I have been taking my Multipoo Bella to Diamond In The Ruff now for a year and In that time each experience has been just as good as the last in terms of how well Kerry Ann grooms my Dog. I could not think of a better dog groomer who perfectly takes good care of my Dog each time I take her there.This place is a very friendly place with knowledgeable staff and an owner that listens to the customers needs when it comes to what type of cut or style I ask for my Dog. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great groomer in the Nashua area--

I brought my dog in for a nail trim this week. I met the owner and she was very nice, she also filed her nails and did a great job! My dog has anxiety and was very relaxed. I will not hesitate to go back again. It’s convenient and the price was reasonable. Thank you! 😊

There’s no where else! Diamond in the Ruff proves time and time again they are ‘top dog’ in consistency, customer service, and service to your furry friend! Have an anxious dog? Not a problem here! This team excels in handling of the shy, the nervous, and the anxious. From the moment we walk in, our bestest girl acts like she’s going to visit friends and comes home with the look and sass of a great day at the spa! Came in today and they helped my husband, who's in a wheelchair, get in the door and hold it for us. They were quick and efficient with our cat willow who got a trim and some mats out, they did amazing job. It was our first time coming here and will definitely be coming back!! Thank you guys 😊 you all were lovely.

Jenn and Katherine have been excellent with my dog! I trust them completely with his care. They listen to my concerns as I have an older dog. They always fit me in at the last minute if needed and greet us with a smile. They know us by name not just a number. Staff is very personable, warm and welcoming.

After having a bad experience with our first cut after we adopt miss Bailey Nicosia lil over two months ago we came here today I was really sick last month wasn’t able to brush her my son dumped juice and she rolled in it she ended up getting matted her groom took longer then it normally would because they took the time to make her look and feel great we are obsessed with her look and appreciate the love they gave her. I love that the owner took an interest. Thank you so much

Very rarely do I give reviews unless it is fabulous and in this case it was . I brought my dog Jake there a few weeks ago Kerri Anne was the groomer she did a great job and she groomed him in 1hr that is very rare . Usually groomers keep dogs in cages all day which can be traumatic for some dogs and I am not a fan of that so this made the experience exceptional

Willow was very happy with her mini-cut today from Diamond In the Ruff! I liked the communication, everything was explained on the phone and when we dropped her off. She came out happy, licking her groomer’s face, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Her beautiful paws are all cleaned up, ears sparkling, coat is fragrant and so soft! Recommend for puppies, our 11 week old will be going back in 4 weeks. Very reasonably priced for the finished product.

Finding Jen in the tub with a big or scared dog is a regular occurrence. I found her bleeding from my dog because he was old and grumpy and tries to eat her rather than finish his bath. She welcomed him back. She and her team are amazing and she hasbeen our groomer for 3 yrs and will always be.

Awesome place! Would recommend to anyone for any dog or cat that's need grooming. Kassie did an amazing job on my dog would recommend her if you need any assistance. Love this place. Going again. They take my dog every other don't want take my dog but this place.

Our Cavapoo, Theo, was rejected from another groomer because he was very nervous and took too long to groom. Jen at Diamond in the Ruff took him without hesitation, to my relief. She and Kathryn take their time with him and give him breaks. After a couple visits with them they said he became much more comfortable and relaxed. They have a gift for working with super anxious dogs and you can tell that they truly love animals. Theo always comes home happy and looking great!

Jen is absolutely amazing with my two corgis. She came out and greeted them both and put made them welcome. They looked like show dogs after they were groomed with their shiny, fluffy coats. I highly recommend Diamond in the Ruff to anybody. You won't find a better groomer in the area.

We have been taking Psycho ninja kitty to Jenn once a year since she opened. We never had a problem. Kitty is old and a grump and they still do a pretty good job. Highly recommended for cat grooming.

Jen, the owner, is full of energy and so nice... She is always good to the dogs, cats, guinea pigs, whatever animal she is caring for. Jess is also super nice and so good with the animals, and a master with the shears. Jasmine, is the bather. She is so caring and thorough when when giving the animals a bath. I would recommend them 100%.. go see them.

Jen is the best around. Her attention to detail and care for the dogs are second to none. I've been going to her for over 8 years. Only place I'd trust with my Siberian Husky. I definitely highly recommend Diamond in the Ruff to anybody. You won't find a better groomer.

I brought my cat in after seeing so many positive reviews, but unfortunately my cat’s experience was anything but. It took 2 hours for him to get groomed when every other place I’ve taken him to it takes less than half an hour. I can’t fathom what took that long because he hardly looks any different than when I dropped him off.I asked for an all over trim that he did not get and for his stomach to be shaved, which it wasn’t. They did do a good job getting out his mats, but left the shaved spots without trimming to have them blend in. He was covered in loose fur like they didn’t clean him once they were done brushing him.

Found Jen and her business on Google after my groomer closed and am so glad I did! My dog Onyx looks amazing and is so clean, shiny and de-shedded! He looks like a million bucks :) Will definitely be our new go to. Her prices are very reasonable as well!!

I’ve taken my dog here a few times but this last one was an absolute nightmare.For starters, while his haircut looked good on the surface, they left MATTS in him! What kind of groomer returns a dog with matts?!?!?!He also had an awful skin reaction to a product they used and got a nasty skin infection that resulted in 3 weeks of antibiotics and an unexpected $300 vet bill. I have previously told them he has sensitive skin, so there’s no excuse. You’d think as a customer that tips they’d remember your dog’s relevant health issues.Finally, when they called to let me know he was done they also said they would be closing early, in an hour from then. It was the middle of my work day (standard mon-fri schedule)!! They never mentioned this when I dropped him off in the morning! And when I brought him home he drank so much water it made me wonder if he’d been given any there.For my dog’s health I cannot in good conscious bring him back here again, and I really suggest you don’t either.
