I might be bias because I work here as the groomer, but Totally woof has by far been the cleanest facility I’ve seen that boards dogs. They have a system down to a T and the staff is constantly cleaning. I see how kind and caring the staff is towards all of your babies (who have become ours too😄) We have wonderful staff that works with everyone case by case to get to know your dogs. We also have a great owner and knowledgeable managers. Would TOTALLY recommend 😝😉

The owner and staff at Totally Woof have always been so kind and thoughtful with Doc. Always keeping an eye out for him and making sure that he is well taken care of. I always love seeing their pictures posted to their Facebook page. The added care of personally sending us pictures while Doc was boarded as a way of checking in made us extra sure that we chose the right daycare. To say that we love Totally Woof and everything they do for us and Doc is an understatement. (Attached are pictures from Totally Woof)

Totally Woof has been our go-to for boarding our two dogs. We have been customers for over a year now and have nothing but great thoughts. They follow the feeding schedule as we ask. We always get photos and videos of what the dogs are up to on the days they are boarding. When we are away, I don’t have to worry about the dogs being boarded because I know they are in great hands. When we pick our dogs up, they are happy, tails wagging and smelling clean! We love this place!! Would totally recommend it!

Murphy aka Mad Man Murphy (at Totally Woof) has been loving his daycare and can't wait to go to "school" on my work days; of course he loves coming home just as much! He is very comfortable and happy which is relieving as he is a rescue.The staff really cares for our "kids" and forms bonds with them. Was recommended to me by some coworkers; we have quite a number of animal lovers at work.

Totally Woof is such a gem. The owner and the staff did their best to take care of my dog while I was away for a couple of weeks. They accommodated all my requests quickly and sent photo updates regularly. He came home clean and happy, and seemed like he is already missing all the friends he made there. I would definitely comeback and highly recommend!

I've been bringing my Gold Retriver to Totally Woof since he was 12 weeks old. He is nearly 2 years old now, and I can offer a genuine review. The owner and team have taken care of my boy like he is family. I wouldn't consider bringing him anywhere else for any reason. Totally Woof has gone above and beyond accommodating my work travel schedule, daycare, and other last-minute requests. I've been treated more like a friend than a customer. I'm incredibly grateful for everything they've done. I can't say enough good things. Much love and thank you!

Hands down... Lara is the best person I have met this year. Her love for animals radiates to her staff and they all have amazing personalities. I am blown away with how well they have been with my 6 year old German Shepherd. I was in a desperate spot and Lara and the family at Totally Wolf accepted my buddy and me with open arms and made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of in a stressful time for me. For as long as Lara and her amazing staff are open I will always suggest to friends and family that they reach out. I cannot explain in words how awesome they all are there and how easy they made my life, thank you Lara and thank you to the amazing people that love animals and work with her.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is not to bash the business this is to make owners aware of what they will receive. My dogs have been going here for over a year. Beside the fact that they often smell of urine when I pick them up. Today, I was contacted and told my dog was in a fight at the daycare I asked for the video and it was not provided to me but sent to a staffs phone there was no staff physically in with the dogs like they advertise they are left alone in a pen. The staff member ran in after all was said and done. I NEVER EVER was told about any issues . So therefore this facility has allowed my dog and other clients dog to be in danger regularly clearly to get paid. There is also a staff review on indeed from an employee.The owner then refused to speak with me or call me back and let her employee in a mess. I filed a police report because I was told she was going to provide my information to other dog owner that I do not know and I’m guessing it’s because they would like me to be responsible for this. BEWARE. P.S. my dogs have attended another daycare with no issues that has staff on-site and had a break in the middle of the day to decompress. I tried this place because it was closer to home. They don’t want my dog back….I would never ever bring my dog here and please think twice because I do believe they will try to put any issues on the owner even when they are not present. The owner will then say she is in a “meeting” when you want answers. They also wrote I very ridiculous response. I called animal control and placed a complaint they suggested I file a report with USDA after hearing my side. I did that. Your caller ID showed I called multiple times and to this day 12/26/23 months after incident no call no call back. I have a lifetime of experience with dogs when animals are left alone unattended …..they act like animals….they are dogs not “fur babies” dogs. if I would have been notified the first time I never would have brought my dog bottom line your facility is disgusting anyways!!!! You’ll pick up your dog full of pee! And if I said years you are right less then 1 year and thank god…

I’m a totally new dog owner and have a 3 1/2 year-old mini Berna doodle that I took to be groomed at Totally Woof for his first grooming with me. Jesicca and all the staff at Totally Woof has been amazing and made Archie and I feel like we were in the best of hands. Archie is a very nervous dog, but seemed happy to be at the groomers, and was excited when I picked him up. I wasn’t exactly sure what type of cut to get for Archie since this was the first time I was having him groomed but I brought a few reference pictures and Jesicca did an amazing job. During the grooming she was in contact with me asking questions and keeping me updated about how Archie was doing and if there was specific things I wanted done. I was so pleased with the way he looked. I will 100% be booking again. After our visit, Jessica has followed up and helped me select some products to help Archie’s dry skin and itching. I recommend this facility and Jesicca for your grooming needs ❤️ 🐶 🐾

Untrustworthy company. groomer did a real terrible job , I asked for a partial compensation, owner apologised and insisted to pay me back in full. She even threw a free nail - clipping coupon to show how sorry she was.I kept on waiting and calling and hearing excuses and promises, but she never paid me a penny and it's been going on 2 months. It was all a scam offer since the beginning.

