Best Italian I’ve had in NH! The store is so sweet! Every detail is just so charming. Their bread is wonderful. They are so friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Down to the funny sign on the door, “push it, push it real good” 🤣 Highly recommend. Parking is a bit of a challenge if it’s busy, but totally worth it!

5 stars isn't enough. I've been stopping in for breakfast and coffee for a year now and the quality of the food and company is beyond anything else in the area. everyone working there is phenomenal and the range of sandwiches and pastries they offer is incredible. if you ever find yourself in the area - this is your go-to place for lunch or a breakfast sandwich.

I've visited this store off and on for, maybe, two decades. It's probably changed ownership a few times. When I'm in the area, I try to stop by, but, I'm not always successful. The 🥪 sandwiches are good and Squamscott Soda 🥤 is sold here. Prices are reasonable for sandwiches, though other products are at convenience store prices. I had a Roast beef 🍖 and Swiss on ciabatta bread. That hit 🎯 the spot!Friendly and fast service. I like the look of the store, especially outside. Gas ⛽ is not sold here. Parking 🅿️ can be a challenge.I recommend a visit.

Your quintessential country store! Local products, freindliest staff, great sandwiches (the Veggie and Avocado sandwich is amazing), specials, soups, baked goods, and the perfectly squeaky wooden floor you expect to walk on in a country store :) I absolutely love this place!

16.55 for a turkey club. No advertised prices and I can see why. I almost said keep it. That’s right 16.55 and it’s not even a sub roll. Bring your wallet. Facebook menu page says 9.50 but I guess I added a 5-6 dollar piece if Swiss cheese. Zero response from the owner, apparently the pricing was right.

There are many ways to make good food, but NCS doesn’t mind doing it the hard way in order to ensure quality, made from scratch food often featuring seasonal, local ingredients. Sandwiches are always stellar, they offer creative, innovative daily specials and home made bakery items. I ordered sandwich platters for an event and anyone who was local was excited to hear they were from NCS; they have worked hard to build a recognizable brand that I was proud to serve my guests. This place is a real hidden gem. Unassuming on the outside, you may never think to stop in. However that's part of the old school charm, and its truly charming on the inside. This place makes you feel like you stepped back in time but in the best way possible. Everything is made with love and care. Their sandwiches are so good! You can see the homemade sandwich bread coming out of the oven while you're visiting sometimes. I love getting a veggie avocado sandwich with a bag of chips and a pickle. This is the type of place you want to live near and never see go out of business. Also, they have a great selection of interesting products in their cooler that I don't see just anywhere, like local kombuchas, and some really cool tea options. 10/10

We happily used NFCS for our wedding desserts! What a hit! We wanted individual desserts for our wedding spread and NFCS totally delivered, to noone's surprise! Kam is super easy to work with and the flexibiltiy to have them actually plate desserts on my platters was so appreciated. As a former employee and Newfields hometowner, having the country store be a part of my big day was the cherry on top <3

Came here for the mushroom jerky which was good and I also got a sandwich. The sandwich was dry but they had vegetarian options and mushroom jerky so can't complain

Seriously, outstanding!Incredible sandwiches made on fresh bread and the best ingredients possible with a large quantity of local farms ingredients! They always offer a home cooked hot meal and soups (the chili!!!!!). Super positive vibes are flowing in this place, the staff is always friendly and happy to see you. Thanks NFS, you all rock!

What a quaint find. This was a spur of the moment "hey let's go on a road trip". Arriving at a nondescript building we weren't feeling real confident then we walked in to a pleasant surprise. From the 2 wonderful employees to the store filled local goods, delicious sandwiches and about a dozen different homemade desserts this diamond in the rough was worth the 50 min drive. The reuben was filled with enough meat, cheese, sauerkraut w/1000 Island dressing to feed the hunger. Add in a bag of chips (about 7 different local ones) a 7 layer bar and a drink and it was a good meal. Wif e's chicken salad was made with fresh chicken and was moist and filling. Will definitely do back by to eat here again.

This place is great!! Many delicious bakery and dessert options. This is my go to place especially when I need a quick bite to bring to work or on my way! Locally sourced food and veggies. The best sandwiches in newfields and beyond! The owner and staff are all very friendly as well!!

Just went for the first time. Great country store.Had a perfect Corned Beef on marble rye sandwich. Local grape soda, too!Very friendly staff. Clean & organized. Great beer selection too.Highly recommended
