This Shaw's is always clean and organized when I have shopped there. The different selection that is in the store you can't find at some of the other local stores but the prices are higher than most in the area. They do have the rewards and digital coupons which can save you a lot but it can be time consuming.If you are looking for a Shaw's that is clean, well maintained and has a good selection then I would recommend this Shaw's.

Employees are always helpful I've recently been diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer and i tend to forget alot because of medication and treatment. Employees are always willing to actually take me to the product I'm looking for.

Always so clean and tidy and never crowded. On the pricy side but I’ll pay that extra bit for the better selection and less crowds. The meat and produce departments are always so well stocked and have the greatest selection around

I have never had such a terrible experience at a Shaws ever and I have been shopping at Shaws for YEARS! I hope Whomever oversees the "Night Relief Manager" Sara thinks about who they have hired. She is unhelpful, rude, petty, and does NOT even know how to operate the register! The time was about 9p at night, and the line was very long with only 2 cashiers on. My friend who had gone before me in line to check out was having issues with the Shaws app not working, despite entering the phone number associated with the app and the sales were not showing up.All Sara did was bark orders to the young employees. My friend was nothing but patient and kind and Sara would not listen to her and even went as far to talk badly about us with her subordinates! When it came time to be rung out the cashier was not sure if a split payment could be done. I was trying to be considered to think of others and the cashier that appeared to be nervous and anxious with Sara barking orders and not helping, I felt bad and did not want to stress the cashier out. The whole balance went on the one card instead of splitting the payment. I asked Sara if the situation could be remedied and she said "no that is not something that can be done tonight. I can't help you. I just work here" I have never dealt with such a non caring employee. Sara could not be bothered. So completely unhelpful and she could not care less. I will be returning the groceries when the customer service desk open and will take my business elsewhere. I truly hope no one else encounters what I went through.

There are lots of hoops to jump through to get the advertised sale prices. Even when you clip all the virtual coupons and buy the correct product and number, there is often a glitch that they over charge you. Three times in a row I had to get a manager or the service desk to refund money from my purchase. One time was $37, the next time was $19 and then $12. All three purchases were under $100, so the percentages of over charging are considerable.

This store's website and "just for u" weekly sales are awful. Read jfu CAREFULLY or you will get charged full price. Also check your receipts CAREFULLY, even regular sale prices are not guaranteed to ring up correctly. Also trying to get website to load quickly in store is very frustrating! I have been told it depends on where you are standing in the store matters,and employee was dead serious when she told me this. Foolishly, I checked website every isle I went down, and still could not get it to load and stay loaded? Huh? I left store thinking, why do I put myself thru this every week? Oh,and I have complained about this before, and their answer is always the same, "our IT people are working on it",and "we are so sorry". Unless you have something new to add,don't bother answering.

Although the prices are sometimes higher then other stores with the variety goods and good quality fruits and vegetables, I go to Shaw's continually. With the online coupons and with items other stores don't carry I will always continue to buy from Shaw's. The customer service is good at the Milford NH location too. It continues to be a good place to shop during the pandemic

Do not shop here unless you are rich and prefer rotten produce and outdated food items. I almost never give as poor a rating as I am for this store and that is because I am honest and tell it like it is. I stopped here one time because I was in the area and needed groceries. The produce section was disgusting, I’m talking flies, fruit flies, and mostly rotten fruit and vegetables. It smelled awful. I knew that Shaws prices were high but these price points were outlandish! When I got home with my groceries, a large(and expensive) fruit/veggie smoothie that I bought had expired the previous month. I will never step foot in this store again.

Seemed kind of depressing and out dated. Not a large selection and a lot of items were not positioned correctly in accordance with the pricing such as the cooler with the fresh dog food. Also was disappointed to see the garlic I bought had mold on the inside .99 each and I bought 3. Lost money on that deal.

