Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, Ryan helped me get set up with the Groomers salon. The groomers were so polite and gave me such helpful advice for my baby German Shepherd! We will be returning for all our doggy needs!

Arrived 10 mins early to my apt , in the past they take my dog and have him wait outback till it's he's turn or the groomer is available Wich contradicts why I had made an apt online . The girl at the front was very condescending and told us we had to wait untill the groomer was ready .

The employees are friendly and helpful, beyond the "bare minimum social interactions" .... BUT I'd expect nothing less from people who are animal lovers since WE are the top of the food chain

The store and employee overall - 5 ⭐️THE GROOMERS- There is only ONE girl who worked there that took care of my golden retriever really well. Every time I went to her I had 0 issues. Been going there since my fur baby was a pup. She is now 1.5 years old. For some reason one of the lousy girls with a stank face when I came in to drop off my dog for grooming was already complaining about her break and when I drop my dog off she decided to shove my dog in a back room in a kennel so she can take her break. 1 HOUR later I got a call nothing was done to my dog and I had to pick her up because when the stank face girl decided to FINALLY get my dog ready for grooming apparently my dog was “aggressive”. So ONE HOUR and NOTHING was done and my dog was labeled aggressive. I picked my dog up and now trying to schedule a new appointment and they keep canceling my Appointments because apparently the stank face chick wrote a note on my dogs profile that she is aggressive. My dog is nowhere near aggressive this girl just sucked at her job and decided to have a lazy day on the day of my pets groomer appointment and now she has ruined my future appointments. Now I have to find a new groomers. How INCONVENIENT for me. Thanks. My dog is a golden these are known as family dogs and she is around children of the ages 1years old to 12 years old and not one time has she showed aggression she also is at baseball games for kids 3 seasons out of 4 because my 5 year old son does baseball. Never once showed aggression. Those kids were once strangers to her and so were their parents but yet has no issue. I moved into a new apartment also no issues with new neighbors. It seems they need to fire stank face girl. I will update this with her name once I find it.

I’ve been taking my dog to this groomer for quite some time because I didn’t wanna drive to Chelmsford as much because of the traffic when bringing my dog there there was this one girl named Courtney that I absolutely loved. She took care of my dog well knowing that my dog has extreme anxiety, and she likes to bite the hairdryer but that was never an issue till now, but never aggressive towards people. She’s not much of a dog that bites at all. She just likes to bite at the hairdryer. after Courtney left I tried to book with someone who had experience, but they keep switching my dog out with different groomers because they don’t want to do my dog becuase of her anxiety. today she had an appointment at 1:30 I brought her in. I made sure that she was with the person I requested not the manager Jenn she’s horrible and she butchered my dog because she doesn’t know how to do haircuts don’t even know why she’s a manager there in the first place But anyways then I called him just to you know see what was going on see how she was doing with the new groomer, and they told me that they let her dry air dry, probably shaking and coldness in the kennel because she was biting at the hairdryer and told me that she was being aggressive so they put her in the back to air dry Now I’m thinking my dog is sitting in a kennel and cold and freezing because they didn’t dry her because she bites out the hairdryer becuase my dog does like it in her face. This place is horrible. They never do what they’re supposed to be. They always butcher my dogs hair. I’ve only been going here for at least two years and the past few times they’ve sucked I only liked when Courtney was there she left not to long ago but I gave them a chance and they blew it for themselves. My dog is also a yorkie but does have much teeth so she would do any damage. They can’t even handle a little tiny Yorky that’s just scared.

The worst experience I've ever had with my dog, people at grooming are rude, they definitely don't like pets!If you want your dog very clean, never take it to petsmart or do it at home on your own,for sure, anything that you do it at home, it will be better than! Pay for full service and only receive a half

They always are so great to my pup when we come in!The grooming salon is always spot on too. The last time we were there, my pup got the best cut she has ever had!! So soft, clean, and happy!I highly recommend this location for their attentiveness to my pup and myself.

