My puppy gets groomed every two weeks and they are very friendly people and the store is very clean. Love going to see the cat's that are available for adoption. Just can't get one. Cat hair allergies. But like visiting them.

Absolutely five stars here. Mostly for the staff, they're always friendly and helpful. The store is always bright and clean. Pets are allowed and somehow are always well behaved. The store itself can be a little confusing, things get moved from time to time, but the staff is very knowledgeable and quick to help. I absolutely enjoy going here.

We showed up in the evening for a nail trim and grind to find that the salon hours have changed and it was already closed. Autumn and two other teammates made some magic happen to get my boy’s nails done in the same evening, just in time for holiday visits! I was shocked and my heart was warmed to have such kindness and generosity during a very stressful day. I will most certainly return to this PetSmart salon! Next time I’ll just make sure to call first before I drive over 🙂

We have been doing to PetSmart for training our puppy, Maze. We've been seeing Carly is she's awesome. Maze is learning things much faster than we expected and we're very happy. Carly is awesome and we're glad we chose to train her here. The cost is far lower than most trainers as well. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff! I purchased a juvenile crested "eyelash" gecko for my Zoology class and they assisted me in obtaining all of the necessary accoutrements for which 'Erasmus the gecko' to thrive. ☺

I've tried to get my bernedoodle hair cut there twice and both times, I was told by the same groomer I would have to take the dog to the veterinary office to get the haircut. She needs more training or is just to lazy to do her job. I got the dog a haircut at your competition without any problem.

Customer service at this location is terrible. Went in for an even trade on a purchased item. Told they could do an even trade, then the cashier and manager couldnt figure out what they were doing and began making up that we needed to pay the now price. Makes no sense when the purchase just occurred 2 weeks ago.

This petsmart usually has what I'm looking for. My cat needs prescription food and it's one of the few places in the area that has it. I just wish there was more in stock of the Purina UR. I also wish they had more than one one cashier working in the front.

Good groom that upset me because I realized how fat my dog is.At first we thought they did something wrong, but nope. Nope, our girl is just fatter than we thought and they did fine. RIP.PS: if your dog is shaped differently than they used to be, it's probably not just fluff.

This review is for Banfield Grooming. We have been loyal customers of Banfield and Banfield Grooming for 20 plus years and currently have 3 pets on the Banfield Wellness Plans. We scheduled an appointment for 7:00 AM this morning to have one of our dogs get groomed. All of our pets are fully vaccinated, as we just took them out of the country and had to supply paperwork at the border 4 weeks ago. When we went to check our dog in this morning for her appointment, the lady was rude from the start. She came across as if she could not be bothered and that she was busy. When she finally got to address us she immediately looked for a reason to not service us and that reason was that she claims there is no synch of vaccination records between Banfield Wellness and Banfield Grooming. I told her that was unacceptable and that I work in IT and in today’s world you can’t have these types of issues. We have been coming there for years and she would not call Banfield Wellness or do anything to address the issue. Banfield Grooming…you lost a loyal customer for your lack of integrated systems and the fact that you take no consideration and accountability for your poor customer experience.

Bottom line here is to be prepared to spend a lot of money. I liked the layout. It was easy to figure but everything in this store seems to be over priced. Maybe not though if you just want fish? They did have 1 cat for sale. The cage seemed to be undersized. They could do better with a bit bigger cage so the animal presents better and would be a lot more comfortable. Somebody should adopt this cat just to get it out of that tiny cage. Unfortunately due to prices I will not shop here.

We were happy with the wide selection of dog food available here! It's nice to find the type our dog prefers easily. He is so picky and won't eat different brands or even flavors (Purina ProPlan chicken flavor for adult dogs)

Very clean store with large selection and incredibly knowledgeable staff. They will not just tell you what you want to hear, and will help you in the right direction if they don't have the answer for you.

We showed up at 6:10 pm on a Sunday to buy fish. We were asked if we needed help and said yes. the store associate said she would be right back. We waited for 25 minutes and still weren’t helped, and continued to be ignored by all employees. We went to speak to cashiers who informed us that they “don’t sell animals 30min before the store closes because it takes time to put away the animals.”, I explained we had been waiting since before their cutoff but the cashiers shot us a look and went back to the conversation they were having, intentionally ignoring us. I found this to be very rude and lazy considering there was another 25 minutes before the store closed and there were no customers in line. Mind you the employees did walk over to turn off the lights for the fish, keeping their backs to us and averting their gaze. Additionally there were 2 other groups of people also waiting to buy fish. Do not go here, they are very disrespectful and lazy.

Brought my puppy for his first grooming appointment. He was nervous at first but the employee was great with him so he warmed up to her quick. She called when he was done and said he did great. We picked him up and they did a great job and you could tell he was happy. So we booked our next appointment with her. Thank you for a great service.

We had a great experience with the manager Jim; he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped us with a purchase of clippers, and when there was a problem with the clipper blade he replaced everything without any major hassles to get us up and running! Great customer service, Jim is an asset to this franchise!

I am a longtime customer at petsmart where I buy all my pets and food from. I’m at Petsmart in Amherst NH and I was denied purchasing some fish for the first time. The girl who wouldn’t sell me the fish explained it’s “her fish” and I was putting the fish in danger by leaving the fish in the car while I go to the supermarket on the way home. I mentioned I have someone in the car and she demand to see the person before she can sell me the fish like I was lying to her. What is the difference if I leave the fish alone in the car for 15 minutes and leaving the fish in a car with someone for the same amount of time. I am disappointed with this person and petsmart. I will be shopping at Petco now and be sure to tell my displeasure of service with petsmart and their service especially at Amherst NH location. I spent thousand of dollars the past 2 years with this corporation and now I’m being denied a purchased because I’m a putting quote “her fish in danger”

After a third visit in a month I found medical cat treats for the first time on a very dusty shelf. My first thoughts were the company doesn't order sale merchandise. That was changed when I found two still on sale.
