Pharmacy issues.Whether it be meds not in stock, or a pharmacist not on duty- making it unable to pick up ANY prescriptions.Do we have to call and sit through the painfully long automated system to beg to speak to an associate, just to make sure the pharmacy is open before every pick up?

Our family has used this particular pharmacy and location for approx 15 years so it pains me to complain publically . We had never ever had anything but top notch service until sometime mid 2022. It’s not about supply issues and things that are completely out of their control , that is everywhere. It’s been with a few really unprofessional and uncompassionate staff. Struggled with the hardest / most painful 2 years health wise of my life and going to this pharmacy has been torture .Visiting there provokes so much anxiety that I’ve resorted to having to have my husband go at times . Truly Some of the most awful treatment I’ve ever received. There are a few staff that are lovely and I’m so grateful when I end up working with them but one of the higher up pharmacy staff( he hasn’t been there for a long time ) is just down right awful . Rolling eyes , laughing at customers and lying to them is unethical . When the tech working with you has to mouth ‘ I’m so sorry’ to you through the pick up window after hearing said staff members unkindness , that’s a massive issue . From what I gather there have been countless complaints of the same nature, same lead staff. They have his name and are aware yet he continues on. Walgreens do better ! We have not switched pharmacies bc we were told the complaints are being looked into . I’ve not wanted to post out of concern of worse treatment but Walgreens assured me that my honest review would not result in any backlash . If you are a tech or staff of this pharmacy , do better than what is being modeled to you . People matter and your job is important . You have no idea what the next person in line is dealing with in regards to life , loss and health . Surely you have loved ones you would want treated well … just do better . If your job makes you judgemental , cold and unkind , it’s not the job for you . Step up Walgreens … it should t take multiple serious complaints to make a change .

I got my flu shot here today -- the pharmacy provides excellent customer service! They handle customers quickly with friendly and knowledgeable service; the pharmacist is outstanding, giving the shot so skillfully, quickly and painlessly and with such friendly professionalism -- it was a great experience. Much, much better than with local Walgreen competitors. I'm going there from now on.

Walgreens has been great through all the years I've been been with them. They're great about having my prescriptions ready on time. Never much of a wait if any at all. Very helpful with my diabetes questions and whatever else I need. Thank you for all the years of great service.

If you don't mind the pharmacy auto filling prescriptions when they don't need to the this is the pharmacy for you.They reached out to my prescriber to get a refill for a prescription that I had just picked up two days prior.Auto fill is a nice feature if you only have 1-2 prescriptions. Any more than that I would not recommend it. Prescription refills from your doctor that get sent to the pharmacy don't mesh well with their automatic prescription refill system.

The amount of time it takes to pick up one prescription at this pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. I really don’t understand why if there’s no one at the drive up window, the employee servicing the drive up window can’t help customers who are waiting to pick up prescriptions inside. I stood there for 15 minutes and made it clear that I was there to pick up one prescription. You would think that one of the three employees could’ve stopped what they were doing for the two minutes that it took to get my prescription.

We went there for boosters/flu shot. We had an appointment, and despite there being no one else there with an appointment before us, they made us wait THIRTY MINUTES past our appointment time before giving us our shots. And then they botched it - the pharmacist literally dug around in my child's arm, moving the needle around like a spoon while injecting the serum. I could see the vaccine leaking out of her arm when the needle was removed. My child had a horrible reaction and had to go to the doctor; not because of the vaccine itself, but because of how it was administered and how badly it was botched. This is what we get when we're forced to get jabs from untrained plebs. Would NOT recommend going here.

Laurie (spelling may be way off) in Pharmacy is a life saver! I needed to make sure I had my test results in time for a flight but for some reason the test results were ready, but they were not sending. She kept an eye on the emails and they finally got to me in time. THANK YOU for your service and attention to help a customer in need.

Awful experience with the pharmacy here who claimed they just received my script and it would take 45 more minutes. I saw the dr submit the script an hour before this…. And all it took was putting a sticker on a box of ointment. The pharmacy tech was very rude and made no attempt to help the customer. STAY AWAY!

