I went into my local store and asked about a wood stove fan. A friendly staff member, who knows my name, told me I could order on line. I then went to my wood stove store, and they too did not have one, but told me the brand they prefer. When I went to Aubuchon web site, they carried the same brand stove people recommended. I placed order, and it arrived almost a week early. I picked it up today, and its really working well! BTW, I have had a woodstove since 1998- took me this long to learn about these fans and get one- duh!

Bought a Webber Grill at Aubuchon Hardwear in Moultonboro NH. The grill was assembled.A nice young man wheeled it out to the parking lot and help lift it into my truck.And off i went!!!

Ordered a small kiddie size pool online for my puppies during this hot weather. 10 minutes later my order was ready. Two minutes inside. And I was on my way home. Dogs are much cooler and grateful as am I.

Over the summer, I did not have to enter the store, but really enjoyed the deliveries to the car. Also, while buying plants and soil/compost outside, the staff were extremely helpful. The safe-distance setup was great. All staff wore masks and gloves which made me feel more comfortable shopping there.

Needed replacement bolts on a Thursday night. Most hardware stores do not stay open late, so felt luck to find this place open. Even luckier when we walked in. This place has EVERYTHING! Very neat and organized, but a bit overwhelming, so ask for help. Folks there were extremely happy to assist, to the point of being proud of their great store and selection of EVERYTHING. Wish this was located in Jersey.

Well, today was the second time this week I’ve had to help someone load their vehicle, today an 80 year old man needed 6 bags of compost, he waited in the rain for help that never happened, I went over and loaded up his order in the pouring rain, I went in and said something to Robert the manager, and he just laughed at me and said I need to be there more often, he had walked to the door and just turned around. It’s too bad they advertised great service, hell they only have a few good workers, maybe the manager should take lessons on service and politeness

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The paint department does a great job matching colors and helping you find the right paint to the job. You can count on this store to have seasonally specific items (garden in the spring, pellets in the winter). And the two store cats are worth the trip for the kids!

Great store. Huge garden center. Plants are great quality. Large section of feed for all sizes of animals. This store has just about everything. The best part is the two cats that live there. It makes it such a fun experience. Workers are knowledgeable and great too.

My husband and I were in last week to buy a shovel and push broom. Simple transaction, but it turned out to be a pleasant one, as well!!
