We traveled almost 2 hours to visit and was completely worth the drive. We have some stores with limited bird supplies in the area, but this store is absolutely amazing with the variety of options in foods and toys. We had come to add to our flock at home, and went home with a very sweet female budgie and some new foods for our flock to try. Will definitely make the drive again.

My daughter wanted a pet of her own so after doing a lot of research we decided to get a cockatiel. We went in to purchase one and Amelia was an amazing help. She asked a ton of questions about what we were looking for in a bird and helped us pick out the perfect one. Since then we purchased another crimson bellied conure. The staff has always been incredibly helpful and they clearly care about the birds in their store. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Love it here! They take such great care of their birds. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They have a great selection of cute and unique selection of bird toys, nice large bird cages (some with small bar spacing for smaller birds) and a very large selection of all healthy bird food. I just brought home an English Budgie (handfed baby) and I'm in love with him! He's the sweetest boy!

I was impressed with their level of care towards the birds in their care. The manager is very on top of things and can provide a lot of care when boarding your bird there. I gave them too short of a timeline to take my cockatiel, but I would 100% go to them in the future. Informative & helpful!

Team was amazing and we picked up our baby Ringneck. The only reason this is a 4 star is because we were told we get 10% off when you purchase a bird and the owner decided to step in and say that particular breed doesn’t get the discount and acted like 5% off 2 items was a favor to us. You would think spending $2200 would mean something. He was also kind of rude and arrogant towards his staff. His staff were amazing but he should stay home and let them be amazing. I’m still angry about the 10%

So helpful and patient. We adopted our first large bird from there and it was the greatest experience ever. The staff is so friendly and knowledgable they answered all our questions, some before we even asked, and gave us plenty of time and space to bond with our baby. Many many thanks!!

Bird Supply is a fantastic pet bird store. They have anything one could possibly need for their feathered friends (inside or out). They are also very knowledgeable about anything to do with pet birds. The store itself is clean and well organized. You can find any kind of bird seed (and any other bird foods) you need. From small to 50lb bags. The whole staff is friendly and helpful too. They're so good that we readily make a 4+ hour round trip to them.

I boarded my parrot Vasco for 16 days. She loves staying thete. They take such good care of her. I have been going there for many years. When I go away & she is in their care, I'm not at all worried about her. When I went to pick her up, I met Amelia. She is so driven to please the customer. She really is into her work. I saw her help 2 customers at the same time. Thank you!

Purchased my canary in October, dead by June. (Seeing as how they have a lifespan of10-15 years it broke my heart). After bringing it home, I noticed a scabby looking spot between his eye and beak. After a while he stopped singing and when in flight he would land on his side and could no longer stay on his perches.He was a very smart bird and when I would say “it’s mighty night time” he would fly up to his nest to sleep and when I would put his food in cage I would say “it’s yummy yummy time” he would fly to his platform where I would always put it. Asked lady manager what was wrong and she wanted me to bring him in but I had no carrier then. Looked constantly on web to find a cure, took him to Vet and was put on an antibiotic for seven days, was told the test they did showed nothing. Meds did nothing. One blessing-he died in his sleep last Saturday.The scab was caused by mites.

Bird Supply of NH deserves the highest ratings and praise. We have used their services for our birds to include nail and beak trimming as well as boarding for our birds for trips out of town. We have also purchased supplies as their prices are often much lower than online retailers. The staff is top notch...not just one of them; ALL of them. They are knowledgeable, friendly, demonstrably caring, always helpful over the telephone and in person. They also go the extra mile to answer any questions we have. I very rarely post reviews for local businesses, but this one is worthy of an exception. Recommended to all.

More expensive than WoofMeow, but better toy options for larger pet birds. I didn't see anything my lovebird would enjoy. I bought a bag of millet, but was stale and crumbled off the sprig. There was a lonely African Grey all by itself in the back area. Broke my heart to see ithis bird, but I guess it was a biter. Sitting alone does not help. Bird shop owners should know better. I won't be back.

One of my favorite places to grab pet bird supplies from, extensive selection of toys and treats and a lovely bird room with a great variety of birds! The staff is lovely too.I recently placed a deposit on a beautiful baby cockatiel. It's just so great to get our new bird baby from a place where they let bird parents drop by to visit babies until they are ready to go home. The staff is so good to us and very patient.This is a great place for getting a cage too!

I was having a bad day. I went to this beautiful place and spent an hour with fantastic people and some amazing birds. The colors were worth the drive. My quaker is so happy with his tin bucket of ducks. Highly recommend.

I love every minute of being in this store! The staff is amazing and really know their information about all the birds they have. I got my rainbow lorikeet from them and as a first time bird owner I felt very prepared to take on the responsibility of owning him after talking with them. Not question is to small! They are always so gentle when they clip wings or nails. They are always so nice when you come in and will help you with whatever you need. 10/10!!

I brought my sun Conure in (his wings are clipped and he's very tame) to visit with other birds to try and find him a companion bird from the bird room but was stopped at the door and asked if I had a carrier. I don't have one for him because his wings are clipped and he's tame. I was then told without a carrier I wouldn't be aloud to enter the bird room which was frustrating but ok. Then before I could even get down a single aisle just to check the place out a little bit the employee told me I needed to stay away from the loose but perched blue and gold macaw near the checkout register. The instant I walked in I was made to feel uncomfortable. Terrible experience, I'd recommend Petco for birds and bird supplies seriously.

The employees here are super super friendly, and you can instantly feel comfortable once starting to talk to them. All of the birds are so sweet and loving, I have never met a bird there that has had behavioral issues! Ive been going here for around four years! Boarded my birds there for 5 nights and was impressed with the level of attention they received. I called everyday to check on them and got a full report each time. I also bought one of my birds from them and she is a love. They seem to do really well for their birds. 10/10

Very dishonest Call about a parrot that was available could not get info on over the phone or come over, said to call back I did, the manager that was at the shop kept telling me to call the next day to speak with the other manager. Call back next morning the way they told me to the manager could not speak with me and the parrot found her forever home. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I own a business and lying and miss information will not get you anywhere. The first manager that I spoken to seem she wanted to keep the parrot for herself. Then why even bring to a store and give people hope!

I've visited the store twice, and I'm already in love! Our first visit was spur of the moment when we were in the area, and I'm so glad we stopped in! The staff were warm and welcoming off the bat, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions. The birds for sale were all very happy, with clean cages. On our second visit we brought our Amazon and cockatoo to have their nails and wings clipped. Their staff was excellent, and treated my birds with the same love I do. The best part, the wings and nails are included with a purchase for each bird in the store, What a score! We will definitely be shopping here for all of our bird needs.

We adopted a beautiful 3 year old sun conure. He had his first vet appointment and was very healthy. We definitely recommend this store. We were able to meet our little guy a couple times before knowing he was the one. They were very accommodating, and continued to answer questions even after we got home with our little guy. Bird Supply has the best seed and treats are the best in an area! Love their hand fed baby birds. Very knowledgeable staff especially Lacey and Brenda. They have also added dog and cat food and treats. So glad they are hear for our feathered friends. The also trim nails, wings and beaks which is great because one of my birds would bite my hand off!