I had an appointment for the COVID vaccine on Friday, March 19 at 12:25. I got there at 12:10. There were 12 people in front of me waiting and more lining up behind me. Customers in line were confused why there were called to come in earlier than the scheduled appointment to wait in line. It took 1 1/2 hours of waiting to check in. At the check in I asked if she was making the second appointment. The women said no. She called over the pharmacist who said just show up in three weeks. Then once checked in I was given a clipboard and pen to use to complete a form. It had not been cleaned from previous use. Again waited. Once I in the room to get the vaccine I asked about the second appointment again. This time I was told if it doesn't go through call 211 they'll fix it. After I had the shot, the person said you can go not need to wait. I'd chose another site for the second vaccine.

I’ve been with Walgreens for as long as I can remember. 20 years. I was already fed up with recent multiple prescription errors. Today I stood in line during lunch hours with 5-7 other people. While one amazing, hard working and kind register girl took one customer after another. There were 4 men visible chatting through the pharmacy window. Chatting. Chatting. Chatting. Avoiding eye contact. So, I complained about how unprofessional it looked and one came over and said “we’re having a safety meeting”. During lunch hours? Poor time management or lie? Go have it in the staff locker room or the management office or out of sight. He used an easy go-to excuse for blatant disregard for Walgreens patients’ waiting for the medication on their lunch break with only one cashier. I felt sorry for the her being exposed to customer after customer while they stood around and could care less how stressed the community is with the COVID I9 or their staff’s exposure. Or help their staff with the workload. I dont believe his “meeting” was genuine. It was more defensive than an actual explanation, “I’m sorry it looked that way, we have new protocol....” I’m going to CVS. I’m done. Their “pay grade” doesn’t make them beneath working a register or helping the public during a health pandemic.

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. The basic knowledge of customer service is completely lost here. Make sure you get the correct amount they're charging your card because they love to give you one price quote and then charge your card for a much higher amount. It's really fun when they try to run a huge amount over and over and end up locking your bank account. The girl literally locked up 4 cards. Thank God our fraud deduction caught the transactions. The pharmacist is also extremely arrogant and enjoys talking down to you as if you were a child. Avoid this place!

Had a not so good experience trying to print 1 single picture out of my phone. Even thought they knew it was a single picture they let me set for over an hour trying load over 2300 pics from my phone and never suggested the Walgreens app (which took me 1min to send it over on my own and go to the counter to see if they could print it). Very disappointed with their customer service today.

Doctor called in prescription for my son who had bad pnemonia. We get to the pharmacy 35 minutes later and they hadent even put it in the system. Flash forward to 50 minutes after getting to the store and im still waiting. Whats the point of a doctor calling it in if they dont even process them? They were completely understaffed. They are taking care of people in the drive in before people who have been waiting in the store

Pharmacy prices are outrageous, was quoted $600 for three medications that Goodrx found for under $100 for all, locally down the street. Good Rx also quoted this Walgreens pharmacy prices near the $100 mark, not $600. Be careful of this pharmacy. Way over charging. I have always liked Walgreens and stop by on a regular basis for OTC meds, and other sundries, but the prices that pharmacy is quoting is bad news.

I went to have a rx filled today, While I was waiting I heard the girl say that she would like to tell people that they could go somewhere else if they didn't want to wait so long for their rx and that she would like to tell them their prescription wasn't ready even if it was. After waiting 30 minutes I went back up to the counter to check on my rx and it was sitting all ready to go. The girl just gave me a look. She knew I was waiting but never bothered to let me know .Worst service ever

The staff here are always helpful, I send many clients here for personal prints. The pharmacy is focused on giving great care. The store is always clean and we'll stocked for every seasons needs.

Terrible. Have had multiple issues with errors and incorrect information. With everyone short staffed and experiencing shortages I try to be patient and professional but every single time it’s their error, they blame others, don’t apologize and are rude throughout the process. Taking my business elsewhere.

AVOID the PHOTO department! They invade your privacy! They look at your photos and if they see something that is "suspicious" -- based on their professional opinion -- they will send the photo to the local police department. No, they don't give you a courtesy call first -- they just hand it over to the police department. Utterly disgraceful.
