I have no words to express how sweet and kindness are the staff at this store. Over the weekend I was there When I walked in with my five months old baby the staff were so welcoming they answered the questions I asked. They made my day and also a wonderful experience by giving me a chair to seat while I could feed my baby. Was a raining dayI’m not from the area.Thank you!!!! to those wonderful staffI will always be thankful for the kindness!!!

The employees, are amazing! Even went above and beyond to ensure I walked out with what I really wanted. Even looked online to see if the had the purse 👜 i was getting. Had any available in the style of the bag I wanted with the design I was really looking for. Coach made a very cute line with lips on it. It's not available to buy as a Matching collection. Each piece with the lips 👄 are freaking adorable. Purposely Coach made it so the piece's don't Match! Still love you for life! 👄👜

I recently went shopping here at the COACH outlet in North Conway and was greeted by there very helpful kind staff who made sure both my girlfriend and I were looked after when it came to all needs we had while shopping. The staff gave us personal attention in helping us select new wallets from one of there recent collections and were sure to look into the computer system for all the styles and colors they had to offer us without even being promoted or asked to do so. If your looking for a bag, wallet, clothing, etc. I recommend shopping at this location and will definitely come back in the future.

I would like to start by saying I love my bag that I got from there... BUT.. the customer service was HORRENDOUS!!!!! This older worker saw my fiance and I walk in and she came up and told us about the sale which was nice but then she kept saying to me how the clearance is in the back and is more affordable ... She said it I don't know how many times... SO INSULTING! I know I was not dressed up that day at all but seriously I wanted to be like sweetheart stop judging me by what I'm wearing. I have a good salary and so doesnt my fiance and it was horrible how she would make someone feel like that. My fiance was so mad ! He had told me walking in I could pick whatever I wanted and then I felt like getting NOTHING !

The quality of coach has gone down hill. The zippers feel cheap and get stuck when zipping.. the tote I was looking at felt like cheap material...I think I have bought my last coach purse

I went into the N. Conway store to look at briefcases. The salesperson approached me, asking if I was famiar with Coach. I said yes and that I was just looking and pricing-a polite way to say "I did not want sales assistance. THREE times she came back to engage me! I could not decide if she was just being overly persistent/not listening; or maybe, watching, in case I was shoplifting. Either way, at 58 years old, a professional, with disposable income and, yes a "familiarity" with Coach, as I have a closetfuI, I was annoyed and insulted by her sales approach.I did purchase while I was there, but, won't be back.

I was looking for something and I asked one of the employees for help she was rude and treated me disgustingly I asked if I had done something wrongShe ignored meThen all of sudden 3 to 4 employees came up asking are you alright do need something she must of told them I was trying to do somethingI was so angry then I went to buy a wallet for 49 the girl told me it was 69 I said you have to honour it then she got her manager tall short haired older womenWho then told me what you gonna sue us if we don't honour the price horrible customer serviceNever go back don't go they are freaks
