From the farm food, raw milk yogurt, a variety of goodies including some really delicious coffee beans, Vernon is our go to. Our son loves to go see the animals and walk around the farm. We have been going to the farm for the last 2.5 years and highly recommend.

Baby Lambs ❤️ Recently I was blessed with the opportunity to have some of my children and grandchildren visit Vernon Family Farm for the Baby Lamb experience. It was Wonderful. Nicole was incredible, she interacts with everyone with compassion, caring and patience. She took so much time to explain lambing, the farm environment and the benefits for all of us in knowing your farmer and where your food comes from. If you have a chance to do this, do it! The children had such a great time meeting the lambs in a safe, respectful manner and even holding them when the lambs were comfortable. These children left that experience with a memory they will never forget. Thank You to the Vernon Family for all you are doing for all of us.

So many great things about this place! One of the first places we discovered when we moved to NH and we love it so much! Their frozen prepared foods are incredible; the chicken soup, I don’t even have words to describe how much I love it. All of their meat is delicious, plus so many good snacks and treats. Having brunch and going to see the animals is great when the weather is nice. Haven’t made it to an evening music event yet but looking forward to that this summer. Just all around great, you can tell they are a genuine family that actually cares about the food and products they put out for their community.

This farm and store is such a gem on the seacoast. Anytime we have visited, the Vernon family and their staff couldn’t be friendlier or more welcoming. We absolutely love their pot pie and fried chicken, the latter being the BEST I’ve ever had. Definitely check this place out and keep an eye on their calendar of events, particularly in the summer when you can hear stellar local music while cozying up to a fire, with a drink in your hand. It’s just such a special place.

My family was lucky enough to visit Vernon Family Farm and take part in the Hold a Baby Lamb experience! What a special treat for my two girls (2 and 6)...and me and my husband! Nicole is simply awesome and a she's teacher so she was really able to connect with us on farm life and lamb life, my kids were in awe and captivated! I had honestly never seen them so connected to eachother...siblings, amirite?! We also got some delicious food from the store, the chicken pot pie was an 11/10! We are so grateful for this opportunity and will definitely be visiting regularly for food and high summer vibes <3

We love every single thing about Vernon Family Farm, and were so excited last year when they offered lamb snuggles. We went with a group of friends of mixed ages and it was equally fun and sweet for everyone. It will not be the last time we sign up!

We attended the recent VFF dinner and our expectations were surpassed. A lovely location providing engaging conversation with outstanding courses paired with wine. We enjoyed learning from the chef the process of creating these delightful meals. We will be back!

A wonderful farm store with so many items. The meat box subscription is a fantastic way to support the Farm, great quality meats.The animals are so well cared for and accessible to visit. Love the atmosphere at Vernon Family Farm.

I just picked up my second meat box from their monthly subscription plan. As in January, the February box has a variety of cuts and a recipe. I also shop in the farm store for cheeses, vegetables, extra meat cuts, and their pot pie. Everything has tasted great and is of great quality. If you haven’t stopped by-I suggest you do. Besides the quality and friendly people, your actions have a positive ripple effect on you, others, and the environment.

We live down the road from VFF and stop by the farm store several times a week to make meals with their amazing food. Their chicken is next level (my kids can tell the difference between VFF chicken and supermarket chicken), their chicken pot pie is perfect for a winter evening, and their bone broth is the best base for all my soups! And they sell the best sriracha that’s ever been!

Awesome night at the farm with friends! The menu has been kicked up a notch from last year and was delicious. The band Harsh was perfect to enjoy on a beautiful fall night by the fire. We got to meet other people in the local communities. Everyone on the farm was so welcoming and friendly, including the enthusiastic greetings from Yeti! It's what living in New Hampshire is all about.

Our first trip to VFF did not disappoint! We had an amazing time. Ease of parking, friendly check in, getting a complimentary upgrade to a picnic table, the food, the music.. everything was top notch. This was my eleven month old's first live show; what a great venue for families. We will definitely be back! Thank you Nicole and Jeremiah for an outstanding time!

