LIARS. It's 10:00 pm. I asked a simple question: when is your donut delivery. Their response was 6pm "and they're fresh". I didn't believe them but I communicated that I'd write a review if they were dishonest. Their donut was stale and disgusting. I will never give them one more dollar ever again. Had they been honest I would have purchased something else and would have been satisfied. Two finger salute.

I was there for small coffee, and Derek at the cash was very courteous and prompt. Never had an issue when he is there.

The 7-Eleven is one of my favorites. It is right down the street from my house and they have an ATM that doesn't charge me any fees and they usually have everything I am looking for. And the employees for the most part seem to be friendly.

Overheard the manager offering his "French sausage" to a child of about 6 there with his young mother. Classy joint. Clearly have their act together.

Came in here just after midnight to pick up a door dash order for a customer. The older guy working here has the WORST attitude of anyone I've ever met. When I walked in and explained I was picking up a door dash order he huffed and scoffed at me and explained he hasn't had the time to even start getting the order together yet I would need to wait. I said this was fine. As I waited for him to help other customers he rudely yells out to me in front of a customer "you're gonna be here awhile because the owner says I need to take care of the real customers first." Proceeds to roll his eyes at me while saying it. Then when he finally had the time to gather items for me, he starts complaining that I'm wasting his time, even though I'm delivering this for someone else, I'm not the one who was buying this stuff. And the items that weren't in stock he begins getting mad with me about why the order was allowed. I have never experienced such rudeness before in my life. I will NEVER come here again. I was extremely uncomfortable from the moment I walked in due to his upsetting behavior towards me. You need to hire new people who actually can handle talking to people and not run them out of the store. I had to leave and cancel the order because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome he made me.

This place has been historically terrible. They have a new employee, I wish I knew her name. She is so sweet, makes you feel welcome, and she actually keeps the coffee station clean and well stocked. I hope the owners see the value in someone like that.

Decent selection of products. I don't think the onsite prepared foods are /great/ at this 7-Eleven location but they are okay if in a hurry. For the most part, the staff is pretty friendly. The parking lot is a good size and is shared with other store fronts. This store is fairly close to a highway and lots of residential neighborhoods so this place can get really busy sometimes!

I have never really visited these particular stores before until recently I’ve visited this particular store and I have gone in there several times in the last several weeks the staff seem OK but they have a lot of false advertisement I was told by an advertisement on the shelf it said save one dollar on two packages of Marlboro cigarettes any style and it was for rewards members and I happened to be a rewards member and I put in my rewards ID and the reward never came I have never really visited these particular stores before until recently I’ve visited this particular store and I have gone in there several times in the last several weeks the staff seem OK but they have a lot of false advertisement I was told by an advertisement on the shelf it said save one dollar on two packages of Marlboro cigarettes any style end it was for rewards members and I happened to be a rewards member and I put in my rewards ID and the reward never came up and On the packs them selves it said save $.50 per pack and I never got that promotion either so I lost out in a total of two dollars and promotions. We called the corporate number and they give us the runaround including giving us a certain gender discrimination demeanor where I was and gave them my full name and which is Stacie Marie Laughton and the gentleman proceeded to call me sir though my name is a females name he automatically assumed based on the sound of my voice that I was a mail and I am not. He proceeded to continue to call me sir the way I continue to try to correct him trying to explain to him that I’m well known people know me and they know that I’m transgender and they know that I’m a female and based on me giving him my name he still proceeded to call me Sir and was extremely discriminatory. I will be filing a dispute with my bank regarding the money however I find this company on a corporate level to be extremely unfriendly to the LGBT community and I recommend that people stay away from this store along with all 7 eleven locations. Also if you want promotions that are stated on the shelves go to places that will actually give you the promotions that will actually save you money and not actually get false advertisement.

So, honestly who reviews a 7-11 but I am LIVID... I really thought the first time months ago that I pulled on the locked door was a mildly inconvenient anomaly, until tonight when I was “greeted” by the cashier literally shooing me away with hand gestures and upon opening the door and walking in having her shouting that the customer she was helping was her last customer and that the store was closed for getting a delivery.Very confused by this notion mostly since 7-11 literary NEVER closes... but more so that every other employee that works at this store at night can seem to take their deliveries AND remain open for business. I’ve lived nearby for 25 years and have frequented this store 1,000’s of times... never a problem of any kind... still I can’t help but feel like America’s Convienence Store has become significantly less convenient at this location...

I bought chips that were nasty and very stale. The cashier couldn't give me a refund because he wasn't a manager. Really? I have to go back on monday for 1.49? Whoever runs this place has no clue. Incapable manager, please contact me if you believe you are doing a good job and I will surely prove you wrong. I will teach you how to do your job.

So I was outside in my car completing an important transaction for my business on my phone looking down at my screen. The clerks called the police and lied saying they saw me "snorting" something and was then passed out!!!Are you kidding me right now they completely lied and overreacted to a paying customer who has tens of thousands of 7eleven points from twice daily visits. I literally was parked in front of the store facing the window on my phone. I am outraged that this happened to me and Ill be contacting 7 eleven headquarters on monday!!!I am not a drug user and I have been going to 7 eleven for ages! Unbelievable that this was done to me and obviously the police agreed with me that the clerks overreacted and that I was all set but that I should get my coffee for my drive home elsewhere. Words cannot begin to describe my anger and betrayal I feel right now!!!

Absolutely the worst 711 ive been to. The male cashier is so rude and the manager is no better. Cashiers register wasnt working, so he yelled at me that my card wasn't taking and refused to ring me up the other register.
