This pharmacy gave me less pills than what I paid for and I didn't count them so I was not aware of this until I ran out earlier than I was supposed to. I have no pill box I used that could have caused me to misplace any of them, I keep them all in the bottle and only take what I need. The bottle seemed kind of short now that I think about it. They told me I should still have a 12 day supply, 24 pills. 24 pills isn't something you just "mis-place" when contacted about this clear issue on hand they denied responsibility, and claimed that they checked their inventory and it matches up with the amount they supposedly gave me, which I don't believe for a second. As a business, I'm sure they would rather pocket a bunch of insurance money instead of fixing their mistake. Well, I'm out of my medication now and I've had to go back and forth between them and my doctors office to get more of my meds, of which can cause seizures as a withdrawal symptom. I had a much better experience when I was going through CVS and had to switch to Rite Aid temporarily because of an insurance transition. I will be moving back to CVS after having to deal with such a mess.

We have gone sporadically to this pharmacy bc weve had the same one for many many years . The pharmacy staff are so kind and lovely . Nicest staff , very professional and so willing to answer questions etc . Highly recommend .

I came out with the two vitamins I had been looking for and the employees were kind and curtious. I've also been there before to get prescriptions and never had any issues. Thanks for a delightful shopping experience.

Although rite aid is experiencing the same issues as all the other stores I frequent which is keeping stock on the shelves besides that problem the staff always goes above and beyond