Adorable venue. Great band. Delish food and drinks. Good parking- clean porta potties. Two minor complaints. 1-The music could be a little louder 2- food and drinks were a bit pricey for the small portion. It was tasty though. I will be back.

Very family friendly atmosphere good food which is locally sourced and they'll be glad to give you info about their farm if you visit it seems they are very proud of what they've accomplished and they should be. Great stage and venue as wellBring the diaper bag and enjoy some music

Had a great time at Vernon Family Farm. Came to support a friend’s band who was performing and the atmosphere at VFF was just amazing. The food was fantastic and everyone was super friendly, especially Nicole Vernon, who checked us in on arrival and was really great communicating about everything the farm had to offer. We will definitely be returning in the future!

It's a beautiful spot for music outside but prices are VERY HIGH for picnic table seats never mind the exclusive fire pit chairs! On top of the outrageous prices for the food there is a sneaky 20% service fee thrown in & gratuity expected on top of that!! I want to support local (and do) but I don't have to break the bank doing it. In reality, it didn't feel all that inclusive.

We checked this place out Sunday. Nice concept. Prices looked a bit high but heard the food was good. We sat at one of the picnic tables as we were instructed, and scanned in the QR Code for our Table #21 and started to order off the menu. 5 Minutes later waitress comes up and says we ordered of the Lunch/Dinner menu by mistake and she would have to refund the order and start a new one for Brunch. So we re-ordered from the Brunch Menu, she asked if I needed a receipt and I said no. Chicken & Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy, a draft and a sangria. Food came pretty quickly and it was pretty good. On Monday while reviewing our checking account online I see a charge for $91, a charge for $48 and a refund for $56. I call over there to find out what is going on and spoke to Jerimiah and explain to him that the first botched order was only partially refunded. He sad he would look into it and make it right. He said he would email me the receipts. I check my email today and on each receipt there is a 20% surcharge added for "Equitable Pay Fee". I text Jerimiah back saying that we won't be returning or supporting their establishment because of these bogus tacked on fees. This is insane. Your prices are already through the roof and we left a 15% tip to boot!

Great atmosphere, great place for family fun. We had a great time dancing to the music with the kids. I will say though, I was disappointed that we bought tickets to the music event & the fried chicken had sold out a 1/2hr after music started (5:30p - I wasn’t aware that the kitchen opens at 4p), which was the main reason why we attended because we’d heard such great reviews of the fried chicken. I’d think (& hoped!) that since we bought tickets ahead of time that they’d have an idea of how many people would be attending (since you aren’t allowed to bring in outside food) & that most of those people would want their infamous fried chicken they raise right there on their farm. But we were out of luck. Someone in our group did get the bucket of chicken & shared a little, so we did get a bite, but unfortunately it was cold upon delivery. So we got $20 roast beef sandwiches that were dry 😬 Maybe putting in your FAQ section that the chicken sells out fast on event nights would help people better prepare.

Shocked by the prices. With that being said; I do support local whenever possible but I feel their prices were over the top.$71 for a 3 piece chicken, a chicken sandwich, a cup of beer and a can of soda water. Then an automatic 20% tip added for a person to deliver an order, 25 ft from the kitchen. No followup service, nothing, was just too much. I won't be back.

I have been going to Vernon Family Farm for two years. The farm store and the animals are beyond! Nicole is always inventing reasons and events to visit the farm more! They are so welcoming and available. The food is exceptional! Their chicken is the best you can buy and their new beef offering the same! Know your farmers - be part of this amazing community. The events they do with local talent is one of the best things you’ll do all season. I cannot say enough about Vernon Family Farms! Run there ☺️

My friend, Diane, and I enjoyed a fabulous evening at Vernon Family Farm. The family and all the workers were friendly and inviting, the food was delicious, and listening to music under the stars by a crackling fire was blissful! I loved dancing on the lawn with lots of children dancing and running around. Life is good!!

Vernon Family Farm is one of my favorite places to spend time, shop for locally made products, and enjoy amazing food and music! It's so fun to go here in the summer and listen to local bands and eat delicious food! There's always seasonal goods in the store ready for pickup and the owners are extremely nice and fun people!