The prices could be a little lower on certain items that are in other stores. However I love the variety in the health food section and juices and meats. Not to mention produce and the bakery. Love their cookies. Also the aisles are wide and neatly organized. And staff is usually not in the way stocking shelves.

I come to shaws mainly to shop the flyer and for produce. Out of all the local stores, their produce is typically the best.If you want to actually get the forU prices, you must go into the app and clip the coupons in there. When shopping, there are many, many things that will look like they're not on sale, but they are in the app. As long as you have clipped in the app, it will come up on sale. I've saved over $110 on a trip before by shopping this way. Its well worth it. You can also collect points and use them towards free product.

When they have a good sale they're sometimes cheaper than Market Basket but not always and IMO they are overpriced most of the time. My wife does prefer their seafood. They have good produce and Tillamook ice cream.

Really cozy and classic grocery store with a small town feel, but with a major city selection! They have a great selection of vegan 'meat' options and a truly wide array of spices and products that cater to many different cuisines. Their selection of Bob's Red Mill products is much appreciated too! All of their fresh produce was well kept and delicious, and all of their aisles are immaculately well kept. Employees are very sweet and genuine (registers even had someone separate bagging the groceries while one person rang them up!)If you can help it, do your shopping here before some place like Walmart. It's worth it!

Leslie is awesome! She is very quick if you need help with anything and she's pretty funny too. They recently rearranged the entire store and I am still trying to get used to the layout, but I think it makes much more sense the way it is now.

Produce quality is good, I go here for the salad bar, it's a bit pricey but the salad is the size I want with the fixings I choose.

I highly recommend the bakery at shaws in Milford. The baker there does such a great job decorating the cakes. I’ve been going to her for years have never been disappointed!!!!

Edit: Four years later and they are still selling expired goods.I've told the staff about a line of product that is two months expired, they said they would remove the items. That it was due to refrigeration problems and they accidentally restocked them.Another month has passed and their cold brew concentrates are all still 2 plus months expired.Not good, people - you cannot sell spoiled goods and you are 100% aware now and have been of the issue.

Didn't know that lottery tickets can only be purchased with cash!Customer service lady(forgot her name) was so patient and understanding!She gave me time to go get cash.Just in case it's the "winning" ticket, I didn't want her to void it. Haha!I appreciated it, very much!Thank you!

Last straw, stayed up to midnight waiting for my delivery order that had a 6 to 10 delivery time. Got nothing so went to work at 5:30 am got home at 4 still not delivery or phone call. So I called them...well we can't deliver today would you like a refund. Where is the customer service. Done with SHSW'S.

Today I tried Shaws new delivery service for the first time. They have a promo for new users that provides $20 offer orders over $75. Ordering was a breeze and the groceries were delivered promptly at my chosen time. As I put them away I noticed that several items were missing. When I called the Milford store, Eddie (night manager) was friendly, helpful, and polite. I’m not sure if Shaw’s is using a third party delivery company, but Eddie made me while and covered the inconvenience. Kudos for the excellent customer service!

It's not the cheapest place to go for groceries, but the selection and quality make up for it.If you are like me, which you are probably not, it's worth the price difference from Market Basket to not deal with crowds...Also, the selection has been getting craptacular.I have ended up going to Walmart, shudder, to get things that were out of stock here.It's a question of not enough employees to keep the shelves stocked.Great way to increase corporate profits, but it's not a survivable long term strategy. Eventually I will stop bothering.

The store is clean and bright, and has a natural foods section that is pretty comprehensive. Sometimes they carry blueberries that are grown nearby, and they are fantastic! However, the prices here tend to be on the high side. Be sure to check expiration dates carefully.

The store is always clean, with a great selection in the produce section. They have an extensive selection of organic and all natural grocery products. Bakery always has something beautifully sweet to pick u for that late night snack. Friendly cashiers.

This store has fresh produce, a great bakery and deli, and good customer service. It is well organized and stocked with a great selection of foods. They are a bit more expensive than another popular grocery store chain but is well worth the money.
