too early on Saturdays, making sale shopping a bit harder. Staff is usually great here even though short staffed often . Highly reccomend if good at coupons

I guess all the complaints about long wait times and the pharmacy not answering the phone are true. I tried calling this morning to have a couple of RXs refilled here rather than my local CVS. Waited on hold for 15 minutes, then was suddenly transferred to the providers voicemail. Waited a bit longer and then gave up. Based on how long I had to wait on the phone, and how long the reported wait times are at the pharmacy, it will be faster if I have a new prescription called into RiteAid. Unfortunately, poor customer service isn't limited to this store. My local CVS could take a lesson from RiteAid as well.

Went through the drive thru (no cars in line, slow day) to pick up a script for my granddaughter and the pharmacy assistant came to the window and I handed her the baby's new insurance cards to process and she rolled her eyes and sighed. I'm a store manager in retail and I could not believe how rude she was. I said I am sorry to put you out, but the script is expensive without insurance. She said, we'll its gonna be a bit. I said that's ok, I have time and there's nobody in line waiting. She closed the window and walked away. I glanced through the window and she was helping other customers. Rudest experience I've ever had.

Very experienced pharmacy staff and all are very pleasant. CVS has a decent iPhone application that functions virtually perfectly with this CVS. I have numerous prescriptions on file with this CVS and will not change based upon experience. CVS store layout leaves much to be desired. However, that is NOT the fault of the employees. Clearly, it is a corporate issue and some rethinking is necessary.

Staff is so rude. Go to the pharmacy and they will stand there continuing what they’re doing for 10-15 minutes. If you call you’re on wait for 10-15 minutes. If you go to the drive thru, they’re closed. Ridiculous.Update: still suck. Haven’t once received good service. Waited over 20 minutes to pick up a prescription while there was only one person in front of me.

We are here on vacation. My husband got sick and required having a prescription sent in from the Urgent Care. We originally had it sent to Walgreen's only to find put our insurance does not participate with Walgreen's. So we had to have the script transferred to CVS. We went over to CVS and they immediately filled the scripts. I would say they appear somewhat disorganized when you look at the work area. They get the job done so I don't feel that is a problem.

I am up on vacation. I forgot my inhaler and am wheezing. My pharmacist at home told me to have CVS call and have the script transferred. When I called, the pharmacy told me it would be "hours" before they could call since it was noisy in there due to construction? Are you kidding me? Walgreens wad fast, friendly and efficient. Because of them I can breatbe!!!! Thanks for NOTHING CVS! 😔

This review is for the pharmacy. Robin in the pharmacy specifically. She was the rudest person I’ve EVER dealt with in customer service. She cut me off before I even stated why I was calling telling me the order had been filled when in fact I was calling about something completely separate. My doctor had to reach out several times to fix this and I’ve transferred everything elsewhere.Robin shouldn’t be answering the phone for patients/customers. Not the first negative encounter with this employee.

They've had my prescription for 2 days. My doctors office has tried in vain to get through to their pharmacy. No one picks up to verify the prescription. I tried calling sev eral times and waited at least 15-20min each time. I even tried calling front desk. They connected me and I waited another 15min, then gave up.They need another pharmacist. Overworked, they're unpleasant.

This is the slowest CVS I’ve ever gone to. They never fill prescriptions on time, it takes two trips to get a prescription. I have to go there in person, tell them to fill it, even though it says online it’s ready and it’s due now, and then make a trip back later to pick it up.

The pharmacy staff that I interacted with is clueless with giving instructions on how to administer COVID test (pretty certain that our results are compromised) and other basic things related to the pharmacy operations. I wouldn't trust any information I got from them. Go to Walgreens down the street instead, they're much more professional.

The hours are incorrect. I went to pick up a photo order Saturday and when I arrived the doors were locked with a sign stating different hours. The store closes at 6pm on Saturdays and that info should be shown during an online order or at a minimum in the confirmation email.

I’m on vacation and got a prescription called in at this pharmacy. Went there first thing in am but not ready so I went back in the eve.There were issues with my insurance and the pharmacy never called to tell me about it. If they had called I could have got it fixed BEFORE my doctor’s office closed at the end of the day. I am appalled at not only this ‘practice’ but the level of disinterest the pharmacists showed.