I am so disappointed with the grooming department. We took our dog to get a haircut today and they did such a horrible job. They cut our dogs hair super low but did not finish his face or the top of his head and ears.They reported that my dog was giving them a hard time which is hard to believe because this is the second timeHe has been brought here and never had an issue. Groomer said our dog was trying to bite him but hard to believe because our dog has never bit anyone. The haircut is horrible and our dog looks so funny.Ever since we got home our dog has been down and crying. Not sure what happened at the groomings but we will never take him there again.This is how they left him looking like.

Courtney groomed my long haired cat today and did absolutely amazing. She was super nice, very gentle handling my kitty, did an amazing cut job, and was very thorough with the cleaning process. Definitely coming back, easy 5 stars.

NO STARS can explain how awful this place is!!! Demi K has NO respect for the owners or their pets and the time it takes to get there. I made an appointment over a week ago and they said they can't take her because we asked if they could do something additional on her when we arrived and they immediately didn't accept her because of it. Maybe hire workers who actually can work on dogs and not just send them home because they are far from capable of doing it themselves.Never bring your pets here unless you don't want them taken care. Worst place ever don't bring your pets here.

I booked an appointment for a bath, cut and nail trim. On the morning of her appointment they called and canceled her appointment saying her groomer called out so I rescheduled and they canceled her appointment again saying the groomer had a family emergency. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I normally use the north Nashua store with no problems.

Ryan helped us find everything we needed for our new adopted dog! He recommended a coupon book and directed us to everything we wanted. He checked us out personally to make sure we got all our discounts. He was so friendly and happy, he made it FUN--what a wonderful employee! Thank you Ryan!

The level of service has gone down each time I go to this place. Typically I go to the one in Amherst which has better service. I bought a fish which I question the gentleman who sold me the fish that the fish looks ill. Yet I wanted this specific fish because that's the only one left. i bought the fish and unfortunately it died 3 days later and when i went to return it, i was told i cant and the blonde girl who works there laughed because i put the fish in a betta fish container Petsmarts. I was told i can get a refund because I didn't have a receipt however, i had no issues before having them pull up the receipt and this time the old lady who works there didnt know how to pull receipts and then says when the pull up the receipt dates i purchased the fish, nothing comes up. Then they question if i bought the fish elsewhere. Dummies! I think i know where i bought the fish. Amherst petsmart never has issues when i need them to pull up receipts or if i need them to do returns. Train your staff better!!!!

Great selection although pricy if you ask me. I usually buy my pet supplies online at Chewy, prices were almost twice as high at Pet Smart for fog treats. Maybe quality is better but not that much better.

I always get my bunny food over here, is kinda difficult to buy him food, obviously because isn’t a normal pet like a cat or a dog but I found food, bedding and some healthy treats

I used to have my 13 pound Morkie groomed at the PetSmart in south Nashua NH. The last I took him there, they called me and refused to groom him because they said he tried to bite the groomer. Okay but he has never bitten anyone before.Today, I took my 11 pound Schnoodle there. They told me that they wouldn't groom her because she had some matted hair on her stomach. " Corporate rules " they said. This is the LAST TIME I will E V E R do any business with PetSmart and their Corporate rules.

Very helpful employees and spotlessly clean. On the day I visited, however, supplies of regular brand catfood were not very abundant. Probably a supply chain issue, so this store is definitely worth a visit. One other point: since I couldn't find enough of the usual brands, I investigated some that I'd never brought home before. My cats loved them.

Bethany & Jessica ~ incredible groomers✂️My 2 dogs had an appointment for a bath and full hair cut. From the moment we walked in, we were treated as if we were the only clients. Bethany and Jessica were professional, courteous and very welcoming. Both ladies took extra care in insuring that the length and style of both my dogs haircut were as I requested.My dogs look incredible❣

We set up an appointment for grooming and nails and when we arrived, our groomer Christina was very rude and unprofessional. She was already shaking upon waking to the front, didn't acknowledge our dog and there was irritation in her voice when she spoke to us as if we disrupted her. When she finally came around the gate to see our pup, she jumped back and said he was aggressive. She did not try once to let him sniff her or give the chance to interact with her. She then called the manager after rolling her eyes at us and we were told they couldn't help us. I am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the inability to even try. If you are as scared of dogs as Christina was, you shouldn't be working as a dog groomer. I would not recommend going there, at least not to have services done with Christina.