I cannot thank Lara and Ralph and their team more. I have a senior dog and was so scared to leave him ( 5 nights). My guy walked out of there groomed and prancing. Sad to say I think he was disappointed to leave. The love and affection is so real. The whole staff is just super amazing. Did I say how handsome he looks:)

I love this place! I have brought my dog here twice and both times the grooming was absolutely perfect. I don't understand the negative reviews. I just read that someone's dog was "confused and sad" and I can't help but laugh at that. If you want a quality groom for your pet, this is the spot! Take your dog to Pet Smart if they're "SAD and CONFUSED." Ridiculous. We will continue to come back here in the future.

From one groomer to another you did a wonderful job on that blond golden retriever. It was NOT shaved even though some owners may leave nasty reviews thinking they know what they are talking about. This groomer knows what she’s doing and people who are interested in finding a good groomer let me tell you we are far and few between. Don’t let one person sway your focus.Here is some clarity for the uninformedBarbers shave. Example a fade or undercut for women usually requiring a blade close enough to be considered surgical or a clipper blade . On this golden retriever the clippers we covered by a clipper comb leaving the dogs hair at least an inch long. I would not consider this a shave. He’s very lucky considering the dogs impacted coat that the groomer didn’t have to go shorter.We are not Harry Potters we don’t have magic wands. Take care of your dog so we can.

As an over-the-top hover parent I can confidentially entrust woof woof with my baby for daycare and boarding. They were recommended to me by several people and I’ve been bringing her here since she was 4 months old. They have daily photo updates on social media so you can see your pups smiling face. The guys at the front are always very friendly and chatty and they remember your dog and can give you a report on how they did that day. On hot days they have kiddie pools so you don’t need to worry about heat stroke and my dog apparently got so dirty today that they groomed her for me! Highly recommend

Zero stars. Do not take your dog here to get groomed! They needlessly shaved my dog and now she is confused and sad. The groomer said her hair was "too packed" to trim her. At first I was just too shocked to know what to make of it, but the more that I think about it and the more people I talk to, what the groomer did was completely inappropriate. I can't tell if it was just laziness or maliciousness, but either way, this person should not be trusted around your pets. I am horrified that this happened to my poor dog, who is going to be cold now, going into fall. Stay far away from this place. Absolute nightmare.

Our sweet rescue pup LOVES coming to daycare and boarding at Totally Woof. She greats each employee there as if they were myself or my partner!! Full on melt, expecting belly rubs <3 As a first time pup owner, I was nervous about daycare boarding in general, but everyone at Totally Woof has been incredibly compassionate and I know my pup is so loved when she is there. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 10/10 would recommend!!

We have also gotten our dog groomed here twice and I must say that they do an amazing job at grooming and I can honestly say much better than any other groomer we have brought our dog to. Lara and the team at Totally Woof are the best!! They take such good care of our girl, and she loves the staff there (I think she’s more excited to see them than me!). It’s obvious they love the dogs there, and they take good care of us pup parents too. We’ve also used their boarding services and have been very happy, knowing our girl is in good hands when we need to be away. We couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Totally Woof!

Love this place!! Teddy gets SUPER excited whenever we pull in the parking lot of Totally Woof. He always comes home completely exhausted and so happy. Also the staff are incredibly friendly and really care about the dogs. Thanks guys for being awesome and taking such good care of little Teddy!!

If I could do 0 stars I would, this is the worst business I have ever had to deal with. My dog came home covered in urine every single time he went to this day care. All four legs chest neck tail absolutely everywhere. And every time I got multiple different stories from employees. I complained about it on multiple occasions, and he would still come home soaked in urine to the point where I had to fully bathe him every single day he went. One day I paid extra to get him groomed, and he STILL came home covered in urine after being “groomed”. The owner had the audacity to say that from the walk out the front the building to my car was when he got covered in urine like it was my fault. How would that even happen I have no idea, but the second I said I took pictures right when I picked him up and had proof, her mood completely changed. This place is a joke do not waste your money for your dog to be in an unhealthy environment. There are plenty of better daycares in Nashua actually worth the money. My neighbors told me they didn’t like the place when they went either, I should have listened.

The staff and owners have been so wonderful and accommodating to my Great Dane. She loves going to Totally Woof. If I even say the name her ears perk up and her tail starts wagging! We've been fortunate to not only have her board there, attend play time but also to have her nails clipped. I highly recommend Totally Woof to anyone who has dog boarding needs!

Ive been talking mu dog to totally woof for almost a year now and they just keep getting better. My dog feels totally comfortable and happy when I drop her off as well as when I pick her up. I’ve also been getting her groomed there and I don’t know what they do but it’s been over a week and my dog smells amazing and she looks so damn cute!! Thank Uuuuu Totally Woof!

Honestly, if I could give a zero rating for grooming services I would. Our dog was needlessly shaved and returned traumatized from her experience. When I called, I spoke with Charlie who hung up on me. This experience was 100% different from our experience with the previous groomer there. I'll be searching everywhere to find him! I don’t understand any of these reviews…. We went for a tour and the second we walked in we wanted to walk out. You’re hit by such a strong smell of urine. Then you go into the back and it’s so loud you can barely hear anyone talk because all the dogs are barking and there’s no separation of the rooms. This place is filthy and I felt so badly for the dogs that were there I just wanted to get them out of there. I would never in a million years leave my pets there….. I don’t understand how people actually do.
