I love love love this place!!! My maltese LeBron loves Carol our special and perfect groomer!! She's so great with him and patient cuz he's just crazy 🤪 but he loves her!! He always looks and smells AMAZING and comes out with a bow tie or bandana looking just too cute. The deals if you sign up with app are AWESOME and the prices are really good!! I really can't complain at all, it's the best place to me to take your fur babies!!

There are 2 pet supplies of Nashua. One is all pet supplies- and it has great stuff and great prices. The other is further down the road. They sell exotic birds and supplies And know EVERYTHING about birds you could ever want to know

I think it's an excellent pet supply store to me it beats PetSmart the people seem to be more educated there and more willing to help you and be honest with you it will not speak of PetSmart service is not good at it I go here now I recommend others to go here too

I went to the store to use the self service pet wash facility. It was a bery clean area, plenty of supplied shampoo and towels. All for only $14, cheaper than a groomer, and easier than the tub, especially since my apartment doesn't have one. I've found places a little cheaper, but nowhere near as nice.

I brought my dog here for a bath, brush and trim. Nancy was amazing, very attentive to what I was hoping to get out of the visit, and very obviously loves dogs. This has not been my normal grooming location but it was worth the drive. I highly recommend Nancy and this location.

The pet wash station at Pet Supplies Plus is awesome. The wash station is a great alternative in place of washing your dog in your own bathroom and having hair and water everywhere. It's set up very easy, very convenient, and a great price! I reccomend the Dirty Dog Discount Card which I believe is only $25 for 5 washes. Great store for pets!

I'm usually only looking for fish when I stop by, they've got those at decent prices. It isn't my go to for aquaria, but what they offer is compatible to the other major chains. I think their loyalty program is worth signing up for if you're going to make it a regular place.

Went in to try the self-serve dog shower, and were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, and how reasonably priced. We were also surprised at the well stocked selection of food and dog treats seeming so much larger, & better presented than other local pet supply chain stores. The manager, Val, was so nice, and made shopping there a great experience. We will be back to this location for sure.

Never bringing my dog to this place ever again. I’ve never seen such a cra* of a work. He got back home with the hair all uneven. They didn’t even put some effort to do an average work and blame it on the dog because he moves too much. It’s like wanting to work with kids but don’t want them to be noisy. Terrible job. I've always had a great experience here. The employees are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist you. The variety of products they have are wonderful and their prices are reasonable, but a huge bonus is they do have sales frequently and they have a rewards program. I hope they know how wonderful their team is.

Great Service from cashier! Helped me to open a card and applied discounts right way. She was friendly and pleasant. It was my first time there. I used their facility to bathe my dog, and a staff came before to make sure everything was clean after previous user. The bath facility is large, clean, nice shower and drier, lots of clean towels!! I am receiving e-mails from them with coupons and items on sale. Loved it! I be back soon!

I’ve been taking my dog (Australian Shepherd) here recently for grooming which is well behaved, just doesn’t like the dryers. Usually the groomer who does it makes her smell amazing but doesn’t do certain stuff that is under the package that I picked. So like her teeth wouldn’t be brushed (which they didn’t do this time), they’d trim her Batman wings on one side and forget the other, not giving her a deshedding groom… the list goes on. Unfortunately I went with another groomer this time and wish I didn’t. She smelled like the lady stepped out to have a cigarette and brought my dog with her. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back. I mean 100$ for a groom should be well enough for a dog groom but find that nothing is ever done in what the package lists. No one is going to pay for something they’re not getting the services on.

I buy the Redfords naturals food because of the quality. The cat food is still a decent price for the quality, but I am disappointed that their dog food was more expensive than another very good quality dog food. So I bought the different brand and switched my dogs over.

The store itself is okay. I visit here because their prices on wet food is great and they often have deals. However, the staff are kind of rude. I've never once been even acknowledged when I was in the store. It seems like they almost go out of their way to ignore you. They are genuinely disinterested in helping anyone. I'll continue to visit only because of the prices but don't expect any sort of customer service.

I brought my puppy diesel to be groomed there and Carol is the one that dealt with my puppy and she is one amazing groomer. She's patient and loving and my puppy did not want to leave he kept trying to jump back in the door to get back to her. That shows me that she loves pets and she's compassionate and that's who I want working on my animals. We love you Carol thank you for the great experience.

I have shopped at this store for 5+ years. Today I went to purchase dog food for my 4 month old chichi carried in my hand and was told to leave if I didn’t have him on a leash. He is too small for a leash.I will not be returning.Staff is rude and unrealistic.

I’m a frequent flyer at this pet store, at least three times a week. I keep on coming back because team leader Val and the other manager always know how to get to YES, in order to earn your loyalty!Tonight I dropped off my Yorkie to be groomed by my favorite groomer Melisa, I was not greeted by the three females that were enthralled with their phones, and the male employees were busy stocking up the shelves!I was perusing on the wellness aisle and to my surprise I found a product that you sell for $18.98, and PetSmart sells it for $13.99. I took the bottle and asked the redhead cashier if your shop price match items sold cheaper at a local competitor. She said yes but that she needed to see the website. So I showed her a picture of the item, and she said that she needed to see it live… so I Googled it and waited to load and I had to use the bathroom urgently due to a medication!(TMI). So when I approached the register again I asked if she looked at the product, fair enough she responded that she doesn’t touch customers phones!!! So I showed her the item with the sale price, and she said that they don’t match other store’s sale prices! To which I replied but Val the manager always does, then she said “ but she told me that we don’t do that here” so I asked so where is she? “She went home”! So I told her that I would be calling her tomorrow and the cashier said to “sure do that”!As I was approaching the other side of the counter, this long hair tall clerk gave the cashier the look and I could read her body language! And I said “ yea you’re right I’m a bitch” and I will be speaking to your manager tomorrow.She blatantly said “go ahead”!I ran up the street to PetSmart and sure enough they gave me website price plus 20% for my trouble at the competitor’s store!!!!So I went back to your store to pickup my pet who looked fabulous, thanks to Melisa! I showed my purchase receipt and product to your long hair cashier and nonchalantly she said “good “. And I nonchalantly told that I was going to give her a bad review and I got a “go ahead”!!!We need to educate our people, yes we the customers are not always right … but we want their money to be spent in your business not the competition! I am a former big box retail manager… I know all about the bottom line!
